Hi Mark, I beg to differ. IF you repair Sharks, then I suggest further training for whoever is…read moreemployed there. furthermore, if I am PAYING you to do a service for me, I would expect the repair place to do as the customer wants. IF the problem is NOT the belt after it is replaced, then I am highly intelligent enough to know then that there MUST be something else wrong and then I'd lug the entire vacuum in for you to inspect. At the current time, I don't want/need anything done but a belt replaced (or slapped on as you so eloquently stated). Also, my bringing in a MANUFACTURERS part is EXACTLY THAT! Seeing as how you don't have any Shark parts in the store, I guess then you'd have to order something that is already made available to you and charge extra money for. As far as you're restaurant insinuation, if i have a group going out and I have a food issue and I HAVE to have special food, I'm quite sure they'd make it for me, but of course, in your eyes I'd expect it for free! This was something that I planned on paying for, and this is ENTIRELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You/your highly trained employee made all kinds of excuses as to why he couldn't help me today, not just that "YOU DON'T REPAIR SHARKS. DO YOU SEE ANY SHARKS IN HERE? WE DONT EVEN SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS. THESE VACUUMS ARE MADE TO JUST BE THROWN AWAY. THE PLASTIC BOTTOM WOULD BREAK IF I TRIED TO TAKE THE COVER OFF. I DON'T HAVE THE CORRECT TOOLS TO TAKE OUT THE SCREWS!" In essence, I find your answer quite demeaning and sarcastic. I plan on not only NEVER returning to any of your locations ever again, but I will be letting everyone I know or speak to how I was not only given incorrect information, but a sarcastic and demeaning ASSUMPTION of me wanting it done for free from a "family owned" business. I will also be writing the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. If this is how you keep customers, than it'll be in my best interest to find a place that wants to. You made so many EXCUSE, but entirely missed the facts. Maybe someone else in the family should take over

While making the recent appointment, the friendly lady told us a lot of information on problems with refrigerators. We learned more from her than the stores we shopped in. A couple days later and the problem still persisted. Asked him to come back and he added Freon while I watched. He told me that it was a closed system that he would have to splice into. I was kind of nervous about that because I thought the freon would leak possibly. He assured me that it was not a common issue. The fridge and freezer and icemaker started working the way they were supposed to, but after a couple months, I started to notice a warp in my floorboards. I wasn't even thinking about the refrigerator repair. Thought maybe some water had been spilled. Problem kept getting worse and finally I pulled the refrigerator from the wall and took the back plate off and saw that water was dripping condensation from the saddle valve that he put on. I sent him a picture of said saddle valve and he denied ever putting it on after I sat there and talked to him about it while he was doing it. He literally told me it was a closed system and the only way to add Freon was to splice into it.. No one else had ever worked on my fridge. This was all via text message. The next thing I know he is calling me. He wanted to know what the problem was, and I explained. He denied ever installing the saddle valve and told me that he would never put one on and that the condensation was from ordinary every day humidity. I've had this refrigerator and floor for 14 years without a problem. He asked me if there was a charge for a saddle valve on the invoice. He said that if he would have put one in it would've cost $16. (It is interesting how he knows exactly how much one costs when he never installs them.) He asked me what he wanted me to do. I said fix it. He told me I was lying and said screw you and hung up the phone. This guy is a hothead. Beware.
