This place is pretty close to my house and I constantly drive past and see the cute lights. We finally stopped in here on a whim with my out of town bro and we were not disappointed. They don't have a big food menu but they did have a food truck which was great. They have CHEESECURDS! Fresh squeaky ones. Being a Wisconsin lady this was very important for me. There are no words. They had a ton of brews on tap. They also had crowlers to go. I picked out a couple and the tender told me if you get 3 then you get a deal on the fourth! I like this place. Great atmosphere. The patio/yard area is awesome and my dog loves it, and the designated food truck area was good planning. The beers are pretty good here, the only real downside is they seem to go out quick. I've been 4 times and have yet to be able to try the double IPA. The porter has been holding me over and a couple of the others aren't too bad either. The biggest surprise to me was the Gluten Free blonde. The only bigger surprise from there was to see the $8 price tag. Which is the only thing keeping this place from being 5 stars. Good beers, but it would be nice to see the prices come down a buck. The "crowlers" are a cool idea but feel a little over priced as well. With all that in mind, I'll still be back. It's close, clean, fun, dog/kid friendly, and overall an A-Ok place. read more

Amid the Coronavirus stuff, I called them up and asked if I can pick up a case. He said he had availability. Swung by, was super impressed about their process! All the workers had gloves and the man who worked with me asked me to sign using one of the clean pens then place the pen I used in the dirty cup of pens. Super polite and thanked me for my business. Loved going to Trivia on Wednesday, but not I am even more a fan with attention to detail when I picked up my case. read more

The outdoor space is awesome, service is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the beer is amazing. A great place to spend with good friends, good beers, and even your dog! They have food trucks outside all the time and keep their website up to date with their food truck and event schedule. Tables were constantly being sanitized and all workers wore masks. This place has exemplary service. The servers there are so relaxed and chill and just laugh and have a good time with you. It is loud due to the music but it is a great atmosphere. I had never been there before so I couldn't decide which beer to get. He brought out samples of 3 for me even when I didn't ask . The beers are all great. They have a different food truck every night and on this night they had the burgers. Wow. Some of the best burgers I've ever had. REALLY greasy but still amazing. You are allowed to bring your dogs so there were so many cute dogs and puppies. WHAT a great, chill atmosphere. Will definitely be returning. read more

We went for a Geeks Who Drink night, so it was a little crazy, but it's not a place I'm really wanting to go back to. Parking is minimal, so you're probably better off parking in the overflow lot. They sold out of a lot of beers, and had no servers. Lack of preparation for a big event is always a little questionable to me. I also tried a couple of their tasters... they weren't bad. I just feel like they're "okay"... nothing to write home about... or come back for. The food truck they had was pretty good, just super slow. read more

I'm always looking to try out new breweries near us and recently found out about this one so wanted to give them a shot. There is not much parking in the lot in front of them, but they do have some overflow lot nearby. If we came at a peak time I'm sure my review would have gone down a star if we couldn't find parking. The service in here was good and very attentive. We tried samplers of all their beers and I can honestly say that there weren't any I didn't like. I truly enjoyed the flavor of everything, but think my fave was the Marzen. Only knock is that they don't have food, but it looks like they have food trucks most every day, so that should help that. read more

I've given Resolute a few tries and decided my opinion of them is pretty squarely in the middle. On the one hand, I really like their outdoor area, which is perfect for summer beers with your pups, and it's pretty close to my house. On the other hand, I'm not a big fan of most of their beers... My first visit was within a few days of their opening. We ordered a sample of pretty much everything and decided it was maybe a little too hop-heavy. I was jonesing for a dark beer that day and the darkest thing was a (ridiculously hoppy) Cascadian Black. Didn't really fit the bill. My next visit, I went for the Hefeweisen. Although I'm typically not into what I call "banana beers," their hefe is not too overly banana-flavored, and very refreshing on a warm day. I'm glad it was good, too, because they had hardly any beers on tap besides that one. Last weekend, I came back almost a year after they opened. The beer selection was plentiful and the outdoor seating was as good as I remembered. Maybe, with time, this place will win me over. I still really like their Hefe, and their Red is good too. Overall, I'd say this place is a solid neighborhood place good for a pint in the sun. read more

There's not many breweries this far from the center of town but this place doesn't disappoint. The beer menu is pretty big, and pretty much everything I've had has been good quality. There's always enough special releases or new beers making their way onto the menu to keep things interesting. The site is good, with a low key outdoor area including some grass for kids to run around on. They always seem to have a food truck available. Parking can be a bit scarce though, annoying the other businesses that are closed on the weekends still have their parking sites reserved (and empty). read more

Resolute, you've redeemed yourself. After running out of beers, and only having hoppy beers, it seems like you've finally found your balance. My favorite though is by far the Irish Red. The flavor profile is amazing. Nice and malty, while still maintaining a touch of sweet makes it a dangerous one to have around. It's a beer I'll keep coming back for. On top of that the staff does a great job. There's usually table service, and they're more than happy to give you a dog treat made from their spent grains from behind the bar. It makes for a great afternoon hangout. read more

Overall resolute Brewing is a good place to go to. It's very big, it would be a good brewery to bring a party with a lot of people. Very friendly staff, really clean. The best part I think is the huge glass wall you can see through to watch your beer being brewed up right in front of you. If you're drinking in Centennial, it better be here! There are a lot of breweries opening in CO, but when you are able to walk into one and feel the love right from the beginning, you know you're in for a treat. I loved the tall ceilings, garage door patio, dog friendly atmosphere, and the look and feel of the bar, but the beer is seriously great. Blondes are not usually what I go for, but the American Blonde is out of this world. Doesn't hurt anything that they have Crowlers available to go, too. Perfect for a park outing while it's still nice in Denver. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Resolute, I want to love you. You've taken a boring strip mall location and turned it into something special--particularly with your outdoor space. Your decor inside and out is classy, especially compared to similar neighborhood nanobreweries. Your people have been friendly and helpful. And, most importantly to me, you're a 15-minute walk from my house-- closer than other local breweries Halfpenny, 3 Freaks and Lone Tree. But you're a brewery, so it's really about the beer. I fully acknowledge that you've been open barely a month, and you're surely still dialing in your recipes. But so far, on my three visits, all of your styles have been off, and the beers themselves have been inconsistent. For example, on my first two visits, your double IPA was my favorite. Yesterday, it was barely drinkable--the same beer was completely different from my previous visits. I'm a self-professed beer geek and homebrewer, but even my neophyte coworkers commented on the off flavors of their beers. You're head and shoulders above the aforementioned neighborhood breweries in other ways, so please keep working on your beers to set yourself apart from them. In the meantime, I'll keep visiting and will update this review if appropriate. read more

The food truck was really really slow, by no means their fault, there was one guy taking 50 orders so don't have intentions of a meal but more of a snack. However, the brewery itself was 10/10. WOW! Way to knock an opening out of the park! Normally you roll up to a new brewery to find the decor haphazard and feeling incomplete, and the beer list small and the beers sometimes lacking in overall flavor. But not here!! First of all, it's rare that the decor of a brewery is so well considered. These guys obviously put some thought, and some money, into the decor. It embraces the industrial feel but with a very cool looking bar and great colors. Lots of different seating option from high top community tables, smaller low tables, outdoor seating, and even some couches! Now, the beers!! I ran tasters of all their beers, and as always finding myself leaning toward their darker beers. Their brown is exceptional. However, my husband is an IPA fan and LOVED their Double IPA. My definition of good beer is that each beer is true to its name (ie distinguishable), flavor forward, and enough choices enough to appeal to everyone- Resolute's beers are that! Their service is good, but a lot of my interactions with different servers has been a little awkward. I hope that's just jitters as they are still in their first month. I like my beertenders to be engaging and excited to talk about beer. If you follow them on FB, they seem to have a food truck almost every day, which is awesome. They also have some snackies like cheese curds (!!) and popcorn for sale. And sodas and Izzes for the kids. I've read they are very kid friendly, but the two times I have been there have not been too many kids. Haven't seen too many dogs either. But, either way this is a suburban brewery, so both of those will be frequent visitors. As long as kids and dogs are well-behaved, I have no issue. Super excited to have even more good beer in the area! They are definitely going to be heavy on my rotation, partially due to how ridiculously close they are to home, but also due to being a very cool environment and serving delicious beers. read more

Hooray this place is finally open! I'm a long time patron of Elk Mountain in Parker, and when we heard that their head brewer was venturing out on his own, we could hardly wait to see what he came up with! Resolute is an absolutely beautiful space with high ceilings and a garage door patio. There is a bbq food truck today and it looks like they'll always have a truck on the calendar. This is such a fun place. Great beer, great people. The menu is great and they have a good selection for all beer lovers out there. The interior of the building is beautiful. They put a lot of emphasis on design. The employees really care about their product and educating you on the current selection. I have a lot of respect for places who employee people that are passionate about the product being served. There is almost always a food truck outside that isn't always mind blowing but it gets the job done. It can get a little noisy in here but that just means they are doing something right.
