I appreciate the helpfulness of the tech, and quickness or the repair! *One note: The tech was great, but kind of threw his tools around/dropped them instead of placing them on our wood floor. Better scenario he's just completely unqualified and rips people off instead of getting a real job. I called him and yes I got hot. I always get hot when someone tries to scam my daughter. His response was I don't have to talk to you. I'll just talk to your daughter. Of course he says that, because he's able to rip off a young girl not an adult.
