Rescue Plumbers - Simply the Best in the High Desert I can honestly say Rescue Plumbers has earned my trust for life. First, a little background: I own two homes in Hesperia, and lucky me--both water heaters failed around the same time. I called several plumbing companies for estimates, but Rescue Plumbers stood out immediately. They were the first to respond, provided the most reasonable and honest estimate, and were incredibly professional from the very first call. We scheduled the first water heater replacement, and during the job they discovered mold--yikes. While mold removal wasn't something they handled themselves, they immediately recommended a company that could, and that referral worked out perfectly. Once the mold issue was resolved, Rescue Plumbers came right back and completed the water heater installation without missing a beat. Of course, as fate would have it, the water heater at my second home stopped working shortly after. I called Rescue Plumbers again, and they came out the same day, sent a clear estimate, and had my hot water back up and running quickly and smoothly. No stress, no problems--just solid, reliable work. Later that same year, I noticed water coming up through the floor of my master bathroom. I called Rescue Plumbers again, and once more they responded right away. They discovered I had a slab leak, something I had never even heard of before. Joe patiently explained everything and walked me through my options--even though, frankly, none of them were very appealing. The choices were limited, and I ultimately decided on a full repipe rather than jackhammering my concrete slab (which was absolutely not happening). Joe and the entire team were incredibly understanding. They knew this was a major job, a big inconvenience, and frankly pretty overwhelming. Even though it looked like the house was going to be destroyed, the crew was calm, steady, respectful, and organized the entire time. To my amazement, they handled it all in just a few days, and we were back to normal quickly. They even went above and beyond, doing extra things they didn't have to--and the results were fantastic. I ended up with better water pressure throughout the house, including sinks and toilets. Since then, they've also: * Fixed leaky outdoor faucets * Repaired my water pressure regulator * Replaced toilets Every single visit has been consistent: They show up on time, are always clean and well-dressed, and communicate clearly by calling or texting when they're on the way. The crew is professional, friendly, and yes--I'll say it--they even smell good, which says a lot about their attention to detail. Joe, the main plumber I worked with, is knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Michelle in the office is also wonderful--kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Even when a larger crew came out, the whole process was calm, smooth, and well coordinated. In my God-honest opinion, there is no other plumber in the High Desert that compares to Rescue Plumbers. If you want honesty, quality work, and people who truly care--call them. You won't regret it. Highly, highly recommend read more

We're loyal customers of rescue plumbers! Working with Michelle and Joe is a joy! Their work is unimpeachable.

I called Michelle about a TMP valve their plumber installed a few days earlier. She is a fabulous lady who is competent, an excellent communicator & has a wonderful capacity for getting things done. She mentioned Joe would be out between 1p & 3p, which was fine. He arrived and I explained that the new valve he installed stuck out farther than the old one. Plus it bowed-out the drain pipe to which it was installed. It destroyed both the aesthetics and symmetry of the original setup. Joe was not concerned about any of that but did submit that "he was the best there is, & he guaranteed it." He was getting a bit testy & I could see that further conversation would be useless. The discussion was terminated. I'm sure you can see what's coming. I'll probably have to hire & pay a new plumber to correct this situation. In the below pics you can see how nicely the original TMP valve and drain pipe line-up. The next two illumine the new install. The valve (not the correct one) & drain pipe stick out from the water heater - ouch, not attractive or symmetrical. I next heard from Victor, the owner, and he was just as adamant as his employee. Even though the work is 100% guaranteed neither party wanted to do anything to resolve this issue. Thankfully, the California Small Claims Court is still a dependable source for seeking remedy. Thank you, for taking the time to read this review. I hope it proves helpful. Read less read more

I've been through a lot of plumbers over the years and it is hard to find a honest company that values customers. Joe came out and couldn't be happier with his service. This is a company I would highly recommend and will be using in the future. read more

This rating is based on the three times called over a three month period. Rescue Plumbers Inc CA response time was reasonably within one hour or less to arrive at our home in Apple Valley. Joe really tried to correct our problem. First called Rescue Plumbers on April 6, 2021, because we had some water backing up in the kitchen sink. They snaked the pipe in the kitchen and it cleared the drain for $170. Second time called Rescue Plumbers again on May 19, 2021, because we had another back up in the kitchen sink. They snaked it once more and charged us $169. On 6/4/2021, our hallway bathroom toilet exploded and overflowed backing up into our bathtub and spilling sewage water over the entire bathroom floor, hallway floor, and down into our master bedroom and master closet. Joe called Elementum restoration services. Joe continued to snake both the front and rear drain lines to try to clear blockage for another $395, while the Elementum guys were here and I was on the phone speaking to our insurance company. I guess I wondered why didn't they attempt to snake both rear and front lines the second time they were here in May? One more thing, Rescue Plumbers DO NOT GUARNTEE THEIR WORK! Note: Have called in another local plumber to actually replace the portion of drain that caused the blockage and reroute the line. read more

What can I say Rescue Plumbers can really save the day. Not only do they have affordable prices, they are poffesionals, courteous and punctual. They have taken care of my families plumbing needs when ever we have needed them. Rescue plumbers moved my laundry room from in my house to the garage. Never in million years would I have known it took this much work. But they guided me through the whole process and kepted me informed. They told me it would take this long and this is how much it would cost. Guess what they delivered. I know that in every job there is the possibilities of set backs and that every job is different. But they are so professional and honest that it did not make much difference in anything. They got the job done. Unlike other plumbing companies whom try to get as much money as they can from the people or customers. Maybe because they have to meet some sort of quota or goals. This is not the case with rescue plumbers. They are family own, honest, professional, courteous and aware of their surroundings. Can you believe that they always, I mean always, where booties over the shoes when they come inside your home. I was like you dont have to do that and they still did. I was like thanks. They have reasonal prices for what they are doing, with out showing any gimmicks or videos to try up the price and get you for more money. Thats why me and my whole family will always call Rescue plumbers. If you need a plumber (Commercial and/or Redsidential) dont hesitate call Rescue Plumbers. read more

This company is fantastic. The plumber explained everything to me and was very professional and personable. He also told me about the first responders discount which I greatly appreciated. I bought the wrong part and he brought a part for my sink without charging me. I forgot the name of the part but it was the principle of him being thoughtful. Great and profesional service. Thank you for coming to the rescue! I'll recommend you to my friends and family!

My house received a complete water repipe, partial gas line replacement and a partial drain line replacement. Victor and his crew are extremely well rounded and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and if there were other problem he would point them out and give us a quote. Instead of leaving it without saying anything. which would later lead to a much bigger problem. His work is excellent, along with the attitude they bring to the job. It shows that he enjoys his work and likes helping others. This is the only company i would recommend to others and the only one that i would allow to work on my home. Overall: work- excellent Cleanliness- excellent Friendly- extremely Professional- extremely Great company. Give them a call. read more

What can I say other than Joe is more than qualified and a great guy. I had a time window between nine and 12 and he was at my house promptly at 9 AM. Seriously, Joe is a more on time than I am! I made an appointment with this company and they came on time. Victor was professional, with a clean uniform, and kind. I would recommend.

I am very happy with the friendly service and quick response from Rescue Plumbers. Victor had to come out a few times to fix the problem. It was not from lack of experience. The problem was bigger then we thought. Victor was very professional and explained everything he did. He continued to work on the problem until he figured it out. He kept a very clean work area. I would recommend them to everyone. Great Service and People! read more

Disappointed that they don't provide quotes over the phone...like everyone else...in the universe! I have a leaking water heater that needs to be replaced ASAP and don't have time to schedule appointments and inconvenience myself and the representative just for a quote. If they're on the pricey side, it would have just been a complete waste of life. No thanks. read more

Excllent, better than 5 stars. Joe was very professional and easy to talk to about the situation. He even put on shoe covers which I would have told him he could skip that but he had them on before I could get the words out. I don't usually write reviews But I want to say that I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with Joe and Rescue Plumbers. I had an emergency that left my wife and two kids without working/draining bathtubs. I called a few places to see who could come take a look, and being that it was late on Friday afternoon, not too many people were available. When I talked to Rescue Plumbers they said they could be at my house in 45 minutes. Joe showed up to my house sooner than I expected and was extremely professional and treated my home with extra care. He told me what I was looking at as far as my issue was and was spot on so I asked if they could come back in the morning to do the work. Joe told me what time he'd be back and not only was he on time but showed up a little early to prep his work as well. Joe knows what he's doing and his work clearly shows it. Everything was done with detail from the laying down of the tarps in my hall ways, breaking concrete to get underneath my tub, to the tunnel he had to dig under my house. Joe put in hours of HARD work at my house and everything is working perfectly again. He even took care of putting in my matching tiles I had since concrete had to be removed in one bathroom. By the time he left you couldn't even tell there was work done because everything was put back the way it was found. Joe and Rescue Plumbers helped me when I was in a bad spot and for that I'll always be thankful. I'd recommend Joe and Rescue Plumbers to everyone. read more

Well... they didn't leave a mess or scratch my floors or my appliance so they get a couple of stars. This is the contractor my Palmdale Lowe's uses to install dishwashers & I can't figure out why! There's the obvious distance factor - they're at least an hour away on a good day with no traffic, and they're only in this area two days/week so imagine the wait time. But not knowing that at the time, I paid $115 for professional installation to be sure it was done right. It wasn't. So they wanted me to wait another week and take additional time off work for them to come fix it! For the sake of good customer service, since they screwed it up, wouldn't you think they'd be somewhat apologetic & offer an exception? Nope! No reaction at all, just blandly gave me the "next available" in my area. It was like pulling teeth to get their "office manager" to add me onto the end of a scheduled shift so I wouldn't have to wait longer AND miss work! On the bright side... Lowe's couldn't apologize enough and was extremely polite and helpful, even checking back to see that the job was done right. I suggested they might want to find someone local & reliable to do their work. Not at all impressed with Rescue Plumbing. read more

I will not work with people that refuse to give any kind of basic pricing over the phone. I asked for a ballpark price for a new valve to be installed in a rental home as I live 100 miles away and they wouldn't do it. I asked what it normally cost and they wouldn't even give me a price within 100.00. They just lost the job to another Yelp user that quotes me between 250 and 350. that is all I wanted read more

My sister needed some work done around her house and I was too far away to help so I gave them a shot. My father in law's main line was blocked up, and wasn't draining. We tried the snake thing ourselves, but the problem persisted. Victor came out and explained what was more than likely the problem, tree roots. They gave him a fair estimate, and said he would try and have the work done as soon as possible. They cut through two sections of cement slab, and dug down deep to find just what he said. An entire tree root was blocking the main line! Not only were they guys professional, but fast. They had the house service done in one day, and came back the next day to fill it all in. You can't believe how much you need to flush, till you really need to. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbers do do any job, from small things like faucets and disposals to big things like blocked main lines. They obviously know their business. read more

Rescue Plumbers, Inc. in Victorville is the BEST in the high desert. We have needed their services a few times and each time was exceptional. We needed a French drain put in on our property due to flooding issues. This was a huge undertaking due to the desert soil. Very professional and hard working, and unbelievably CLEAN! Always arrived ready to work. We even received a call letting us know they were on the way. Recently we had a new sink and disposal installed. Fair quotes for work done and they have incredible work ethic. Again arrived when they said, a reminder call to notify they were on the way, fast and clean. We will always call them for our future needs. Thanks so much Victor, Michelle, Joe, Ben and Matt you're the best. read more

Excellent service and price on water heater install (after 5 pm on Friday). Definitely 5 star service. Thank you Joe!

Friendly service! The plumber showed up and advised on possible solutions and gave a free estimate. While I didn't get a chance to use their services this time around because the plumbers advise on how to fix my shower drain trouble worked out with a DIY fix, we will most certainly use this business for our upcoming rain shower plumbing installation since their employee was so upfront and professional in giving me great advise and laying out my options including a fix I could do that solved my trouble. read more

Joe from Rescue Plumbers recently came out as I had just had a new kitchen and one new bathroom sink installed and I needed the plumbing to be hooked up. He came out promptly the morning after I messaged and gave me a very fair estimate. I had already gotten two other estimates, and Joe's estimate was much more reasonable than the the one I had gotten from a big-name plumbing company. He did the work quickly and cleanly, and was super nice and personable all the while. I would definitely use rescue plumbers again, and would recommend them to friends and family. read more
