Terrible terrible terrible! Do NOT use. Total Scam. I have never seen a website with so much nonsense listed on it. I only called them because I needed an immediate fix for my washing machine, and they "claim" to be a 24 hour service. What a Total joke. ZERO stars. Terry and Amy both lied to me, do not return calls, have no clue how to deal with customers, yell at the customer, blame the customer, charge WAY too much, and do shoddy work. He installed a "new" pump motor in my washer, as it was not draining the water. First, said he would be back at a given time, and had to call him several times to get an answer. He finally showed up 4 hours later than expected and installed a "new" pump. When I went to do my 1st load of laundry, the same error message appeared, and it did the same exact thing as before the repair. I called Terry. No response. Called Amy...same deal. When I called her and told her I stopped payment on my check and threatened to call the news, only THEN did I get something done. Terry came back out a few days later, with an attitude, and a new pump, in the box. He replaced the previous pump he installed, and told me the reason it didn't work was because he found change in the washer. Complete fabrication. The pump he installed was faulty from the beginning and didn't work properly. I didn't get ONE load of laundry to cycle through. He then screamed, yelled, and cussed at me when I told him Amy had said she would deduct the $35 stop payment fee from my bill for the inconvenience. When he called her to inquire about it, she bold faced LIED and said she never said that. Instead of more serious harm being done, and to get him out of my house, I just paid the $35. My washer has worked since he installed the appropriate pump. The first "new" one he installed looked like it was far from new when he took it out. There is no way 3 coins would break the fan blades on that pump. There was no change in my washer. He claimed he took pictures of it, and when I asked him to send them to me, he never responded. They overcharge for parts, claim to give you a $20 discount, then put that $20 back into labor. This business is a complete scam. read more

TOTAL SCAM. Any positive reviews should be dismissed as personal relationships!!!! He comes in and makes you feel comfortable by actually doing a good job or talking you through the do's and do not's. Problem is that he collects the money and does not return or call you back. Numerous messages have been left without a response. DO NOT PAY A DIME UNLESS HE IS DONE OR HE WON'T RETURN! We called him to fix the ice maker in our refrigerator and after supposedly installing a new ice maker it never worked. I called him multiple times to come back and honor his warranty and he would set up an appointment window but never show up. I always got an excuse for his not coming. He is a liar and a thief. I used this service to repair a dryer. The dryer still doesn't work properly! Then my dishwasher started to malfunction, so I called this service to set up an appointment. The appointment was for Saturday between Noon & 2pm. I took off work and waited. The technician (who happens to be the owner) failed to call & or show up. I attempted to make contact the same day twice & got no answer each time. The next day, Sunday, he attempted to contact me but I was not able to answer the phone. I attempted to contact him again in the afternoon and finally made contact. He stated to me he was sick over the weekend & was "down" for a few days. (In my opinion, some kind of notification should've been made to me, a customer, about the change in plans and a new appointment could've been made). With that being said, a new appointment was scheduled for the next day, Monday, between 9am - 11am. I asked him if he had the address & was told he would call me when he was on the way to get it. So, on Monday I waited for his call & arrival. And for the second time I got a no call/ no show! I'm Done!!!! I gave this company a good review for the repair of my dryer & now due to this experience I'M RECANTING THAT REVIEW! This service, or lack there of, has changed my mind about their professionalism. I would not recommend this repair service. Initial visit was prompt but had terrible follow through. I had to call multiple times to schedule return visit to install necessary part. Technician gave a time frame for appointment and then showed up 5 hours later. Installed part but did not actually know how to activate new control panel. I ended up having to consult another repair service to get the necessary information to get my refrigerator working again. read more

I called for help to repair $3000.00 Frigidaire Gallery, he came i the code was SY EF as a professional in the business, he should have known it was the evaporator fan error code, he replaced the mother board, the unit worked for 3 hours i paid hi, $513.65 I texts him no response I called no response that was a week ago. I lost all my food and out of the money ad he will not even answer his phone, I got him one time and he said he will come to look at the unit, I called the Frigidaire and was told what was wrong with the unit and they advise not to let the technician touch it again, i am now pursuing legal against him. No more money for the unit to spend and no place to store food, so I am out of luck. Please be careful if you choose to use him. I also forgot to tell you he put a use mother board in my unit and charge $327.00 for the part, I was a fool, but he will not get away with this. I will see him in court. Please check him out before you make the same mistake. Please do not let the $20.00 coupon fool you, he added back in on the price, He also only except cash so he do not pay taxes on his business, so with everything else he is cheating the government, so I will also contact the Attorney General Office to see if they age getting their share of the money. I will also file a complaint with the BBB, and I will take him to small claim courts, he messed with the wrong person. read more
