He had a clear message with the objective to help me with my roof situation. Upon his inspection together with his partner Maria, my roof was found to be more damaged than first thought. Felix dealt with my insurance company in my presence as he cordially and technically gave a detailed explanation of the situation. I was impressed with the high level of his inspection survey together with drone pictures that were sent to my insurance company. An inspection meeting was immediately set up to include myself. Again, Felix demonstrated to my insurance company's inspector his high level of expertise, in fact Felix knew more than the inspector using roof lingo referencing types of damages to my roof. Maria tied up the loose ends with the final details. She as well showed a high level of expertise and understanding of roof restoration. Felix is a well-studied roof expert. He knows more about roofing than all the other "bidders" combined. Since he is also a licenced inspector of roofing, you get a real "pro" job. He can offer 160 MPH rated shingles in certain situations...be sure to ask about that. From Felix you can find out the "secrets" of weather and other hidden deterioration on your shingles. Felix returned my call promptly and after evaluating my roof, took possession of the problem himself. He is the most knowledgeable person that I have met when it comes to roofing.
