we recently had our home repiped by creative repipe and the workmanship from start to finish was great .

I do no at all recommend then. I was convince by saleman and they promised a professional service, especially at COVID-19. Unfortunately I had emergency repipe required. Guys came in house with no respect for your home. Ask to pls be careful, showed them what areas not go (not needed for plumbing), and asked them not to move or touch items without my permission. Several times I informed them I was high risk. They moved items without me knowing, I don't know if they broke anything...they did not wear masks nor booties only after ai asked several time. Then they wore outside in the rain and brought sorry booties in house without plastic or cover. They stepped on my new rug with dirty shoes and left dirty handprints on walls without cleaning. They had a teenager working for them, who refused to follow my request, sneezing on several times, putting tools and his personal belongs in areas not covered, in my sofa, in new rug and using door I specifically not use. I finally had to ask to please only keep teenager away from upstairs. Called and sent messages to office and received no response until after work was done. When we finally communicated with office, sales guys was extremely rude and threaten to not finish the job. They convince your that they will take all COVID-19 precautions but they didn't and won't. They obviously sub other work and may or may not be license. Obvious with young kid working, wouldn't be surprised. I am still waiting on copy of permit. When informed office of my dissatisfaction, instead of improvement, they said "the feeling is mutual". Not professional at all. Again, I do not recommend them. Consider others, even paying more for a safer and more professional treatment. I regret it but now have no chose but to finish the job. read more

The crew was very professional, pleasant and efficient. They explained everything thoroughly and prepared us for the 2day process which went very smoothly considering the scope of the work that is involved in repiping a house. They were very careful with all our belongings and cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend creative repipe over some of the other local companies. We got 2 other quotes and this company had the best price combined with the best customer ratings. read more

Overall I am happy with the company and the job they performed. The repipe crew was awesome and fast. They were like a well oiled machine and had my house replumbed and the water back on in one day. They get 5 stars. With the patch crew we did not have the same experience. Although for the most part they did a pretty good job patching and matching the texture on my walls, they were sloppy and did not clean up very well. We had one area under our kitchen sink that was not patched at all and in the garage area they did not take the time to finish the patching very well. There was excess drywall mud on my new water heater, floors, base boards, and storage racks. They should have been more careful in putting plastic over items and cleaning more thoroughly. I did notify the company and they came back the next day and rectified the issues. I give the patch crew 3.5 stars. read more

Alex Escobar and his team were very professional and delivered everything as promised and on time. They repiped our house and repaired the drywall and stucco in 2 days. Highly recommended them as doing a fantastic job. read more

These guys are great. They came to my house at 7:30 am and at 2:30 pm we're done with my whole house. Everything is great. I don't think I'll worry about a water leak for as long as I'm in my house. Thanks to Rafael and Johnathon for your dedication and hard work. read more

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Creative Repipe. We were in the middle of a remodel of our home and decided to add Pex for our plumbing as we didn't want to worry about future leaks. We had 3 companies give a quote, but Rafael was thorough and patient and made us feel the most comfortable with the process and their warranty. He was EXTREMELY responsive any time we called or emailed with questions. Albert and his crew who did the install were awesome! They were so quick and triple and quadruple checked everything was installed correctly and made sure there were no leaks. When we noticed an issue of the placement of the Pex in one area due to a future remodel in the kitchen they immediately fixed the problem, and they stayed until 8pm to make sure we were 100% happy. They did not leave a mess. The next crew to come in fixed all the drywall and stucco. Again, they were quick and thorough, and did not leave a mess. The pricing was on par with the other quotes but it was their customer service that makes me give them 5 stars. Every aspect of the Pex project was professional, thorough, and responsive. Every member of the project was kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience with Creative Repipe. read more

I wanted to re-pipe to avoid the dreaded slab leak. I conducted online research and found a couple of businesses that do re-piping. I set up three appointments for estimates and then looked at customer reviews. This is when I decided to choose Creative Repipe. Going off Creative Repipe's fair estimate and excellent reviews, I picked Creative Repipe for my re-piping project. Aaron Lopez, of Creative Repipe was my project manager. He was very informative and professional. He explained the whole re-piping process, the pros and cons of just about everything, which made me at ease that my re-pipe project would be done right, fast and affordable. The day of the re-pipe project, the Creative Repipe install team, led by Valentino, showed up on time and were eager to start the install process. During the installation the install team prepped everything and worked efficiently and completed the job within hours. Upon completion of the install, Valentino made sure that all trash and debris was collected and thrown away. After my repipe, my water system works better than ever. I truly believe that Creative Repipe is one of the best services I have ever dealt with. read more

outstanding service and very reasonable price. The team of Ken and Carlos have done a super job if Repipe our 35 years home in one day. very happy with this company and highly recommend them. read more

As an added bonus I think it would be helpful for everyone to know. Switching from copper to Pex, with the insulation that Creative Repipe has done has resulted in our hot water being much warmer. As a result we don't need to use as much hot water or we can set the water heater thermostat to a lower temperature. Makes me wonder how much energy is wasted with copper pipes. Again I have to thank my friends at Creative Repipe for their excellent job. read more

The plumbing crew was great! Very neat and friendly. The drywall patch crew did a great job too.

Awesome service and amazed by their clean care after repiped construction. Definitely strongly recommended this service.

We had a slab leak in Feb 2019 plus a few pinhole leaks since then and was not looking forward to repiping. We knew it had to be done since our house was 58 years old. We met with Jonathan, the project manager and explained every detail; how many people, length of project, materials used, what to expect, options, etc. All of the people we encountered from Creative Repipe were professional, courteous, diligent and followed Covid guidelines during the project. I was impressed that the process took only 2 days; day 1 with 4 employees repiped the entire house & day 2 with 2 employees patched all of the holes. They blended everything so well you couldn't tell where the holes were. We really appreciated how clean they worked, covering up anything that they didn't work on and cleaning up when they were done for each day. It a good feeling to have peace of mind that we finally re-pipes and not have to worry about slab/pinhole leaks. Thanks again to Jonathan and the crew! read more

We repiped our whole house from creative repipe and they were very sweet and reliable. Jon, our project manager was very responsive and friendly. I would contact him for any help or questions I had and he would always respond very quickly explaining me the process. He guided us step by step throughout the whole process and told us what the company was gonna do. Valentin who came with his crew was one of the nicest person I met. He was very polite and repiped our whole house in no time. He was an expert and he knew what he was doing. He made sure him and his crew do the best they can so the water would work perfectly and have no problems. When the crew left, they made sure everything was clean and cleaned up in each room including the bathrooms and the kitchen. I would 100% recommend everyone to get their house repiped or even get a small leak fixed from them. read more

Please do not hire these people. I have had nothing but trouble. I have never written a negative review in my life but I feel like I am forced to share this. I got a full repipe and drywall fix for my home about two years ago. I purchased new shower fixtures for them to install as well for an additional $50. I was going to retile the shower myself after, so I just told them to leave a half inch for tile behind the fixtures. When I got around to retiling (admittedly, this was a couple months later, everything was delayed due to COVID) the faucet, valve, and shower head all had different amount of space behind them, ranging from a quarter inch to over an inch. Fixing this was going to require reopening the drywall they had just installed. When I contacted the company to complain, they told me this was standard practice and I just didn't understand how the process worked because I was a woman. Why on earth would standard practice be to install drywall that would need to be ripped out right after?!? After fighting with them for literal hours on the phone, they finally sent someone out to fix it. The guy who came out (who was baffled that the fixtures were ever installed that way) installed the shower valve at a 15 degree angle, so I had to design and 3D print a tilted washer to try to hide the mistake. They also left a hole in the drywall that I had to fix myself. (I called again to complain about the hole they left, and the guy denied that he ever said that he would fix it. I had to send him screenshots of his own text messages. They still refused to fix it but mailed me a check for $200 as that was the estimated cost to fix the drywall. It took another 2 hours on the phone to even get them to agree to that) I thought everything was over and done with until today, when I decided to replace the vanity in my master bath. I removed the vanity to unearth the absolute worst patch job I have ever seen in my life. It looks like a five year old did it. Not only that, but the entire side of my toilet was was covered in the wall texture spray they had used. Now instead of a quick vanity install, I had to spend my day fixing the horrible dry wall and spend 45 minutes scraping off wall texture spray (that they could have removed in 1 minute if they had bothered to do so when it was fresh. Please look at the pictures attached. I am horrified that a professional company thinks it is okay to leave a customers house like this. read more

Like many homeowners in Orange County, we started seeing water leaking out of the copper pipes in our house. After two expensive "pinhole leaks," we evaluated several businesses and chose Creative Repipe to swap out our copper pipes with the immortal PEX piping. It was absolutely the right decision. Creative Repipe is a talented and honest company. Rafael explained the entire process, and he answered all the questions that we had. The crew came in and finished all the work in one day. They stayed late to address small fixes we requested. No attitude, just dedication to the customer. Although they had the right to do so, Creative Repipe did not cash our second check until all inspection items were complete. The crew that patched up the dry wall was great as well. We barely have to re-paint, and no one can tell that the dry wall was cut to allow access to the pipes. All crew members were polite and respectful--and did a great job. We also received help and advice regarding the permitting from the City of Orange. A class experience from beginning to end. Many thanks to Rafael, Alberto and the crew. read more

My house has had five plumbing/slab leaks over the last 20 years and when I came back from vacation to find one more, I decided enough was enough and it was time for a complete re-pipe. The first step was to get several estimates and I was surprised to find wide differences- not only in cost, but in the professionalism of each company's presentation. End of the day, Creative Repipe checked all the boxes (including price). Fingers crossed, I gave them the go-ahead. And I could not have been more satisfied with my decision. The crews showed up on time and were hard-working and polite and respectful of furnishings. And best of all, the work done by both plumbers and drywallers was excellent! They earned every star. read more

Creative Repipe replaced all the plumbing in my home. Finally, since my home has had the same plumbing since the 1940's!! Creative Repipe provided me the best price and warranty compared to the few other estimates I received. Their entire team did a great job, were attentive, were professional, protected all the items inside my home, wore masks (COVID-19), showed up on time, and had me do a walk though at the end and allowed me to point anything out. The supervisor on site was very approachable. FIVE STARS. read more

From the estimate process all the way through the completion of patching this is a 5 star business. Jonathan the PM brought samples of the USA made products and answered all my questions about PEX and Copper piping. He explained exactly how everything would work on the day of the repipe, the inspection process then the patching day. Cynthia in the office kept me informed throughout. The crew chief Martin arrived on time with 4 additional professional young men that were polite and worked incredible hard all day! Every step went exactly as promised. Lastly they did everything possible to protect my home and possessions while working in every room of the house and cleaned in a satisfactory manner. I highly recommend Creative Repipe. read more

In the past 3 years our 5 bedroom home suffered from 2 different pin hole leaks from the aged copper pipes behind the walls. We knew we had to find a company to repipe the entire home. Knowing this would be quite an extensive repair we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. We took the time to get 5 different bids from 5 different companies. In the end, the decision was easy. Rafael and Creative Repipe were far and away the most informative and professional in every step of the way in this critical decision. I feel we were lucky in finding such professionals to come into our home get the job done exactly as explained to us. Yes, It was a big job! And I think the biggest compliment I could give them was that they treated us like family and actually surpassed my expectations !! read more

For those of you considering a re-pipe of your home or building, you should definitely call Creative Repipe for an estimate. I have been contemplating for a repipe of my apartment building for over a year. I finally decided to do it. I called 5 repipe companies that came out and walked through the units to give me thorough estimates. With each estimate, I learned more about the extensive nature of repiping my building. How long it would take, the materials being used, what is included like patching and painting. I asked about 100 questions. I received quotes from the biggest companies to the smallest and finally settled on contracting with CR. Here is the good and bad. The salesperson that came out was highly professional and was hands on and called me back immediately every time I had a question. Now, what he told me and what occurred were 2 different stories. For instance, I was told a crew of 10-12 people would finish the job in 1 day. Not true! So why did I still give them 5 stars? It is Rafael G. When I called and explained to him the things the salesperson said and what actually occurred, this man took over and got everything working smoothly. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not have been completely satisfied. When a person in the company takes pride and ownership on a customer's concern and takes care of everything in detail and make it right, it really sets your mind at ease. A repipe job is expensive and it has to be done right! You have to trust the work and the warranty behind it. I trust Rafael G. If you're looking to repipe your home or building and you interview a sales rep just make sure what he tells you is put down in writing, know the materials they are using and find out if they include patching and painting and then choose the company that is best for you. I interviewed companies with 100's of good YELP reviews and still decided on Creative Repipe. I am glad I chose them for the Repipe job. read more

Raphael was great to work with and the team delivered on all promises. I recommend them for all your re-piping needs.

Repipe went well, thanks to a great foreman on the job. My advice is to not use them for drywall repair for all the holes that are left in your ceilings. The first go round with their drywall repair team did not go well, so Raphael offered to send a second team out to try again. Our ceiling still does not look good. We are giving up on them being able to fix it, and we will have to hire an expert professional to make it right. read more

My house is one of those that has a space were someone can crawl underneath, one day we saw a stream of water coming out of the crawl space. As it turned out we had two pipes burst, after having the water removed from under the house, we were advised by a plumber that the pipes were too rusted to fix, we had to repipe. The plumber provided a price to repipe, it was a lot of money. My aunt told me about Creative Repipe she was very happy they repiped her house in that new plastic stuff. I called and their quote was less than half! I also went with the plastic, I was very impressed with the company very professional and easy to deal with, my husband who supervised the work said they are a first-class outfit. Everything went smooth as promised. Once they finished the overall water pressure in the house dramatically improved an unexpected bonus for repiping, we so happy. read more

I have two old rental units and my tenants have been constantly complaining about low water pressure. I thought I could not afford the repipes because the first bid I got was $18k for both units, way out of my budget. It was so high that I quit getting bids and started saving money. A year later I had enough saved and a buddy used Creative Repipe and he was really happy with the work. So I called them, they came in at $4500 a unit less than half! They were in and out, zero issues, and my tenants are very happy. read more

My mother's condo needed to be completely repiped. After getting a few quotes I chose Creative Repipe and could not be happier. They do excellent quality work and offered a competitive price and excellent warranty. Additionally, I cannot say enough about their professionalism and communication throughout the project. am fortunate to live in an affluent area; but I am nowhere near being wealthy. I bought my house in the eighties and because of where I live, any time I receive a quote from a contractor it is always outlandish. Our water pipes were old and it was time to repipe. My son is a drywall guy so I didn't want wall patching. I just wanted all new water pipes installed. After getting several quotes, in my opinion this company was the most professional and among the least expensive. Our home is a for a two story and Creative Repipe came in around the five-thousand-dollar mark. Good golly! You talk about in and out, they sent a large crew and they all went right to work. They walked in and covered everything with plastic. My new plumbing system was installed in one day and they were done by 5:30pm, clean, fast, and up to know zero issues, amazing! read more

We had a great experience with this company and they exceeded our expectations, including finishing up the two phases of the PEX repiping earlier than expected on each day. I am very happy with the job Creative Repipe did in my manufactured home. We've had issues with pipes bursting, leaking, and finally flooding our kitchen and knew repiping was inevitable. We have gotten many estimates over the years, and Johnathan's price and service was by far the fairest. I must admit I was terrified of everything that could and would go wrong, especially the holes in my walls and showers, but they surpassed all expectations. The five-man crew arrived early and finished early. The two-man crew who came and patched did an incredible job, as well. Professional and honest experts that took care of every little hiccup throughout the way, such as sending someone a couple of days later to replace a connector valve that was originally left out. Now, on to the lifetime warranty... read more

I called Creative Repipe because two of my neighbors used this company and before hiring them I was able to go in see their work first hand. Another neighbor hired a different repipe company, I walked that job as well. The neighbor that used Creative Repipe had a lot less holes than the other company and it was basically the same house. Because my two neighbors were so happy, I hired Creative Repipe. It also helped that their price was a little less than the two other bids. It was a great decision; they finished on time and were extremely neat, I highly recommend this company. read more

Creative Repipe did a 5 Star re-piping of our home last week. I was quite surprised by the minimum inconvenience. They showed up on time at 8:30, started re-piping at 9:30, and our water was back on by 3:30. I expected this to be a 2 day mess, but it was in and out with all drywall and stucco repaired in 2 days. And they offer 0% 12 month financing to soften the blow to the pocketbook! I highly recommend that you contact Rafael (714.235.2900) if you are in need of re-piping. Bad Repipe they have no idea what's plumbing is and they cheat and not pulling permit

Wish I would have called them earlier. I had three slab leaks in less than a year at my home in Cathedral City. After the second leak, I decided it was time to stop playing whack-a-mole and cutting into my foundation at $1200/pop. Creative Repipe replumbed the whole house with PEX in one day including the city permit. Their proposal and information packet was professional and easy to understand. They delivered on the project and met my expectations. I even got an extra/new hose bib in the backyard and a direct water line to my fridge. The drywall patching job was so good that I cannot see where there were holes. They matched my heavy drywall texturing exactly. Pro tip: make sure you decide whether you want your sprinklers behind the water regulator before they start! read more
