As of today: New roof installed…read more Wind Mitigation Complete New insulation blown in the attic I have to pause and give a HUGE shot out to Sentinel Roofing who really helped through every bit of this. They made sure the permit went through and started the project on time, which allowed our new roof to be completed Wednesday 9/25. The day before Hurricane Helen was expected to hit. The roof was inspected and filed Thursday morning (9/26) prior to the City closing down at noon. When they thought their dumpster company wouldn't be able to pick up prior to the storm; they came to ensure the dumpster was tied down and secured. My husband was incredibly impressed how they took the time to sure through every eyelet on the tarp. The dumpster company also ended up coming Thursday early to pick up the dumpster so it was gone before the winds started. The Wind Mitigator and Insulation team showed up on time Monday (9/30) after the storm. Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them. Every single individual I dealt with was not only incredibly kind and customer service oriented but also responsive, and was great with communication. I cannot not only thank them enough for their work, but I have to give them a 5/5 in my recommendation that you reach out to them when you need roof work completed. Thank you! My shed was part of contract and then he rewrote contract up his bid from 4100 to 6200 and now he doesn't want to complete the job. After he has been paid in full. Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. They may not be a big company, but they are the Best!!!!!

He told us our roof is 90% good with just 2 soft spots. He gave us an estimate on re-enforcing the soft spots which was very reasonable. This man could have charged us for a new roof, but instead saved us money.
