What a nightmare of a company to work with. Came out 18 weeks ago and tore my forklift apart in the…read moremiddle of my shop. Said they would be back the next day to put the new wiring harness on it. Showed up a few days later with the wrong wiring harness and said it would be 3 months to get the correct one. They also took the damaged wiring harness with them so I could not try to solve the problem elsewhere. They swore they didn't take it on multiple occasions before finally finding it at their warehouse and bringing it back to us. Today their operations manager at the corporate office said the harness is discontinued and I should scrap the forklift. They made 0 concessions in this whole mess and refused to give us a loaner lift for any amount of time. Mistakes happen. How a company deals with issues shows their true colors. Raymond Storage Concepts talks a big game, but only cares about dollars in the long run. I would have been so much better off if I would have never called them. Don't make the same mistake I did. Though we didn't get anything super complicated like a bobcat, which is certainly harder to maintain and probably has quirks with how it likes to be operated. Wes-Par's location works great for us and the staff all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and tidy as well. My only real complaint is that I'd have liked the rentals to be slightly cheaper. However nowadays, everything is so expensive and they probably have increased costs. Due to this I'm torn between a 4-5 star review.

Adults and kids both loved the obstacle course and bounce house. There may have been tears shed when the kids got up the next day to see no more bounce house.
