During a kitchen remodel we experienced the unimaginable, galvanized pipes leaking below the slab. Creative Repipe has been a disaster. I am two months into them not completing the job. They sprayed drywall texturize on furniture and into electric elements. They did drywall work such that fixtures did not fit in. Communication is terrible. It all started with the sales rep saying to not worry about anything. That should have been my red flag. Am glad others had success but this has been two months of a mess that has not ended yet. Equipment put on new carpet without anything covering the carpet. Drywall patches that were budging out of the wall, drywall on carpet. I posted only a few of the photos of the mess. Dryer exhaust was left unattached and Dryer pushed back against wall. I had four estimates and creative quote was higher than the other three but it was Ken that really made me go with them. Ken was able to adjust somewhat on my quote. Any time I called him he always replied to my call. He has excellent professional attitude. The re-pipe crew showed up ahead of time and were prepared to work with everything they needed. Had copper hot water leak in kitchen slab. Had a emergency response company take care of the leak. They are still working after three months. We had used PEX piping in two previous houses. We asked about using PEX during repairs but was told it was not used in the desert. This is incorrect. Found two local plumbers as well as Creative Repipe. We used Creative Repipe since they were less than half the cost of the other plumbers. You are still responsible for fixing the drywall using most plumbers. Drywall repair and texturing is included in Creative Repipe's cost! Emergency response plumbers took a week to reroute two copper lines to our kitchen. After they were done running the lines, Creative Repipe came in. The took one day to replace ALL (3 baths, kitchen, deep sink) of our piping with PEX. There was minimal damage to the walls. The figured out how to run PEX without damaging any tiling. Creative Repipe plumbers suggested running a steel braided line for the reefer ice machine line in the back of the kitchen cabinets instead of in the wall. This minimizes risk of future leaks from this line. Overall, Creative Repipe workers were professional, friendly and did a great job of keeping the drywall dust contained. The next day, Lino Drywall came in. The repaired and textured all the drywall in one day. We were very satisfied with their work. I added their name to our list of vendors in case we ever need more drywall work. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and the cost. If we ever buy another house with older copper piping we will get Creative Repipe to install PEX BEFORE we get a leak! read more

We recently completed re-pipe of our house with creative re-pipe. We got fooled on the issue of lifetime warranty. There is no such service included, it is just a sales pitche, you have to fight to get someone to your house. We had a small problem right after the job was done, it took several phone calls , email to our sale rep and finally to warranty dept manager to get some one out here. Plumber came and confirmed that they left a valve close, so he opened it. It was a 2 minute job, and then we got a hug invoice for this trip as they said it was not a warranty Item, even though the plumber said it was. We also believe all the salesmen, their installers, are all independent contractors and they work only for creative re-pipe . they are not employees. So the higher the cost , these independent contractors get a peace of the pie. The more the rep. saves the company , the more he gets in his pocket. by the way this a violation of IRS rule. They also realized that we know a lot about construction, and they were not so happy about it. Bottom line, we don't recommend this company specially plumbing work always shows problems an issues later. We asked if they can patch the holes a week later, so we can watch and see if there is any leak after re-pipe, they told us absolutely no. If you think they will return and take care of your problems and issues after you have paid them, it is not going to happen read more

I do no at all recommend then. I was convince by saleman and they promised a professional service, especially at COVID-19. Unfortunately I had emergency repipe required. Guys came in house with no respect for your home. Ask to pls be careful, showed them what areas not go (not needed for plumbing), and asked them not to move or touch items without my permission. Several times I informed them I was high risk. They moved items without me knowing, I don't know if they broke anything...they did not wear masks nor booties only after ai asked several time. Then they wore outside in the rain and brought sorry booties in house without plastic or cover. They stepped on my new rug with dirty shoes and left dirty handprints on walls without cleaning. They had a teenager working for them, who refused to follow my request, sneezing on several times, putting tools and his personal belongs in areas not covered, in my sofa, in new rug and using door I specifically not use. I finally had to ask to please only keep teenager away from upstairs. Called and sent messages to office and received no response until after work was done. When we finally communicated with office, sales guys was extremely rude and threaten to not finish the job. They convince your that they will take all COVID-19 precautions but they didn't and won't. They obviously sub other work and may or may not be license. Obvious with young kid working, wouldn't be surprised. I am still waiting on copy of permit. When informed office of my dissatisfaction, instead of improvement, they said "the feeling is mutual". Not professional at all. Again, I do not recommend them. Consider others, even paying more for a safer and more professional treatment. I regret it but now have no chose but to finish the job. read more

Overall I am happy with the company and the job they performed. The repipe crew was awesome and fast. They were like a well oiled machine and had my house replumbed and the water back on in one day. They get 5 stars. With the patch crew we did not have the same experience. Although for the most part they did a pretty good job patching and matching the texture on my walls, they were sloppy and did not clean up very well. We had one area under our kitchen sink that was not patched at all and in the garage area they did not take the time to finish the patching very well. There was excess drywall mud on my new water heater, floors, base boards, and storage racks. They should have been more careful in putting plastic over items and cleaning more thoroughly. I did notify the company and they came back the next day and rectified the issues. I give the patch crew 3.5 stars. read more
