Wow where to start. My dryer was not drying my clothes. I troubleshooted and tried to take the…read moredrier apart to remove any lint. Well I was having trouble putting it back together so we called this business to help us with the problem, and to help put it back together. The first time he came, he quoted us $345 for 2 parts (that cost about $10 each) and the rest was labor. He asked me why I took the dryer apart, again I told him that our clothes were not drying and I was trying to fix the problem and didn't know if I fixed it. Due to the snow storm he couldn't come out when he originally said he could (which was perfectly fine, but there was no communication as to when he would actually come back). He came back and rudely interrupted my partner several times while she was working because he needed things immediately. He put the dryer back together, turned it on said "it works" and left. All of 15 minutes. The original problem with the dryer (that it wasn't drying clothes) was not diagnosed and still persisted after the dryer was put back together. So that is when I called him and got absolutely berated over the phone. I told him the original problem was still an issue and he said "what do you mean original problem, you called me to put your dryer back together". Obviously he does not care to listen to the customer and I truly believe part of the reason is because I'm a woman. He told me to listen to him and that I'm wrong and he was never told about the clothes not drying (even though he was told 3 times). He mentioned holding a gun to my head. He called me a b****. He called me a f***** and told me I would never get d*** (which isn't that the whole point of being a lesbian...???) It was at this point where I returned the belligerence and returned the favor of name calling. He then accused me of abusing my partner. After I hung up, he called my partner (she did not answer). I called him back to ask why he called her and he stated he wanted to speak to someone with a brain. Do not allow this man into your home, do not allow this man to service your appliances. He overcharges, doesn't listen, only cares about his own time, thinks lowly of women, and when he gets challenged, he resorts to name calling. He is unprofessional and does not deserve to be in business.
