I had the worst experience I accidentally turned on there and since I was there I asked about tack welding the brace on that one side well I saw when I parked the mudflap was fallen off somewhere before I got there .. they charged me for removing and replacing a mudflap that was not on the trailer It has fallen off already before I got there. They charged for hazardous waste which they did not disposed of anything! $261.88 to mount brace and a mudflap .. I talked to him about why so high.. he said this wouldn't even cover for the guy that did the job. He cut himself and took to the hospital and was at risk of a heart attack .i feel bad for him .. i never saw him but thats what the man that gave me the bill said . i stayed outside the truck for a long time and nobody was working on the trailer since he said they had to take someone off a job to do mine that's why it was more labor He said . It took hours waiting for the job to get done a mudflap and a brace didn't seem like the guy working on the mudflap was very professional to hurt himself like that ....I will never recommend this place !!! I took my motorhome in to have the AC fixed and Legend and Philip had it fixed in just a few days. Great customer service!!

Took my Motorhome there to have the side doors repaired for minor damage from an accident. It took almost a year to fix, and since I had just sold my home and lived in the RV this was a big problem. When I got the RV back they gad removed all my tanks and when they replaced them nothing lined back up. I could not hook up none of my ground accessories since everything has to go through a hole in the bottom and all the tanks had been installed improperly. Not to mention I had them replace my rear A/C unit which I was told was $1800 that they had an outside installer replace but they added a $700 fee to and never touched it. And to make it even worse only replaced the outside unit and not even the inside panel like I ask. I had to pay another $400 to have it replaced afterwards. And with Diesel cost of driving it the 100 mile round trip to the other shop I spent over $3000 for an A/C unit that you can buy for $900. I need up taking the RV back 3 times to have I lt fixed, all done under warranty and originally by insurance and it never was fixed, it kept getting worse each time. I finally refused to take it back and it cost me almost $4000 out of pocket to fix. They also put a screw threw my propane line going to my water heater located near my bathroom which we didn't find out obout until 6 months later, we kept smelling propane and had changed everything we could thing of and finally a technician found the screw when they reinstalled the toilet with a 4 inch long screw. Had to cap the line and only use electric on water heater now or tale up entire bathroom floor to replace. Never will use this place again, they are Completely Incompetent. As Usual, the Father starts a business and the Son takes over and it tanks the Quality. read more

Ok, I had to upgrade this review, because Kelly contacted me after reading my previous comments. It appears that my issues that I had communicated to someone in their shop previously had fallen through the cracks somehow. Kelly generously reimbursed me for all expenses incurred after this repair. She made clear that this was not how they do business and that they would make things right. Still keeping it at three stars for the long delay and the failure to fix the issue on the first try, but they came through in the end, and that counts for something in my book. read more

My Class A RV had steering problems - wondered on the road, hard to control. Took it into Aguirrie and they analyzed the problem - needed front drag link, tie rod assembly and alignment. Promptly ordered the parts. Work only took a couple of days. They did a lot of drive testing to get the steering stabilizer just right. Works great and we're very happy with the results! Brought my motorhome in for body repairs. The repairs appear to be good which makes me happy but because of mismanagement of my repair process I'm not as happy as I should be. The repairs were about $7,000 and I was very patient waiting for the weeks required to complete the and finally did get notified that I could come pick up my coach. I drove from Georgetown Texas to the shop in Buda, a distance of about 50 miles each way using the Toll Road to save time. When I got to the shop I noticed the house batteries were so low the steps to get into the coach would not work despite the fact that I was promised the coach would be plugged into 110 while at the shop to keep the batteries charged. This was disappointing as allowing batteries to go dead shortens their lives. Then I was told my insurance company hadn't paid their share of the repairs and I couldn't pick up the coach. So I went back home 100 mile round trip plus tolls without my coach. The next day I got an email from the shop saying they actually did get paid and that someone forgot to put that information into their computer system. So within 3 days I drove down again. I asked how the company normally compensates customers in cases like this and was told I could get a discount on any future labor charges. They did apologize for their mistake, which I appreciated, but to me an apology alone is insufficient when a business causes a customer to waste 2 hours driving to their shop, paying $22 in tolls and then denied access to their coach because of their administrative screw up. How about a refund for the tolls and gas money at least and some gesture indicating a intent to make things right instead of a smile and "sorry man". I wouldn't use this shop again because they don't respect customers or their time... Your just a number to them. read more

He also facilitated our purchase of new tires to replace those damaged by the formally bent axle. We are ready to get back on the road to test the fix. read more

I am new to Austin and needed some body work done to my RV. I asked everyone I could and kept hearing the name Aguirrie come up, so I took my RV there for repairs. I was very impressed, the repairs were done on time but more important the finial bill was less than the estimate. Insurance was paying for my repairs, many service companies will charge as much as possible and insurance will often pay anything. The fact that Aguirre did not over charge the insurance company proves to me that they will not over charge me. I am impressed. read more

Needless to say I was bummed to need to go to a body shop! (someone backed into my car when parked.) However, it all worked out in the end! In part because it was over the holidays, it took an awful long time to get my car back (3 weeks, to be exact), but when I did... it looks great! They ended up replacing the hood rather than trying to pound out the dent (he explained why -- something about double-wall construction...). With that and the front bumper replaced/ repaired (I'm not honestly sure!) and the paint nearby also buffed out... my car looks great! I was concerned that with an older car the parts wouldn't match, but it really does look great. I didn't pay for the work (the 'hitter' did), so I can't speak to the cost, but overall I was happy with the work they did. read more

After our 2014 Hyundai was rear-ended, Phillip Poe and the staff at Aguirrie Paint & Body went above a beyond to insure all possible damage was determined and with the help of the adjusters from Allstate, we were able to receive full valve on the totaled auto. The experience was about as painless as could be expected seeing as the person who caused the accident was uninsured !!!! I've learned that in the Austin area, there are very few body shops that have the capabilities (equipment & facilities) to properly repair and paint taller vehicles.
