I joined 1Fit in 2018 and saw immediate and excellent results. I had a running injury that forced me to take a long break during rehab. I'm back now, and I can honestly say that this gym employs THE BEST trainers that I have ever had the pleasure of working out with. I have worked out in many, many gyms over the years. These trainers KNOW THEIR STUFF. They teach new people how to modify the exercises until they are physically able to complete the entire exercise with full force. They are helpful & know when it's time for an individual to move up to the next level of fitness, as well as stepping in to keep someone from overdoing an exercise or weight, and preventing injuries. Honestly best most awesome gymn in the city. I have tried quite a few of them but this one was the first I actually WANTED to go to. The people are awesome and make it feel like a family community. I unfortunately couldn't sign up this time around due to length of contract / membership. As life is a bit unpredictable right now. They do allow you to cancel and or pause memberships and even tho I couldn't join at the moment they didn't make me feel "less than" for not being able to, like other gymns do. When I can be back... My friends recommended me to join them and I found a great deal on Groupon. The staff here is extremely friendly and it's always a blast to get the workout in with these amazing coaches. For me having a knee injury restricts me from doing certain movements and they are willing to modify some of the workouts. Very accommodative! They are very understanding and the staffs will text you to make sure you're okay if you haven't showed up in a few days. Reminder to get yourself to the BC and sweat! The coaches and staff are not pushy, they are very helpful and chill. Compared to another fit body bootcamp, LHFBBC actually cares about you. Everyday the workouts are different and things are switched up. The classes can go from a few people to 10+ just depends on the class time. Morning and night classes are offered Monday to Thursday and morning classes for Friday and Saturday. Give this place a try and you won't regret it! read more

I've had a great experience with 1Fit La Habra over the past 5 weeks. Staff are all friendly and the coaches are supportive and informative. My one qualm is the lack of greater availability of classes on Fridays/weekends. I've been several times since then taking advantage of the promotions, this is seriously the best work out I have ever had. Tien and staff do not disappoint point, they are there to help you through the weight loss journey always supporting you. I immediately knew I wanted to also get the 4 week groupon. It's been such an awesome way to start my mornings 3-4 times a week! You can tell they're like a little family. The coaches have a contagious energy & dedication. I really appreciate the time they take to help you work on proper form and that they show adjusted moves in case you have injuries. I've been going to the la Habra classes for about a month and I love it! Working out isn't "my thing" but what makes me enjoy going is how great the coaches are with teaching more than just workouts! Love that I'm learning good form, great breathing exercises and muscle recovery from them and all with an awesome attitude. Having a smaller group working out as team also improves motivation and like that they've made me feel Like part of the 1Fit family right away! Love working out here! Purchased a Groupon to try it out for 4-weeks but am definitely continuing on. Done another FBBC briefly before but this one is a bit different with the 50 minute session. The first couple of days were quite challenging in terms of getting used to it. But after the first week, you really do get addicted to going. The increased energy and the feeling that you're getting stronger makes you want to keep up with all the hard work! I can finally take the stairs at work without being out of breath! Was definitely intimidated at first but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging there. You work at your own pace but you are definitely pushed to the next level. Love Bootcamp! I purchased a Groupon promotion to lose weight and get toned for the summer. I used to dread going to the gym, but I always look forward to boot camp. I needed something fun and challenging, and that's exactly what I get here. It's been about 3 weeks since I started, and I already see a difference in my body. I feel and look more toned. The workouts are about 50min but time flies! The trainers are motivating you the entire time and will push you to lift more weight than you think you can. I love that the workouts are structured. They change up the routine so you're not always doing the same exercises. Everyone else is super friendly too. The workouts are intense but the instructors take the time to explain all the movements and correct you, if needed. They are also great at suggesting modifiers if you're unable to do the exercises. My review is for when I was training at their old location at the dance studio. But Lantz is still the trainer and I say he is EXCELLENT! Now, I first started Fit Body Bootcamp at their Cypress location with trainer Tien. I did a 6 week program through an online promo and it was perfect timing to get in shape for my engagement ceremony (I lost 8 lbs from that program). Fast forward about a year later and I find another online promo and I signed up fo6 6 weeks at their newly founded, slightly closer to home, location in La Habra for me to get in shape for my wedding. I was a little sad at first to find out the facility wasn't as attractive as Cypress... it was a dance studio with wood floors -- not ideal for working out if it's going to be hard on your knees! But in any case, Lantz designed workouts that weren't too tolling on the knees given the circumstances. But all this may be irrelevant now because I hear they're at a new facility that is designed appropriately for bootcamp workouts! In any case, Lantz is a great trainer. He's friendly and fun, easy to get along with. He'll be tough on you during workouts, push you when he knows you can do more, but he's not military tough and demeaning like I hear some trainers can be at other bootcamps (my husband signed up for one in Huntington Beach and they have a trainer who's too rough). And knowing how the trainers were with my husband's bootcamp location (either too lax or too rough), I'm really glad I've been able to work with Tien and Lantz. I had worked with Lantz before when I started at Cypress, so I was confident in trying out La Habra when I knew Lantz would be there. In the end, I lost 5 lbs after this program and I was definitely in shape for my November wedding. Thanks for your excellent program, guys. I love working out at 1fit! Since my first day working out here I've felt so comfortable asking questions and going at my own pace. The trainers always encourage me to give each session my all, but it's never overwhelming. I definitely feel like I've gotten stronger since my first week there! So looking for a new boot camp close to home...I was unsure about trying this place due to some of the more recent reviews that I read but it's close to my house and was in living social so I went for it and I really enjoyed it. I went to the 5AM class since it's early enough that I can still make it to work by 7 and it was fun and challenging and I definitely felt the work out :-) the trainer was nice and encouraging as was the other regulars in the class. I think it will for sure help me get into the shape I want to be in by stagecoach and summer ;-) Oh AND regarding their customer service: they have a policy that you have to sign up for your first class 24 hours in advance and due to me being impulsive I called the night before to schedule. They explained their policy and understanding every business has rules to their operation (usually in the fine print) I was fine with rescheduling but the person I talked to was really nice and still let me in the class. Also, they were nice when I got there a little late (I originally passed it in the dark)... I felt intimidated about going to my first 'Boot Camp' class but everyone is very welcoming. The coaches are always there to help and the workouts are standard. Your heart rate will go up and you will start sweating. For me, I wouldn't mind if the workouts a bit more intense, although I do get tired from these workouts. My whole body was sore for the first 2-3 days. Overall I enjoy coming to these classes which alternate from strength day and metabolic. It's a good way for a fresh start! read more

This is the first boot camp I've ever signed up for, but not the first workout regimen I've done. I've done countless classes, had a number of personal trainers, and gone through many workout buddies. However, this is the first time ever that I don't mind waking up before the sun rises in order to make it to class. The workouts are challenging, but doable. Lantz mixes things up, so you don't get bored. The workouts go by fast, which I love. I don't do well with mundane repetitive workouts, which might be why I don't stick to them long enough. Lantz sets up different challenging stations and by the time you are done with your reps, you are on to the next station. I never knew how fast 50 minutes could go by till I took this boot camp. Lantz is awesome!!! He takes the time to give you the help you need with form, motivation or an extra challenge, but he's not overbearing. Lantz is tough when you need that push but not scary. You can tell he cares about the people who come to class and just wants us to do the best we can and then push out one more rep. This is definitely a boot camp I would recommend again and again! read more

Before starting at FBBCLH I had not done any physical activity in a long time. I drive by FBBCLH every day on my way to work and and on the way home. So I did some research and ultimate decided to take the plunge. This is the best decision I could have made for myself. In the little over a week that I have been attending classes I have seen myself get a little stronger everyday. The coaches are so supportive and motivational during the workouts and are there to help you along the way. Never once have I felt intimated (no gym rats) and its such a friendly environment. They offer both morning and night classes, so you can go when your schedule allows. Before starting FBBCLH the thought of doing one blurpee felt impossible. But since joining I have found myself being able to do blurpees, squats, mountain climbers and push ups. I wish I had joined sooner, but I'm glad I took the plunge. They have a few different trainers who are seem very knowledgeable about what they are doing. You can also use either of their locations ( la habra and Buena park). I have always enjoyed working out, but have never really challenged myself nor remained as consistent and motivated as I have been with this program. The workouts are only 50 minutes long including stretching so they don't feel eternal and are completely doable. Yes, it's challenging, but it feels good. I love Fit Body La Habra! Each class is well developed and a great work out! I have been taking classes at my gym for years but never seen much results (specifically weight lifting classes). However in just a short time of going to Fit Body I noticed a change in how I feel and my body doesn't look so flabby. That's not easy to say for a 53 year old. I started at Fit Body Boot Camp about three months ago with a Groupon and some friends, I was enjoying myself, feeling motivated, meeting fun people and getting in shape! I got to my lowest weight in the first month of working out and felt strong! The trainer Lantz kept us all motivated and excited, the class sizes were large and loud so it made for a workout full of energy, laughs and sweat!!! i was so excited and addicted, i decided to join for three months, but then shortly after I joined something changed, I'm not exactly sure what it was, but the motivation level went down, the attendance has dropped drastically (from like 20ppl to 5ppl a class), the exercises seem a bit monotonous, (sometimes I just don't want to go because its the same thing yet again) I am not as excited to go because its not as energetic and fun! This makes me sad because something that i was looking forward to doing everyday has become more of a chore and boring. The only Day of the week I am enjoying working out is on Saturdays because its a different workout and the month can't end fast enough now so we can get a different workout. I know we are all different and look for different things when we workout! I would recommend Fit Body Boot Camp and would suggest starting out with a Groupon to see if it is for you! I'm not sure if i will continue my membership beyond the three months. I guess I will have to see if something changes back to how it was when I first joined. I do enjoy the emails with tips that they often send out, i have gotten some good tips., and everyone who I have come in contact with has been very nice and helpful! Keep on Keeping on!!! read more
