NEVER work with Michael repairs unless you have money to burn.

The work lasted a day and when she called back they told her she needed another part that cost more money upfront. So she paid and the part never came in and they never returned. Their contact number even changed multiple times. IF she got a hold of a person, they'd say they are on their way out and would never show up. She has reported them to the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau.

Terrible terrible terrible! Do NOT use. Total Scam. I have never seen a website with so much…read morenonsense listed on it. I only called them because I needed an immediate fix for my washing machine, and they "claim" to be a 24 hour service. What a Total joke. ZERO stars. Terry and Amy both lied to me, do not return calls, have no clue how to deal with customers, yell at the customer, blame the customer, charge WAY too much, and do shoddy work. He installed a "new" pump motor in my washer, as it was not draining the water. First, said he would be back at a given time, and had to call him several times to get an answer. He finally showed up 4 hours later than expected and installed a "new" pump. When I went to do my 1st load of laundry, the same error message appeared, and it did the same exact thing as before the repair. I called Terry. No response. Called Amy...same deal. When I called her and told her I stopped payment on my check and threatened to call the news, only THEN did I get something done. Terry came back out a few days later, with an attitude, and a new pump, in the box. He replaced the previous pump he installed, and told me the reason it didn't work was because he found change in the washer. Complete fabrication. The pump he installed was faulty from the beginning and didn't work properly. I didn't get ONE load of laundry to cycle through. He then screamed, yelled, and cussed at me when I told him Amy had said she would deduct the $35 stop payment fee from my bill for the inconvenience. When he called her to inquire about it, she bold faced LIED and said she never said that. Instead of more serious harm being done, and to get him out of my house, I just paid the $35. My washer has worked since he installed the appropriate pump. The first "new" one he installed looked like it was far from new when he took it out. There is no way 3 coins would break the fan blades on that pump. There was no change in my washer. He claimed he took pictures of it, and when I asked him to send them to me, he never responded. They overcharge for parts, claim to give you a $20 discount, then put that $20 back into labor. This business is a complete scam.

An appointment was made and several days later the old furnace was taken out and a new furnace was installed in less than 4 hours. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and courteous. Bottom line: price quoted and installation met with no surprises. Clean space left with all old items and leftover stuff removed. Several weeks later, I remain completely satisfied with the job and would happily recommend this company based on my experience. I will continue to use them in the future.

They worked with us and gave us an earlier date. They also agreed to enter the house using a lock box since we wouldn't be there yet. I have done business with Complete Appliance Service for numerous years now. From purchasing appliances to having my appliances serviced. The technicians are very knowledgeable & respectful. They take the time to review & clearly explain things to you as they are performing the install or servicing. The ladies in the office are wonderful as well. They make you feel as though you are a part of their family. I don't know of any other business that will deliver the same day or even service the same day, if time permits. This place has been around for years, has an outstanding reputation, not only in their hometown of Park Hills, but all over N.Ky and Greater Cincinnati area. These Ladies and Gentlemen working for Complete Appliance Service have been the best. I do not wright reviews to often. I don't think most people do until someone makes them unhappy. These people have done work for me over the years and always treated me fair They have sold me Appliances that were rebuilt and they lasted for years. A couple days later and the problem still persisted. Asked him to come back and he added Freon while I watched. He told me that it was a closed system that he would have to splice into. I was kind of nervous about that because I thought the freon would leak possibly. He assured me that it was not a common issue. The fridge and freezer and icemaker started working the way they were supposed to, but after a couple months, I started to notice a warp in my floorboards. I wasn't even thinking about the refrigerator repair. Thought maybe some water had been spilled. Problem kept getting worse and finally I pulled the refrigerator from the wall and took the back plate off and saw that water was dripping condensation from the saddle valve that he put on. I sent him a picture of said saddle valve and he denied ever putting it on after I sat there and talked to him about it while he was doing it. He literally told me it was a closed system and the only way to add Freon was to splice into it.. No one else had ever worked on my fridge. This was all via text message. The next thing I know he is calling me. He wanted to know what the problem was, and I explained. He denied ever installing the saddle valve and told me that he would never put one on and that the condensation was from ordinary every day humidity. I've had this refrigerator and floor for 14 years without a problem. He asked me if there was a charge for a saddle valve on the invoice. He said that if he would have put one in it would've cost $16. (It is interesting how he knows exactly how much one costs when he never installs them.) He asked me what he wanted me to do. I said fix it. He told me I was lying and said screw you and hung up the phone. This guy is a hothead. Beware.

Repair guy seemed nice enough, looked inside and claimed our range was dual-fuel (I.e. stove was gas, oven was electric), and that BA didn't service these types. I was surprised - because although we didn't buy this appliance (we moved here less than 2 years ago), we always thought the unit was completely gas. Turns out we thought this, because it was completely gas. Confirmed by the repair guy who came from Day's, the appliance repair company that our home warranty company sent out when BA refused service. On a plus note, BA didn't try to collect a deductible for coming out (We wouldn't have paid it anyway if he did). But I'm not sure why the repair guy couldn't tell that our oven was in fact gas, or why they would make the effort to come out to refuse service to us. Have no idea what this was about. But I can guarantee I will ensure our home warranty company doesn't use these guys again for us, or we don't use them again on our own.
