Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. At first I was upset to be rejected by the other roofer, but that didn't last long. Ocala Roofing gave me a quote that was $1000 cheaper than everyone else and held my picky hand through the whole process. Alanna, office staff, is wonderful. No matter how many questions or requests I had, she answered and filled them all without issue. When she didn't know something, she said so, then tracked down the information I needed. She was always patient and kind. Mike, the job supervisor, was also a joy. Though my contact with him was minimal, he helped me understand my final bill, by explaining everything on it, in enough detail to feel fully informed. Because of Covid and my out of town status, I have not been able to view my new roof in person.
