We had an EXCELLENT experience with Creative Repipe. We were in the middle of a remodel of our home and decided to add Pex for our plumbing as we didn't want to worry about future leaks. We had 3 companies give a quote, but Rafael was thorough and patient and made us feel the most comfortable with the process and their warranty. They were so quick and triple and quadruple checked everything was installed correctly and made sure there were no leaks. As an added bonus I think it would be helpful for everyone to know. Switching from copper to Pex, with the insulation that Creative Repipe has done has resulted in our hot water being much warmer. As a result we don't need to use as much hot water or we can set the water heater thermostat to a lower temperature. Makes me wonder how much energy is wasted with copper pipes. Many houses in my neighborhood have had pipe leaks and many headaches with damage repair and difficult issues with insurance companies. I decided to get ahead of the problem and hired Creative Repipe for repiping my house before a problem occurred. Great decision. Their cost was better than most and they offer a lifetime guaranty. The reipiping Valentine crew was excellent. Worked smoothly as a team. They finished the job in less than 6 hours and were very careful to not cause unnecessary damage. They cleaned up their "mess" thoroughly as best as possible. The following day the drywall crew arrived and immediately got to work and did a terrific job with texturizing both inside and outside of the house. With my white walls, it will be easy to do touch-up painting. The drywall crew even stayed late and worked on a hose bib and sprayer that had the wrong attachment. They all pitched in and saw to it that I could use my new hose and sprayer. Even though they put in a full day of work, they stayed around an extra 45 minutes to help this homeowner. We repiped our whole house from creative repipe and they were very sweet and reliable. Jon, our project manager was very responsive and friendly. I would contact him for any help or questions I had and he would always respond very quickly explaining me the process. He guided us step by step throughout the whole process and told us what the company was gonna do. Valentin who came with his crew was one of the nicest person I met. He was very polite and repiped our whole house in no time. He was an expert and he knew what he was doing. He made sure him and his crew do the best they can so the water would work perfectly and have no problems. Please do not hire these people. I have had nothing but trouble. I have never written a negative review in my life but I feel like I am forced to share this. I got a full repipe and drywall fix for my home about two years ago. I purchased new shower fixtures for them to install as well for an additional $50. I was going to retile the shower myself after, so I just told them to leave a half inch for tile behind the fixtures. When I got around to retiling (admittedly, this was a couple months later, everything was delayed due to COVID) the faucet, valve, and shower head all had different amount of space behind them, ranging from a quarter inch to over an inch. Fixing this was going to require reopening the drywall they had just installed. When I contacted the company to complain, they told me this was standard practice and I just didn't understand how the process worked because I was a woman. Why on earth would standard practice be to install drywall that would need to be ripped out right after?!? After fighting with them for literal hours on the phone, they finally sent someone out to fix it. The guy who came out (who was baffled that the fixtures were ever installed that way) installed the shower valve at a 15 degree angle, so I had to design and 3D print a tilted washer to try to hide the mistake. They also left a hole in the drywall that I had to fix myself. (I called again to complain about the hole they left, and the guy denied that he ever said that he would fix it. I had to send him screenshots of his own text messages. They still refused to fix it but mailed me a check for $200 as that was the estimated cost to fix the drywall. It took another 2 hours on the phone to even get them to agree to that) I thought everything was over and done with until today, when I decided to replace the vanity in my master bath. I removed the vanity to unearth the absolute worst patch job I have ever seen in my life. It looks like a five year old did it. Not only that, but the entire side of my toilet was was covered in the wall texture spray they had used. Now instead of a quick vanity install, I had to spend my day fixing the horrible dry wall and spend 45 minutes scraping off wall texture spray (that they could have removed in 1 minute if they had bothered to do so when it was fresh. Please look at the pictures attached. I am horrified that a professional company thinks it is okay to leave a customers house like this. read more

I have been contemplating for a repipe of my apartment building for over a year. I finally decided to do it. I called 5 repipe companies that came out and walked through the units to give me thorough estimates. With each estimate, I learned more about the extensive nature of repiping my building. How long it would take, the materials being used, what is included like patching and painting. I asked about 100 questions. I received quotes from the biggest companies to the smallest and finally settled on contracting with CR. Here is the good and bad. The salesperson that came out was highly professional and was hands on and called me back immediately every time I had a question. Now, what he told me and what occurred were 2 different stories. For instance, I was told a crew of 10-12 people would finish the job in 1 day. Not true! So why did I still give them 5 stars? It is Rafael G. When I called and explained to him the things the salesperson said and what actually occurred, this man took over and got everything working smoothly. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not have been completely satisfied. When a person in the company takes pride and ownership on a customer's concern and takes care of everything in detail and make it right, it really sets your mind at ease. Wish I would have called them earlier. I had three slab leaks in less than a year at my home in Cathedral City. After the second leak, I decided it was time to stop playing whack-a-mole and cutting into my foundation at $1200/pop. Creative Repipe replumbed the whole house with PEX in one day including the city permit. Their proposal and information packet was professional and easy to understand. The plumbers doing the re-pipe are five star: Clean, professional, great work. They covered and protected everything very well. The drywall repair was not as good. Drywall is messy work, but they were not as careful with covering and created a lot of over-spray. They didn't clean up well either. I had to go out and request them to come back and finish cleaning. Over-all it is still a decent job despite a couple repair spots that are a little bit rough and obvious at first glance. It was a big job and I think they needed one or two more drywallers to properly do it all in one day. Over-all, I would still recommend the company to my friends and family. read more
