Her favorite coach was Brody, but she also loved training with Coach Sam, Devonte, Joe, and Mike. Each coach pushed her to improve while keeping every session fun and encouraging. Camila had to take a short break because of her busy schedule now that flag football season has started, but she's so excited to put everything she learned at NXTLVL into action with her new club team. Thank you to the entire NXTLVL team for all your support and for creating such a positive, motivating environment for young athletes!

The space is clean, well run, and set up perfectly for youth training. What stood out most was the environment. It's competitive but still positive, and the kids were always excited to be there. The trainers do a great job keeping things organized while pushing players to work hard and improve. You can tell they care about development, not just running kids through drills. If you're looking for a gym where players can get better, build confidence, and enjoy the process, NXTLVL is a great choice. We're glad we trained here and would absolutely recommend it to other families and teams. We are MOST DEFINITELY coming back in the offseason.

Orangetheory Fitness - Danielle & Maddy have been and are so friendly and helpful!! Jamie is an awesome coach too!

I've been a member since 2023. If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by. Shout out to the very sweet, kind, and most important fun OTF crew: Hitch,Rocco, Sarah, Meg, Ray, Hannah, Tiffany, Sareena, Carson, Dakota, Alyssa, Alexa, Kamila,Savanah, Jake, Maddy. Most importantly don't forget to eat the free mints.

RIP Gold's Gym. EoS has recently bought over 20 Gold's Gym SoCal locations, so they're still in the…read moreearly stages of rebranding. So far it looks like they're only focused on painting the interior. In the meantime, they still have all the same equipment and weights that we've been using before. They kept the same friendly staff and the diverse group of personal trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals or to help push you to the next level. I'd be curious to see what changes they make in the new year and if they continue to keep the escape room functioning exactly the same way it's always been used. It's one of the rare perks that keeps me coming back specifically to this location. Otherwise, this is just your typical standard (overcrowded) gym. I don't know much about EoS but they've got some big shoes to fill.

I signed up for a $29.99/month membership at EōS Fitness because I was specifically told by a…read morerepresentative (Gio) that it included access to the escape room. That was the main reason I chose that package, and I had been using the escape room without any issues--until last month. Out of nowhere, my access stopped working. When I asked about it, the manager (Mia, spelling might be off) told me that access to the escape room is no more since the "new change over" and that I no longer have access. There was no prior notice or communication about this change. I explained that I was sold this membership with that feature included, but she didn't offer any solution or try to work something out. I even asked if there were options to adjust my membership so I could keep access, but there was no effort to help. I then contacted corporate, and they told me to speak with the gym manager--who had already dismissed the issue. I also reached out to the district operations manager, Samuel Castrejon, and it's been 3 weeks with no response via email. This has been extremely frustrating. I chose this membership based on what I was told at sign-up, and it feels misleading that EōS won't honor what was promised. I just want them to stand by what they sold me.

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, always say hello and goodbye for the most part. Everyone who works out there is cool and polite Bathrooms are taken care of (I'm there early morning) TV's work Fireman are usually there and are cool Cons: Equipment is need of maintenance, a lot of it Elliptical machines upstairs are mostly unbalanced. Some have parts falling off. As of this morning only three of the eight work properly because the rest are off balance. Treadmill mats are loose. Injury waiting to happen Cable machines in front of the pool are mostly non-functional. A few are missing handles and have sharp edges. They have no notices on them that they are broken so you get to look real cool going from one to the other seeing if they work. They are proud of the new paint being done, which is great, but I can't believe the lack of maintenance. It's been months now. The clock doesn't even work. I hate to say this, but given the reviews in neighboring cities, this tracks.

There is no scale on the gym floor so you can't weigh yourself at all. Apparently it's been sent to corporate but it's obvious they don't care. Seems like a simple fix. Not saying gold's was much better but if you're rebranding, you would think they would try to do better. That's corporate America for you.

I would never step foot in a gym before I discovered Chuze and the Cinema room. So, I get frequent migraines all the time. And lights are a trigger for me. I am beyond grateful that this gym offers this amenity. This is why I continue to come back to this gym. Years can go by and Chuze will always be my gym. It's a very clean gym. I love that. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Those are great added bonuses. Yesterday I requested help with the hydro massage chair. And the staff was very willing to assist.
