I received a text message that the message was received and someone would call me shortly, No call Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday 5/20/2026 and left another message. The service manager called and gave me a couple of excuses as to why he didn't call Monday or Tuesday. I accepted that and was willing to move forward with the service. The service manager told me he would call me on Tuesday 5/26/2026 to schedule the mower pick up. No call Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Thursday 5/28/2926 and was given an excuse as to why he didn't call me when he said he would. I was still willing to move forward with the service and was given a window for pick up for Friday 5/29/2026. I tried to narrow the window by 1 hour and was told that he could not accommodate that and he would have to call me the following week once he made the route schedule. Since he didn't call me the first or second time he said he would I lost confidence he would do what he said he would do the third time. If he would have told me originally it would be two weeks before he could schedule the pick up I would have accepted that. I feel like their service is not important to their business and would not recommend them for service.

Our cashier Logan asscused us of stealing propane!! I was filling propane as my wife was inside…read moreshopping. We have filled up our propane at tractor supply for years and normally receive a piece of paper from the filler with the amount of propane we filled, we then proceed to pay inside after doing a little a shopping. Today the man filling the propane (Logan) refused to let me leave to find my wife with the wallet, accusing me of stealing our 5 bottles of propane. He then ordered a younger woman to check me out outside with their mobile machine, which we couldnt fo because my wife was inside with the wallet. So the lady followed me in with the machine, as we walk in the register lady turns to us and yells "are you paying for that" which i replied yes, I need to find my wife. This was the worst experience I've ever had in retail. We were accused of stealing when we are loyal customers of tractor supply. I will never return to this tractor supply. Logan should be written for how he treats customers. Please dont treat honest people like criminals. Terrible business
