This was determined AFTER I had paid a service call (approx $60) and $320 for a service contract. Gary did make several trips to my home before it was determined that parts were not available for the final fix. He verbally agreed to refund my service contract cost less his parts costs, but I did not receive the check as promised. I am unable to leave a message on his phone. This is really disappointing. I really wanted to support the small businessman. Unfortunately I cannot recommend him. Perhaps he will see this Yelp review, contact me and make it right. I will definitely post if that happens! 12/1/16 I have contacted Gary a number of times. Now I get no answer on his phone. He has promised on 3 occasions that my refund is forthcoming, but he is waiting for money to come in to him from another source. After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for diagnosing the problem. This fee would be applied toward parts and service if I proceeded with him doing the work. After paying $318.00, he would not tell me what was wrong unless I paid an additional $159.00. I do not agree with paying for him to just tell me what was wrong with the dryer after already paying for the diagnostic fee. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for appliance repairs and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same.
