While we didn't choose Creative Repipe for our project the experience was so good we felt compelled to leave a review. Jim and his team came out quickly to get us a quote for a Repipe due to a major slab leak. They were prompt, professional, and there was zero bullshit. Full transparency up front on pricing materials and process, and when we had follow on questions they replied quickly and with the same prompt efficiency. So why did we go with another company? Both bids were competitive (CR was actually lower) it just came down to the fact that that there were multiple homes in the other neighbourhood that had repipes completed going back 10 years with no issues. They offered the best price up, zero pressure sales, no negotiation needed, and knowledgeable service. read more

After comparing two repipe companies, I decided Creative Repipe. I was a bit nervous because the scale of the work. I am happy with the project. Everything is as expected. Rene and Sergio and their crew did the job very professionally. Highly recommended! read more

I had a slab leak at my home interviewed a few other companies, but Creative Repipe was my choice. I love their upfront transparency, they delivered everything that was promised! They said it would take 2 days to repipe and repair the drywall after installing, and it did. They did a great job, I love that they give a lifetime warranty on their work, that can be transferred to buyers, if we sell our home. Great price as well compared to other companies! I highly recommend Creative Repipe, if you ever have a slab leak! read more

I approved an estimate and was required to place a deposit. I never signed a home improvement contract and when I requested my deposit back because I wasn't gonna go through with the project, Ross refused to give me my money back. I had to go back and forth quite a bit. He tried to make every excuse to keep my money. He argued that I signed an estimate. he argued that he pulled permits. He tried every which way to keep my deposit beware of this company. will also hound you once you make initial contact , he will hound you to call or he will blow up your phone. He did end up refunding my money when I told him I was going to report him to the California state licensing board. read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Creative RePipe. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everyone was professional, honest, and easy to work with. One thing that really stood out was how available Mark the estimator was. He answered my questions even on weekends and after normal business hours, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Juan, the lead plumber, was amazing. He kept everything organized, the job moved along efficiently, and it was clear his crew respected him. They listened to his direction, worked well together, and were always courteous and respectful in my home. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. read more

Having a major slab leak is not a fun experience. I was fortunate contacting and contracting with Creative Repipe. The day they came they brought about 10 workers who in 4-5 hours totally repiped my home. I then had water! The next day a new crew came and patched all the holes. read more

Creative repipe made a really stressful situation the least stressful as possible. They were able to finish the repipe in about 6 hours the first day which was amazing and the wall patching was completed the next day. Really happy with the work and now I have peace of mind from plumbing leaks for the rest of my life! Alex, our advisor, was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a complete rundown of what to expect. Highly recommended! read more

Creative Repipe recently completed a full PEX repipe for our home, and the entire experience felt very white glove from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the crews were highly skilled, and overall we're extremely happy with the results. It also gives us peace of mind knowing the installation is backed by a lifetime warranty. John, our project manager, was fantastic to work with. He's clearly an industry veteran and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough when walking us through the project scope, process, and expectations. The repipe team was impressively clean and efficient. They completed the work quickly while keeping wall damage to a minimum, and both the piping crew and patch crew were very mindful and respectful of our home throughout the process. Rene, Miguel, and the repipe crew were always on time, professional, communicative, and clearly very experienced with the installation work. The patch crew also did an excellent job and paid close attention to detail. Special shoutout to Wilson, who took extra care to ensure the stucco work matched our home as closely as possible. We highly recommend Creative Repipe to anyone considering a home repipe project. read more

We had a slab leak. As this was our 2nd leak in 3 years (50 year old pipes), we decided to repipe our house. We received over 6 estimates ranging in price from $11,000-$26,000, with time frames from 2 days to 1 week to complete the job. They were the most reasonable bid. We met with John Oscarson and he walked us through the process. Unlike other companies we met with, John did not try to upsell the project. After we made our decision we were able to get the job booked quickly to meet our scheduling. The first day they got here at 8am and had completely re-piped our house by 2pm (that included cleaning up the mess). The next day a different team came in and patched 42 holes that were fairly large in size. They had one team member who placed plastic and in the rooms and adjacent rooms. This individual was in constant motion making sure that the excess dust from the drywall did not end up all over my house. They had the job completed in 8 hours, cleaning included! They were fabulous. I would highly recommend Creative Repipe to anyone who needs a repipe. Thank you John!!! read more

This was not resolved as I am still having issues with the install. Water is not maintaining the same temperature even after you replaced the shower valve, water goes cold in the same shower when hot water lid turned on in other locations. Your service man has been out 4 times and still can't fix it. read more

We were referred to this company by my Plumber. My plumber said give this guy a chance they have a awesome referral program with 20% off this company only does re-piping and let me tell you the presentation was amazing. We knew right away with the competitive pricing in the presentation that was given to us that we wanted to hire this company, even though we already had three other quotes This crew came in and knocked everything out in one day did an amazing job. We're very nice if you want your house re-piped I wouldn't turn anywhere else we had galvanized piping and our insurance company didn't wanna rewrite our policy so we had to re-pipe. We really thankful for this company coming through. They went above and beyond and even did an outdoor shower outdoor sink added an extra hose bib and even re-piped all the way to the meter. We were gonna go with tankless water heater and Jon convinced us that it's not worth it. Saved us a $3000 difference and yearly maintenance fee that can average to about $150. We're also thankful he convinced us to do pecks piping which is so much more quiet and has a better warranty than copper. Thank you John and crew for such an amazing job over all. read more

Do not call this company for any reason. It has been three years, and the work they performed is still defective. The owner is extremely rude, and the workers are completely unprofessional. The apartment board is currently in a court battle with them due to the poor quality of their work. read more

I am pleased to be writing a positive review for Creative Re-pipe. I have an older home with plumbing in the floor; I had a small slab leak. Renee and his team spent about ten hours working nonstop to re-pipe my home. They were true professionals and craftsmen! That night I was given a walk-through of the changes and the water pressure was tested. The following day all open holes were patched up and snd te-stuccoed. Thus crew was equally outstanding in their precision and work ethic. In summary, you won't worry about the end result or any more leaks after they work on your home. read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jim Fish and Creative Repipe. They completed our 5 bath house in 2 DAYS, which included all of the patching. Jim Fish explained everything thoroughly but concisely (no drawn out sales pitch), and offered us a great price. Our foreman Valentin and his crew were extremely professional, used quality materials, and ensured everything was covered before getting started. You won't find a better quality / price combo- we got several estimates and Creative Repipe was the lowest and fastest. The walls look as good as new, and no more whack a mole leak repairs! read more

Great people, a big job efficiently done in two days, but best of all THE BEST PRICE ANYWHERE for a full home repipe job!

Fantastic from beginning to the end. I highly recommend for repiping work. Ross came out to check out the work to be done, and explained everything in detail as he toured my house. Afterwards he gave me a quote on the spot, right then and there. The price was fantastic, and he was promising the work would be done in 1 day, then wait for inspector to review, then probably 1 day to drywall. That was spot on. Valentin and team started the repiping right on time at 8 am on a Wednesday morning, finished early Wednesday afternoon. Thursday morning the city inspector came by approved the work and pointed out the fantastic work and materials that were used. Friday the drywall work was done. I can't believe how easy it was, how great they were, the work is fantastic, and the whole process was simple, easy, and very competitive with the pricing. I highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend, they were amazing. They did a full repipe of my house in 1 day, and they did the work the day after I called them. They had about 8 guys there working on it. They did great work, with super fast service, and did great drywall repair, all at a very good price. They only Charged me $11,000 for a full repipe, after I had quotes of $25,000 and $33,000 by other companies. I couldn't recommend them more. read more

We are very happy with Creative Repipe and the job they did. Jim Fish was excellent explaining the process and responding to my questions and requests. The repiping crew lead by Rene was professional and the crew worked hard. Carlos lead the drywall patching team and matched the texture well. Creative Repipe also had the lowest quote. read more

We had our previous home repiped in Ladera Ranch, so I already understood the process. We "inherited" some 40 plus year old corroded copper plumbing when we purchased our condo 4 years ago. We already had a couple of leaks, and one involved our home owner's insurance. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the previous company we used, so after some online investigation, I gave Creative Repipe a call. Their sales/project manager Ross Chagovets came out to our three level condo and we walked our home: three bathrooms, two with dual sinks, and 7 sinks total. Plus three toilets, 2 showers, 1 soaking tub, 4 outside hose bibs, a washing machine, and a refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. Ross is a consummate professional, and very confident in his company Creative Repipe, and why they are very good at what they do. He really emphasized the quality aspect of the work, including copper stub outs throughout the home, high quality Pex product to replace the corroding copper plumbing, and most importantly, very experience plumbing crews and patching drywall crews. Ross was eager to earn my business, and he diligently followed up with me for one to two weeks, until he did earn my business. His plumbers Valentin Sr. and Jr. came out after Ross, before I signed my contract, to also walk the home. They assured me that my stone surfacing in the master shower would NOT have to be cut into, and also the wallpaper in our half bath would also Not be destroyed. That was different than what I was told by a larger competitor. The Valentin twosome gave me confidence - as they are very experienced and have seen and done it all. The 8 man plumbing crew with Valentin arrived at 8:00 am on a Monday morning, and they had my water turned on with the whole house repiped with Pex seven hours later - just like they said they would! Our city inspector came out Tuesday to pass the plumbing, and Francisco Tavares (4 man patching crew) arrived at 8:00 am Wednesday morning. They patched all the various holes, and screwed in drywall throughout the morning, and we waited for the city inspector to show up early that same afternoon, and he passed their work. Francisco and crew then put the wet mud on, textured the vertical walls, and even were able to duplicate a "popcorn" ceiling look in the guest closet - something a competitor told me they would NOT be able to do. The cleanup both days was good. You have to be realistic - your house is going to be in a state of chaotic mess. BUT, we were pleased that the project was basically over in three days, and that we were able to start painting some select areas 2/3 days later. I have attached some photos of various aspects of the project, including my stone master shower, which was not cut in to. We finished painting the decorative blue/green accented wall in our living room, so I took a photo that represents "after." I highly recommend Creative Repipe, and ask for Ross Chagovets. read more

Excellent work, big job done in a day. Highly recommended, little things after the job taken care of quickly and professionally.

Both the plumbing crew and the patching crew were excellent. The patching crew patched and blended perfectly. Plumbing crew did great work with minimal patching needed. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Creative Repipe. read more

We are very happy with the quality and speed of the repiping. Minor issues were promptly addressed.

I must have called every plumbing company that does repipes in my area and went with Creative Repipe. I would definitely recommend them. I thought their price was competitive, they completed the work in one day, and we passed our city inspection. Their drywall work after the repipe also looked great. read more

My wife's mother's home is in Monterey Park, and the water quality is horrible . . . extremely hard water. Additionally, the home was built in the 1950s with an addition in the 1960s. Fast forward to 2024 -- the pipes are so full of calcium and other deposits that the water barely flows from the faucets . . . it was time to repipe several years ago. My wife started getting estimates for repiping. The house has a crawl space below the floors which greatly simplifies the job, but not the expense. At least not with two of the three estimates she received. Creative Repipe was, after adding a "Senior Discount", lower by $4,000 and $7000! And that included new fixtures in the showers and bathtubs, new shut-off valves at each supply line, and new supply lines to all faucets and toilets. Because I will be adding an Aquasana water conditioning system to deal with the hard water, they even plumbed in the supply lines needed to hook up the conditioner before supplying cold water to the rest of the house and the water heater at no additional cost. That's going above and beyond expectations. A crew of eight showed up on-time for the installation, laid down carpet protectors, and draped plastic wherever walls needed to be opened to prevent dust from going all over the place. They worked very efficiently and had the job done in a matter of just over 5 hours, then cleaned up after their work was complete. The following morning, the patching crew of two showed up, again right on-time, and did an excellent job at each opening, including matching the stucco texture on the exterior walls where new hose bibs were installed. They installed new wall plates at the tubs and showers where two-handle fixtures had to be replaced with single valve mixers to cover the holes where the former hot/cold valves had been. All very clean and professional. Nothing left to do but a little paint on the outside of the house in a couple of places and inside closets or in cabinets under sinks, and those will get done whenever we decide to repaint the whole house. Jim Fish was very thorough in his explanation of their process, discussed the difference between a full copper repipe and a PEX/copper hybrid repipe. He also responded to questions promptly. I knew we were going to use PEX for its durability and ease of installation, and there were some copper portions necessary where the piping has to be exposed (PEX cannot be exposed to direct sunlight for any extended period of time, so it works perfectly under a house and inside walls) and those were all done with the thicker "L" type copper pipe. He also responded to questions promptly. In all, we made a great decision when we chose to contract with Creative Repipe. read more

I called three repiping companies when I found I had a slab leak. I decided to go with a full repipe using PEX-A to avoid inevitable future problems (my house was built in 1978). I sat through three sales presentations and chose Creative Repipe, based on the information Alex Escobar gave me and Creative's high review ratings. The cost was not the lowest - it came in between the other two companies - but I felt it was very fair based on my perceived quality. The whole process went amazingly smooth! Valentine Jr, Marco, and their team arrived Monday at 8:00AM and finished by 3:30PM. They were respectful of my property, covering the floors and hanging plastic to protect my home. Lino's patching team arrived at 8:00AM on Wednesday (city permit inspection took place on Tuesday) and finished by 2:30PM. Again, the crews protected my house while doing their work. I have never used the word "artist" when referring to plumbers or drywall repair workers but it more than applies to both crews in my case. Everyone did an awesome job!!! I highly recommend Creative Repipe for any plumbing work. read more

Great service! All work was delivered as promised. However, the financing is third part GreenSky. I would avoid that option if possible.

I never write reviews, but Creative Repipe was exceptional. They repiped our entire house in a day, and I could not have been happier with the service. They kept dust to a minimum, worked exceptionally well together and it was like a surgical strike. Get in, knock it out, great job, take you through the work, and they're out of there! On day 2 (to patch things up) the patch guys came in, down a person due to an illness, and worked tirelessly to get it all done in one day. Every single person I dealt with was friendly, polite and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend. read more

Great company to do business with. Alex explains every thing you need to know to the detail. The estimate is reasonable. I was scheduled with in 1 week. The crew showed up ahead of time and were prepared to work with every thing they needed . The installation crew did a fantastic job, they compleated the job in under 7 hours and left with no mess left behind. The crew knew exactly what to do , they worked together like a well oiled machine. The crew to repair all the areas affected by the repipe also showed up on time the next morning. Again the crew were really well trained and did an excellent job repairing all areas. They also completed every thing in less than 7 hours And left no mess behind. I highly recommend this company if you need a repipe. All quality parts are us made. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work performed. Thank you for a job well done! read more

The initial work that was completed seems to have been done well. However, the first work crew were more like robots & they broke the doorbell box in the attic.
