I contacted LG directly about my problems and was told the Control Panel on the dishwasher was under warranty?? Why didn't Nick tell me that?. A-1 was prompt a coming out, knowing they would collect their inspection charge. After that, no help at all. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel. I was initially told that there would be a trip charge of $159 to inspect my dryer, which would be applied toward any parts if I decided to proceed with the repair. After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for diagnosing the problem. This fee would be applied toward parts and service if I proceeded with him doing the work. After paying $318.00, he would not tell me what was wrong unless I paid an additional $159.00. I do not agree with paying for him to just tell me what was wrong with the dryer after already paying for the diagnostic fee. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for appliance repairs and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same.
