I explained that I was looking at the Bad Boy Elite with a Kawasaki engine. We discussed pricing and warranty, then even though it was misting out we walked outside and looked at the exact mower I was interested in. I explained that due to a bad back I was looking at comfort more than anything else, they recommended adding an adjustable Suspension Seat. I was very please with the information provided and was even told they offer a lifetime power train warranty as well. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the staff here and would be happy to call them my outdoor power equipment dealer and service center.

When you walk through their doors, you are not just another sale... you are treated right. They have built their reputation over the years as a dependable mower sales and service dealer, and in recent years have stepped confidently into the tractor market... now proudly offering TYM tractors. I had the privilege of purchasing the very first new TYM they sold... and I can tell you point blank, it has been an outstanding experience. TYM is not new to the game. They have been manufacturing tractors for decades and have built equipment for many well-known brands. Since 2010, they have carried their own name... and it shows. These tractors are loaded with features you simply do not find on many competitors in the same class. And here is what truly sets C&C apart... after the already strong 6-year TYM warranty, they back it up with a lifetime powertrain warranty. That level of confidence and commitment speaks volumes. In my humble opinion... you will not be disappointed with either TYM or C&C. If you are in the market, do not hesitate... stop in, talk with them, and see it for yourself.

Just yesterday I took my chainsaw into Paul's for servicing as it had lost a couple of screws that…read morevibrated out. Also needed a good cleaning. The girl behind the desk was very young and obviously a family member. She was honest with me and said they have had problems finding help and are extremely backed up, 4 to 6 weeks. She offered that she could look and see if they had the screws on hand. They did, and I purchased them for five dollars. She even checked my air filter and said it looked fine when I inquired about buying one. Her honesty and focus on getting me exactly what I needed was greatly appreciated. I can clean the chainsaw up myself and was simply going to have them do it as a convenience. But all small businesses are hurting for good help right now and the fact that she was focused on getting me what I needed and getting me on the road was greatly appreciated! Even though Paul wasn't available, she was obviously trained by And utilizing he is customer service skills.

When I arrived, she put the starter on the counter but it wasn't in a box so I asked her if it was new and she said yes. She said they keep the starters in a tube. The started had some wear on the gear and a little grime on the starter. Since I was persistent, she showed the starter to the owner who said it was used and said he'd sell it to me for $50. I told him I wanted a new starter and was told it was new over the phone. I didn't buy the used starter as I didn't know the condition of it. Secondly, I asked the owner if he had a used deck for my garden tractor. He said he had one but wanted to know how much I would pay for a $1000 deck. Was messing with me but I thought he was trying to convince me or condition me for a lesser but still outrageous price. He said he had a used deck for $500 which I thought was being greedy. He then took me to a large amount of mowing decks that have been out in the weather for years. He showed me one and told me $300. May have not been a bad price if it wasn't exposed to years of weather. Seems like the owner is a greedy person that would rather let the parts rust to hell before moving them at a reasonable price. I wasted money on gas and 1 and a half hours of my time. I tried to patronize this nearby business and was willing to pay approximately 20% more than an online parts supplier. I then bought the part online. I will never go to Paul's Oudoor Equipment for anything. It was a disgusting experience.
