Victory currently has a special finance deal of up to $5000 off MSRP and 1.99 % APR on 2010 and some prior models. This is a new store, so I rolled in looking to get a deal on a 2009 bike. Janene quickly greeted me and directed me to a salesman. She needs to be more attentive to customers and not look like she is bored and playing on FaceBook all day. Jeff Jordan came up to me and did listen to what I was looking for. He was attentive; but, I felt he was the typical salesman. He was ready to sell me whatever he could. When I had asked about the special promo, he looked at me like he did not know what I was talking about. If a manufacturer is going to have a special promotional deal, at least have a clue what I am talking about. Jeff turned around and was like, "You need to talk to Finance about that." Gee, I am NOT going to buy a bike and get to Finance only to find out that the up to $5000 off is more like $1000 off and they raised the MSRP of the bike $1000 so pretty much you are paying the same price for the bike. Secondly, the used bike selection is horrible. They only had 1 Victory and 1 Harley. The Harley was priced right. I will give them the fact that this is a new store and they probably do not have a lot of inventory. Third, Cowboy needs to seriously dump the Power Sports Network. Their website is awful. It is a pain to navigate and looks plain ugly. They need to rewrite the site and get rid of Power Sports Network from doing their site. Thanks but I will be buying my Victory elsewhere. I had a much better experience at Naplam.

I came in to look at a used motorcycle and while I appreciate the staff taking the time to let me…read moreview and test ride the bike, the overall presentation and experience fell far short of what you'd expect when spending that kind of money. The motorcycle had obvious cosmetic drop damage (scuffed clutch cover, exhaust, and bar end), which I understand can happen on used inventory and I was told about before hand because I noticed a scuff on the clutch cover so I asked the shop owner about it. What concerned me was the complete lack of basic preparation and presentation: the bike was dusty/dirty, and both the rear brake reservoir and coolant were sitting right on the low line. If a shop asks for top-dollar pricing, basic fluid top-offs and wiping down the machine should be the bare minimum standard before putting it on the floor. When I asked about coverage or warranty options for peace of mind regarding the drop history, I was told they don't offer extended warranties because "it's a used bike and you never know when an engine might blow," beyond a basic 30-day dealer guarantee. Expecting a buyer to take on 100% of the long-term risk on a tipped-over machine without even properly prepping or topping off the fluids doesn't build confidence in their intake or inspection process. I chose to walk away and hold onto my money. I recommend future buyers thoroughly inspect any pre-owned inventory here before making a deal.

He handled it perfectly assuring me he would address it and take care of it and thanking me for bringing it to his attention. A textbook example of how to handle things. Handled properly a problem can be turned into a positive experience and interaction with the client. Well done! I then went to the clothing department searching for a specific shirt that was showing sold out and discontinued on the Harley website. I had called Harley Davidson.com checking to see if there was any way possible it was still available and  no luck (It matched the colors of my new bike and I really wanted it). Tanya in your clothing department noticed I liked a particular style of shirt and said she would make me aware of other shirts that come in matching that style in the future. She and I talked and I explained my "dilemma". She did a computer search of dealerships showing that exact same shirt in stock. I did have to make a few calls but was able to find that shirt that I REALLY wanted. It made my day! Thanks for your assistance! I then went to talk with Frank in parts about my bike I just dropped off for a stage 4 kit install. He made me aware of some new parts/products I might be interested in since the bike was going to be getting worked on anyway. He explained to me the benefits/advantages of the newer/better performing parts that just became available in contrast to what I currently have. He also helped me with a return. I really liked that he was not trying to "hard sell" me; just educate me on the advantages. People do like to buy things but don't like to be "sold". He has also gone the "extra mile" for me finding other dealerships that had a product I ordered that was on backorder. Thanks for all your assistance! I just wanted to give some kudos to these individuals that made my visit a very positive experience! Mark

I paid a good price, tried to replace the cylinder myself and it worked for a month. Depressing. I found Ben online, w fairly specific requests that many mechanics would refuse. Nothing outrageous, and I think it reflected his confidence in BMW boxer motors, even a more modern four year old one. "It's the same engine, more or less". For some reason, I was sold on that. I had seen the engine apart, and I had to agree. I brought the bike not running, repaired ineffectively by me. He helped guide me which parts he thought were important...which took a few weeks. BMW parts are SLOW if they're not in the states. "A 2018 RNINET CYLINDER? Let me check mother Germany." Three months ....Anyhooo....Ben is smart as a tack, personable and a born teacher. He loves these bikes and understands them. I gave him every bit of information I had for the bike....LOTS. I think he opened it up once for torques. One of THOSE guys. I know, he graciously allowed me to WATCH him work and help when I could. I wouldn't count on it, but very generous act. He also allowed my dead bike to sit in his garage waiting for Berliner's get their shit together. I can't remember if I paid him a little extra sunthin sumthin, for the pain...but it wasn't from his suggestion if I did. Ben doesn't seem like that kinda guy. Bike fired up, and has been settling over the last several thousand miles. I love my bike. BMW always told me..."don't replace the cylinder, it won't ever be the same." That's easy for them to say. I don't know if it's the same or not as I've done little to the bike. Scrape a baby possum off my face plate...but that's my head. I paid under 4 grand for the bike. Under one for the repair? Might drag little at 2k in first gear coming out of driveway....wtf do I want? I drove a 1100 cc NINJA when I was a kid. This is much classier and I don't have paper plates at the little car show around these parts. My bike looks used but imagine a beautiful woman waking up in your bed, for no reason determined, she looks as hungover as you feel not perfect but just RIGHT...smells amazing...stays the after noon...maybe even dinner again when she orders Vietnamese food you didn't know existed. Nobody complained. I couldn't prove the bike is slower pre or post accident and repair even I wanted to. I've pushed 120 mph easy. Ben is not a bullshitter. He speaks in a manner that suggests he's thoughtful of what comes out of his mouth but has a sense of humor too that spurts out. HE GENUINELY WANTS TO DO A GOOD JOB. Brennan finished putting it together. Once completed EVERYTHING was explained to me. This place was extremely busy so if you chose to shop there be prepared to wait around. Each customer there was getting treated quite well with an explanation on everything. The phone was crazy busy also and calls were being answered. I'm not one to ever write one star reviews, those are usually reserved for the dregs of society…read more But for Hunter Road Power Sports, I shall make an exception. I brought my sons go kart here to repair a simple worn out wheel bearing. The repair technician convinced me to get two new front wheels. No big deal, right? After picking it up, I get home and start to drive this thing down the street before I let my son use it. I get maybe 100 feet down the road and the front tire assembly explodes in a cloud of scattering parts. When I looked at what happened, they replaced the old rim with a new rim that had a larger axle bore diameter. This allowed it to slip over the existing bearing spindle and lodge The tire against the frame, rendering the go cart inoperable. The spindle and wheel were totally destroyed and these guys could not get replacement parts. So I was left with a basically unusable go cart with no hope for repair due to a $300 repair these guys attempted to make. It's clear to me that the mechanic did not even test drive the vehicle before letting me pick it up and potentially let my son drive it without test driving it myself first. Had that happened, my kids would not have had the same reaction time as me and probably would have crashed into something on the side of the road and gotten hurt. I ended up just giving the go cart away to somebody and buying a new Polaris for my son. If you are ever in need of a go cart repair and these guys are your only option, do yourself a favor and just donate it to charity.
