Overall a very good experience. The office staff has been so patient with me. Jenny has stayed on top of it getting back to me. Karla as well. Omar came out and hung the mirrors back on the walls and even fixed a spigot. I did have an issue with the initial crew that came out not covering the furniture very well or at all as I had to be gone. And then not wanting to move the pieces they had moved back in place. But the worst was when I came home to find the bathroom trash can sitting directly on my bed pillow! So wrong and the reason this review is only 4 stars. Now the drywall crew is awesome! So very kind and considerate. Very contentiousness in cleaning up And they did a great job covering the furniture, etc. The troubleshooting plumbers that came out were all good. Overall a very good experience and can recommend Repipe1 read more

I'm writing to share a good experience I had w/ Re-Pipe1. The several gentlemen who did the work were always courteous, put plastic down to protect my floors and walls, kept me advised step-by-step throughout the day. As a former real estate agent, I know that the cost of re-piping will add at least that amount to the value of the property--and will make the house more sellable. Yes, they had to go into the walls, but their patching of the holes was impressive. For the patching in my house, they had 3 different textures to match--and they did so perfectly (one example can be seen in the pic). A minor issue arose, as can happen in any big job, and the company handled it immediately and completely. Excellent clean-up, too. Thanks, guys, you do good work. read more

Repipe1 - Stucco Patching - Plumbing Near Me - Irvine, California

Several homes in our neighborhood have been having issues with their pipes. So we were recommended by a few neighbors along with one of our good friends to use this company. We initially used them from my grandmother's house and ended up using them for our house as well. This company is very efficient they were able to get the entire re-piping done in one day and the patch work done on the second day. They prepped the areas to keep things as clean as possible and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend this company! read more

We had on going bad pin hole leaks and got our Repipe done with Repipe1and satisfied with their work and I don't have to worry again. Alberto came out after the installation to check the water pressure and everything in checked! read more

This review is for Alberto at Repipe 1. We had our house repiped by Repipe 1 and he came over after the job was done to fix a few things here and there. I remember him being super friendly and excellent at explaining things. Well, a few days ago, someone checked our water pressure and got a super high reading (130) and recommended that I contact Repipe 1 right away since they were the ones that installed the new pressure regulator valve when they did the repipe. Alberto showed up to check on the issue and he was right on time and as friendly as before. He immediately got a normal reading on his pressure gauge, but just to be sure, he checked the pressure with my gauge *and* he took four more pressure gauges out of his truck (including a new one that was still in its packaging) and checked them all as well! I really appreciate how thorough he is and how he explains everything. read more

Jacob! He is the best contractor I ever met:) Repipe1 was the first quote I got from Jacob and it is my first time going with the first contractor without interviewing at least three. He had a whole suitcase of materials to show what they were using to Repipe. I could easily tell that He is a genuine, smart, honest, and responsible man. He followed up with me throughout the process and helped whenever there was any questions, even on weekends! He is a great leader and the team is also excellent! There were some hiccups along the process, but everyone worked hard to address the issues. Thank you Jacob and the team read more

They were able to quote and start right away; which was important due to our slab leak. The work was completed in one day. Patching was done immediately after thereafter. The crew was perfect. They saved us money on fixtures we really didn't need to replace. They get the job done right. read more

Called Repipe 1 to examine a small leak under my shower. They dispatched Ricardo 30 minutes later to my house. He was very informative, showed me that the Repipe wasn't leaking but rather a shower drain and pipe. Gave me advice on how to fix it and provided a quote to do it as well. Great company. read more

Being proactive, I repiped my house before any of the old pipes began leaking and had plenty of time to shop around. After considering several companies, I chose Repipe1 and am very happy with the result. Jacob, their representative guided us through the entire process from beginning to end and even followed up two weeks after the job was finished to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. The job went amazingly smoothly. Day 1 was the PEX repipe. The inspector approved the job the next day, and the walls were repaired on day three with a final inspection on the fourth day. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks Repipe1 and Jacob! read more

I don't write many reviews, but this company absolutely deserves 5 stars. I called Repipe1 about a month ago on a Monday. They sent out an estimator at 9am on Tuesday (arrived promptly on time!). After working out a more than reasonable price, I was pleasantly surprised that they could start the very next day. Their 12 man crew arrived Wednesday at 7:30am and were gone by 3pm. Re-piped my entire house plus added several new lines for my remodel. They covered all work areas in plastic and actually left the place cleaner than when they started! They came back a couple of days later (after city inspector) and patched everything inside and out perfectly. As a proud homeowner and small business owner, I expect quality work, great customer service and the project completed on time. Repipe1 went above and beyond. I was very impressed and highly recommend them for a re-pipe. I just wish they could finish the remodel on rest of my house! LOL read more

Repipe 1 did a great job, they had the best price, my qoute included drywall patching and wall texture. They were fast, organized, and they cleaned their mess at the end. The drywall people also did a fantastic job . I needed a letter for my homeowners insurance and Jenny Estrada, claims manager, helped me with that. She sent me a letter and photos I needed to submit to my insurance. She was friendly and VERY helpful. Thank you Jenny Estrada and Repipe 1. I highly recommend them! read more

We have worked with Repipe 1 on two occasions, once to repipe our house and then to install a filtration system. On both occasions we found everyone from the office staff to the team in the field to be very efficient and courteous. They always did the work perfectly, on time, on budget and left our house clean. I would highly recommend this company read more

This company did a great job. They were knowledgeable explained everything worked very hard; answered all my questions. They did a good job and cleaned up good and wow, the patching company was great! I barely need to paint because they did such a good job with the patching very professional! I am very grateful and impressed. Thank you to the Repipe1 team and the patching team. Excellent customer service team too, very helpful and friendly!! read more

Almost perfect! 4.8 Stars, rounded up to 5. Customer service overall was excellent. All the workmanship was top notch. And materials were highest quality. Would highly recommend Repipe 1 to anyone looking for a full home re-pipe. Amazing that they could finish the entire 2400 square-foot house and have Paul water functionality restored within one working day. And following city inspection, all the patching was finished within the next couple days. All crew members were all employees of Repipe 1, no subcontractors, and all very professional. Only thing making this less than a perfect five star review are a couple minor inconveniences. There were two revisits required, due to some details needing further attention. There were also a couple times when they needed to change date or arrival time last minute, causing schedule issue. But all things considered, they are great company and did a superb job! read more

We had re-piped our house 2019 with Re-Pipe 1. The company provided a lifetime warranty. Recently, we discovered some dampness in a wall in our downstairs office. I called Re-Pipe 1 and they sent the supervisor Ricardo Salazar to access the situation. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive. He determined the leak was not with the RePipe, but with a Drain. We are now fixing the problem. We thank him for his professional assessment of the situation And the promptness of the company to send him out immediately. You can count on Re-Pipe 1 for your re-piping needs!!! read more

The quality of the service was complete shit! Didn't come back in a timely manner to repair the drywall damage, so now we have bugs in our house. Also the worker burned a hole in my very expensive couch while doing the repipe job pluse left my house a mess from all of there cutting a drilling. Not worth hiring if the work is shit.. read more

Excellent service I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. Fair price and excellent job

Best decision to select repipe 1 to do our house. They are experts in all aspect of steps of the job related with repiping! Glad didn't go for a plumbing repair company. Cruz from Tarzana was knowledgeable, friendly and professional gave a most competitive pricing for me to select them. Everyone I interacted and met provided friendly customer service starting from Veronica, Sheila, Jose Plumbing repipe installer, Enrique his Supervisor and finally Freddy Patching team supervisor. Overall it's an enormous job and they all do it with easy and finish everything to your satisfaction! Extremely clean job and leave your home exactly the way it was before! Cruz responded immediately if contacted during business hours. I even texted questions to Cruz after hours and on weekends and he responded first thing in the morning when he came to work. Had Repipe1 out a few months ago to repipe my whole house after a third pinhole leak. They were easy to work with and straightforward with pricing and timeline. Said it would take 3-4 days, and on day 3, they were done repiping, and the drywall was all done in one day. They tell you up front that it's a messy process, and they weren't lying. They did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. Their drywall repair team was terrific as well. Once I had the walls repainted, you wouldn't even know they were here. read more

Glad that we selected Repipe1. We had received a total of four estimates ranging from $37k to almost $11k. Most importantly, do your research. Make sure the company you select/ interview does their own work with only their employees (not subcontractors). Also make sure you deal with companies that only specialize in doing repipe. Believe me, you will save lots of money. The salesperson was on time and did a great job explaining the process and estimate. The two plumbers they sent completed the job in two days. Special thanks to Edith B. who performed the drywall repairs. From the outset, Edith demonstrated remarkable attention to detail. She methodically prepared each work area to minimize dust, which kept our home much cleaner than anticipated during such an extensive project. Moreover, her craftsmanship in matching both the smooth and textured surfaces was flawless; the final result looks seamless and professional. We are very pleased with the final results!! read more

My house is about 3,300 sqft. The entire job took only 3 consecutive business day ( Tue, Wed, and Thu). Their coordination was great. They communicated every step of the work with me. They showed up on time, they didn't leave until the work was done. Their work quality and workmanship was great. I had an issue with drywall texturing. I contacted them and explained the issue. They send another crew promptly to take-care of the issue. Last but not least, their price was very comparable with other companies which they do re-piping. I will definitely recommend pipe 1 to friend and neighbors. read more

From start to finish this project went off without a hitch. While the sales guy was a little "salesy", he nevertheless gave us a great overview of the entire process, the guarantees behind their work and materials, and a good explanation of how everything would be done. While 3 different people came out (including the sales guy first) to determine how the project was going to be handled as far as opening walls, on this point they obviously weren't communicating as everyone had a different perspective and it was obviously not shared among them to reach a general consensus. When they did come out to the work they obviously knew what they were doing, and the entire job was finished by 2 pm. By the next morning the rough inspection was passed-on a Friday. Monday they came out to do the drywall, and the team, very friendly like the piping team, did an excellent job and finished up by 5. Next morning the inspector was scheduled to come out and signed off. The office obviously runs this place like a well oiled machine and did a great job. Their pricing was also lower than anyone else's out there. Repipe1 is worth it. read more

Repipe1 was recommended by our neighbor who did a whole house repipe with them twice. After experiencing a pinhole leak, which ruined our floor, we decided to pull the trigger and do the repipe with PEX. After reading the reviews, we followed the advice and contacted Repipe1. We worked with Delilah for consultation and contract, she was very professional and thorough in the explanation of the process. Patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. On the scheduled day the repipe crew of 6 people arrived on time, extremely efficient and professional. All pipe replacement work was done in a single day for 3200 sq.ft. house. The team did a great job of covering the floor and furniture and cleaning up after themselves. We also decided to change shower valves during the process and Repipe1 was accommodative to allow us to order new valves and send a technician on another day to finish the replacement. Alberto Vasquez, their supervisor, completed the valves and trim installation as well as moved the recessed laundry box is a superb plumber professional, who loves his craft. Alberto installed the fixtures and bathrooms look new and attractive again. The final step was drywall patching. I couldn't believe that ~50 holes can be patched in a single day. We had the team of 5 working so efficiently, they finished just after 3pm. The patching for drywall and stucco came out very well, a way better than I expected - texture matched very well. We haven't painted yet, but I'm sure no one will be able to tell. Thank you Repipe1 for an amazing service and craftsmanship, making the complicated process, which could have been a disaster, into a smooth-sailing experience! read more

I had a third slab leak in the garage and decided to go with Repipe 1. Alex came over and gave me an estimate. He also told me what I needed to do before the crew came. Gilbert and his crew did a wonderful job. They covered everything before they started, did all the holes needed, and put the Pex pipes in place . They also covered all the Pex pipes for both cold and hot water. It's only required for hot water but they did for both. They cleaned up all their stuff. I had water right after they left. The next day William and his crew came to do the replastering. Before they started, they covered all the affected areas, and did a great job. I'm very satisfied with Repipe 1 & will definitely recommend this company., read more

I just wanna take a quick second to thanks Sean and the whole Repipe 1 team. I was referred to them by my local plumber Luke. Because of the age of my pipes and not being able to replace my vanities due to old steel pipes corroding I had one major leak last year and this year when I try to replace my vanities, we ended up causing a pretty bad leak that couldn't be repaired. I was extremely nervous Because we just redid our bathrooms in kitchen, and I was terrified that everything would have to be ripped out, but I was wrong! Sean did an amazing job explaining to me in full detail about the materials the warranties and gave me peace of mind that I will not have to worry about these issues. Going forward after re-piping. My husband did get another quote which was a little bit less play. Sean was able to explain to us why they are more expensive due to higher grade materials and A much better lifetime warranty. So it just made sense to go with them and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Repipe 1 if you're in need of a Repipe they're quick priced fair and stand behind their work. The whole job took less than a week from start to finish. read more

Our experience with Repipe 1 was fantastic from start to finish. Jacob came out to give me the initial estimate and was very thorough in going over how the whole process works and answered any questions we had. The girls in the office were always very responsive in getting every appointment set with the city and all follow ups. We are very happy that we don't have to worry about future leaks. read more

Jacob was an awesome representative for Repipe1 and everything he said would happen was spot on. The crew came when scheduled and had the job completed within 2days. I had my home repiped a few years ago and the crew did an excellent job--clean, efficient, and professional from start to finish. What really impressed me though was their service years later. A small issue came up and they stood by their warranty without hesitation. They sent someone out quickly, took care of the problem, and left everything tidy. It's rare to find a company that not only does great work but also backs it up years down the road. Highly recommend! read more
