I called another company I won't mention they wouldn't take credit cards due to the fact they are changing banks and couldn't do it for at least 3 weeks . I called rescue plumbers Joe came to my home as promised professional looking found my leak explained every option to me , the leak was or is in the foundation then he he explained the ramifications of the integrity of fixing that leak under the foundation that I would more than need a leak detection to pin my problem of the actual leak .. That we see where the water is coming from however it could not be the source how water travels through the weakest point of concrete .. ( My cousin is a general contractor I called him ) he stated its true it's costly but if you go the cheap route your not going to be pleased it will break again in another area . I hired Rescue Plumber to put pex line in to cure my problem rerouted my hot water lines through the house . Victor the owner promised me after they cut 16 areas of my dry wall it will never look like any work has ever been done I was like no way people will know ... I was and pleased of the total work done I inspected that dry wall with a fine tooth comb as promised Victor and Joe delivered 5 stars isn't enough for the work I received and the price I paid ... You men and the dry wall guys Reed and Chuck you rock . If I could complain I can't the work craftsmanship is awesome I will give these men a 25 star rating that's how pleased I am .. Rescue put paper tarp down on my floors every where they would need to walk. Cover in plastic sinks everything that needed to be covered there respect for a person house to make sure no dust from cutting the dry wall . When they were done they vacuumed all the areas they work in making my house as it was when they started there work Thanks guys you done a great job. I'm old school as we all know your done right we brag about it .. Right and Done Wrong we tell as well correct ? Yes we do .. Will I have Rescue Plumber do more work for me , will I brag and refer them to other people dam right I will . They put the customer first to make sure there work as well as all work is done perfect . My only complaint is my wife wants the room repainted a new color lol j/k I have no complaints at all ... I read reviews of this business. They were wrong and lies. I thought my issues could and would be fixed. I paid 229 and I still have the same problems. The service guy is a joke. His name is Ben, but he doesn't know anything. The leak I had isn't fixed after he was out here twice. The owner Victor was supposed to come but didn't come with Ben, today. I still have the leak. I don't know how this business is allowed to be around. Incompetent plumbers if that's what they are; they're a joke and a rip off. They wasted my time and money and they are dishonest. They are a scam don't waste your money. I still had a leak This business needs to be shut down for scamming and lying to customers. Nothing got fixed and now more things don't work. Greetings. Today was a great day. I was able to get some very much needed Plumbing work done. I saw the Rescue Plumbing truck driving down Bear Valley Road in Apple Valley. When they stopped at the light, I wrote down there number. Called them made a appointment and the rest is history. The service was beyond excellent . The Plumbing service tech, did excellent work and was very quick. He has a great knowledge of Plumbing. Plus he made me feel like I have been knowing him all my life. Had a problem with a leak and another with hammering pipes in a shower. Joseph came out, figured out was wrong in each case with no baloney. He is a great technician and a really nice person. He fixed the hammering problem and I also had him some replace some old faucets in another bathroom -- great work and very quick. He is researching the fix for the leak and will be back next week for that. I am confident it will be the right solution for the right price. Man these guys are great! I called them and got a really helpful lady on the phone, and she sent the plumbers out the same day to help me. I had several plumbing issues and they fixed them all fast. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave my kids some booties for their feet, the kids thought that was really cool :) I felt comfortable with these gentlemen in my house. Rescue Plumbers is awesome! My kitchen sink was clogged with grease and Joseph, the Plumber was very professional, pleasant, and honest. He explained what grease does to pipes and conveyed he cleared the clog but couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. Joseph provided tips on what to do to resolve and mitigate clogging issues moving forward. The price was reasonable. They actually answered the phone when I called. Joe came out within the hour. He was professional and friendly. Joe diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. We had water leaking out of the concrete in our front Patio area and we were afraid the concrete would have to be torn out to fix the issue. Victor from rescue plumber came out and was able to resolve the issue by accessing the main water line by digging a hole through the lawn.
