In a time where we are inundated with Contractors over-promising and under-delivering, Its refreshing to have an experience like the one we had with Creative Re-pipe. The work crews were on time, efficient and most importantly made sure to clean up everything daily. They also addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. The price is competitive. However, you're paying to not have your home feel like a construction zone and restored to its original condition in short order. Thank you again to John and Creative Re-pipe for a job well done. read more

We just did a whole-home repripe project with Creative Repipe and it was an absolute pleasure! Their price and warranty offer exceptional value, the timing was fast (booked in less than a week and all plumbing was done in one day!), service was excellent, the workers on site were efficient and professional, all of the finishing work was done expertly well. Clean-up was so impressive that my neighbors commented in the most positive way! I wish they did more than repipe, I would hire them again to fulfill any service they offered. Could not recommend more highly! read more

Great company, explains everything in detail. The team came in and got everything completed in 1 day and the very next day came in and did all the patch work. Fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend to family and friends! Prices were very competitive! read more

Creative Repipe did a complete repipe for my client's home in Oceanside. Aaron Lopez worked a through estimate and coordinated the work with our tenants. The plumbers were neat, clean and respectful of the tenants and their belongings. Supervisor Rafael Gonzalez took care of a small repair needed, after the job was completed. Their whole operation was very professional and I would recommend that anyone needing a home repipe should contact Creative Repipe. Rico Alexander Pacifica Properties read more

We highly recommend Creative Repipe in Orange County. Our 1965 home in North San Diego County had 1980s copper plumbing that was plagued with pinhole leaks, prompting us to search for repipe companies. After meeting with a few, I can confidently say that Repipe Specialists were the worst. They raised our concerns about finding an honest repipe company and I think Douglas the salseman and Kimberly from the "shop" are crooks. In contrast, Creative Repipe was fantastic--knowledgeable and honest. While the salesman, Ross, could tone it down a bit, he genuinely means well. The job went smoothly, and we had the technicians on-site beforehand to walk through the project. Repiping our four-bathroom house in one day was no small feat, and while it is a messy task, they took great care in covering and tenting the area. Dust is inevitable, but they did do their due diligence to keep it to a minimum. A big thank you to the Valentino repipe team and the Isaac drywall team for their excellent work. I would definitely recommend Creative Repipe! Another thing I found too was the cost was almost the same for all companies. Its like they all work off the same cost sheets...4 bathrooms are x amount. I hope that if there ever is an issue with work or matetial they provide the same professionalism and customer service. read more

Professional, efficient, punctual and did an excellent job! Highly recommend to anyone that needs to repipe.

Competitive pricing and seems like high quality materials. Repipe crew came out, made sure to tarp and protect the walls and floor, and finished the job in one day. Patch crew was excellent, matched the walls very well to the original textures. Have to drop them down one star for the lack of communication with my contact on scheduling and minimal response from the team on text and emails but overall I am happy with their work. read more

Highly professional and punctual, offering competitive pricing. I strongly recommend reaching out to them for an estimate before you choose a vendor. read more

During a kitchen remodel we experienced the unimaginable, galvanized pipes leaking below the slab. After speaking to several "traditional" plumbing contractors we realized we were not talking to the right people. They would fix the plumbing but had no idea how to put things back together. We needed a "full-service" contractor who was licensed and understood not only how to fix the plumbing but also how to patch the holes and put the walls back. Fortunately for us a neighbor had experienced a similar situation and had utilized Creative Repipe. Jonathon and the crews were amazing! Everything was done expertly, including permits! Very happy we utilized Creative Repipe! read more

Incredible experience with Creative Repipe during a stressful time. From the initial consultation with Jim to the work performed by Rene and his amazing team, including the patch team and corporate team handling the behind the scenes work, ALL work and steps of the experience were way above and beyond the expected level of excellence. On top of all of that.. the price was by far the best of all companies out there. Would definitely recommend this company and these teams to anyone. read more

I worked with Rafael and the crew. They completed a full repipe in record speed. We had a few leaks at the house, they recommended the highest quality PEX repipe with a 100 year warranty. I am 1 of 6 people I know that has used them. The teams that come out are friendly, they are creative, professional, hard workers and they don't waste anyone's time. Thank you for a job we done. I already referred you to my neighbors and look forwars to working with you in the future!! Thank you again!! read more

Creative Repipe - My fully repiped house! - Plumbing Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Creative Repipe has been a disaster. I am two months into them not completing the job. They sprayed drywall texturize on furniture and into electric elements. They did drywall work such that fixtures did not fit in. Communication is terrible. It all started with the sales rep saying to not worry about anything. That should have been my red flag. Am glad others had success but this has been two months of a mess that has not ended yet. Equipment put on new carpet without anything covering the carpet. Drywall patches that were budging out of the wall, drywall on carpet. I posted only a few of the photos of the mess. Dryer exhaust was left unattached and Dryer pushed back against wall. I discovered this when my place filled with exhaust. read more

Reasonable price Crew showed on the scheduled day and went right to work. Very prepared and organized and completed the repipe that same day. Very neat and professional easy to work with. The crew that completed the job was equally prepared and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for their service and neatness. read more

Great company to do business with. Ken explained everything I needed to know in detail. He answered all my questions and addressed the concerns I had. I had four estimates and creative quote was higher than the other three but it was Ken that really made me go with them. Ken was able to adjust somewhat on my quote. I was most impressed with the presentation provided by Ken on the company and options in determining the project effort and cost. The brochure provided with the quote was very helpful. Any time I called him he always replied to my call. He has excellent professional attitude. The re-pipe crew showed up ahead of time and were prepared to work with everything they needed. The installation crew did a fantastic job, they completed the job in 6 hours with no mess left behind. The crew knew exactly what to do. The crew chief Valentine and his son Valentine Jr. were extremely professional including the rest of the crew. Again the crew was really well trained and did an excellent job repairing all areas. The drywall team did an excellent job patching up all the holes needed for the installation. They also finished the job in 6 hours the very next day. Drywall crew chief Jorge Leon was extremely professional. Both re-pipe crew and drywall crew protect the walls and carpet by covering the areas with plastic. I highly recommend this company if you need a re-pipe. All parts are US made. Creative re-pipe warranty is much better than the other three companies I spoke with. That means they stand behind their work. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work performed. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Wow, they delivered way more then expected. Ken was awesome on quoting and laying out the job. They showed up with nine workers, sealed and taped everything off. Valentine was the foreman and had everything under control. In about five hours the repiped the entire house and left almost like they were never there. Their price was in the middle of the other two quotes I got but it was Ken that really made me go with them compared to the lower company. Ken conveyed trust and Valentine and his crew delivered. read more

Had copper hot water leak in kitchen slab. Had a emergency response company take care of the leak. They are still working after three months. We had used PEX piping in two previous houses. We asked about using PEX during repairs but was told it was not used in the desert. This is incorrect. Found two local plumbers as well as Creative Repipe. We used Creative Repipe since they were less than half the cost of the other plumbers. You are still responsible for fixing the drywall using most plumbers. Drywall repair and texturing is included in Creative Repipe's cost! Emergency response plumbers took a week to reroute two copper lines to our kitchen. After they were done running the lines, Creative Repipe came in. The took one day to replace ALL (3 baths, kitchen, deep sink) of our piping with PEX. There was minimal damage to the walls. The figured out how to run PEX without damaging any tiling. Creative Repipe plumbers suggested running a steel braided line for the reefer ice machine line in the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of in the wall. This minimizes risk of future leaks from this line. Overall, Creative Repipe workers were professional, friendly and did a great job of keeping the drywall dust contained. The next day, Lino Drywall came in. The repaired and textured all the drywall in one day. We were very satisfied with their work. I added their name to our list of vendors in case we ever need more drywall work. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost. If we ever buy another house with older copper piping we will get Creative Repipe to install PEX BEFORE we get a leak! read more

The team at Creative Repipe led by John Oscarson were extremely professional at executing the re-pipe of my entire house quickly and neatly within 3 days of starting the project. The crew that worked on our home were delightful to work with and very informative including pointing out other plumbing issues I might want to have looked at while they were re-piping. They left our home clean and ready for paint. John was responsive fro beginning to end, answering all of my questions and providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the entire process. I highly recommend Creative Repipe and John Oscarson! read more

The Creative Repipe team was just great in our recent upgrade. It starts with the presentation and estimate, very professional and no pressure sales presentation. The estimate was in line with their competitors. The quality of the piping used and the fittings were very good. We were given a timeline for installation and plastering. That went very well. Thru every step the team was very respectful and professional. They showed up as promised, protected the flooring and furniture and cleaned up before they left everyday. The drywall and stucco team did an excellent job patching up all the holes needed for the installation. After a couple days to let the drywall mud set I could not determine where the holes were. In conclusion, I highly recommend Creative Repipe for your repipe job. Mike T. read more

Always funny when business write their own fake reviews, and then have the manager (James) attack anyone who leaves their honest opinion about the actual quality of service that the company truly provides Creative Repipe is a terrible company run by an egotistical and unapologetic management team. Both unprofessional and rude. And If you don't believe me, read the reviews of the people who have actually done business with the company and the comments the idiot James makes in response to them up to and including insulting peoples homes, blaming them for Creative Repipes delays and shortcomings, and even posting people's home addresses. Read his comments yourself then run, don't walk away from doing business with them. There are better, less expensive, higher quality repipe companies out there. Unfortunately this is not one. read more

We recently completed re-pipe of our house with creative re-pipe. We got fooled on the issue of lifetime warranty. There is no such service included, it is just a sales pitche, you have to fight to get someone to your house. We had a small problem right after the job was done, it took several phone calls , email to our sale rep and finally to warranty dept manager to get some one out here. Plumber came and confirmed that they left a valve close, so he opened it. It was a 2 minute job, and then we got a hug invoice for this trip as they said it was not a warranty Item, even though the plumber said it was. We also believe all the salesmen, their installers, are all independent contractors and they work only for creative re-pipe . they are not employees. So the higher the cost , these independent contractors get a peace of the pie. The more the rep. saves the company , the more he gets in his pocket. by the way this a violation of IRS rule. They also realized that we know a lot about construction, and they were not so happy about it. Bottom line, we don't recommend this company specially plumbing work always shows problems an issues later. We asked if they can patch the holes a week later, so we can watch and see if there is any leak after re-pipe, they told us absolutely no. If you think they will return and take care of your problems and issues after you have paid them, it is not going to happen read more
