After several pin hole leaks over the years finally decided to repipe. I called Creative Repipe and two other companies in October to get quotes. With the holidays coming up I decided to wait until the new year. Wouldn't you know it I got another pin hole leak right after Christmas. The time had come to choose a company. All three quotes were within 10% of each other. I called them all back and Rafael from Creative Repipe was the only one who remembered me. He was the only one able to accommodate my additional requests to change out shower valves, laundry valve, outdoor pool valve plus a recirculation line and pump for the hot water. Also repair the damaged drywall in the garage from the prior water leaks. The crew arrived at 8am. We did a walk through and the crew started to prep the areas with tarps and plastic. They also moved additional household items out of the way so they wouldn't get damaged. TIP: allocate enough time to remove your household items and furniture from under sinks and around other work areas. There's more than you think. The crew worked consistently throughout the day and the foreman consulted with me on a few items. They cleaned everything up. The water was back on by 7pm due to a fairly large house. The drywall crew arrived the day after the city inspector and patched all of the holes. I couldn't tell where some of the holes were. Good thing I took photos ahead of time so I would know where to repaint. I was extremely pleased with Rafael and the work crews. They were friendly, professional and accommodating to all of my needs. I highly recommend Creative Repipe. read more

After finding out that we had a water leak somewhere inside the house, my wife and I were really worried about the potential series of expenses should the failing line or lines were not properly identified through the use of a leak detection process. My wife and I were antsy about having to cut a section through the slab to fix a failing line, only to find out a few months later that the same line could be bad again just few feet away from the previously repaired section. Then having a conversation with a coworker, he highly recommended Creative Repipe and I contacted them to come assess my plumbing issue. Moving forward with their recommendation was the best thing that my wife and I did. The crew showed up on time and the lead person proceeded explaining what to expect, their tasks strategy, and agenda for the day from covering furniture, walkways and walls to clean-up at the end of the day. At the end of the day they came through with their plan and we were satisfied with their work.. actually "impressed". When it comes to the crew that Creative Repipe uses to do the wall patching, I'll give them a 10 plus.. this guys covered again our furniture and walls and seamlessly matched the texture on every wall. Over all, the crew that Creative Repipe uses are true professionals and certainly do not cut corners. I highly recommend them to any of you looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. I am attaching some before and after photos of their job. Please note that some of these walls have not yet been painted and still show the raw texture. read more

Many houses in my neighborhood have had pipe leaks and many headaches with damage repair and difficult issues with insurance companies. I decided to get ahead of the problem and hired Creative Repipe for repiping my house before a problem occurred. Great decision. Their cost was better than most and they offer a lifetime guaranty. The reipiping Valentine crew was excellent. Worked smoothly as a team. They finished the job in less than 6 hours and were very careful to not cause unnecessary damage. They cleaned up their "mess" thoroughly as best as possible. The following day the drywall crew arrived and immediately got to work and did a terrific job with texturizing both inside and outside of the house. With my white walls, it will be easy to do touch-up painting. The drywall crew even stayed late and worked on a hose bib and sprayer that had the wrong attachment. They all pitched in and saw to it that I could use my new hose and sprayer. Even though they put in a full day of work, they stayed around an extra 45 minutes to help this homeowner. I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their promises and they deliver. I know they are doing a great job and at least another dozen homes in my area of hired them because of their fair pricing and professionalism. I want to give a shout out to Alex, the sales rep that I met with originally. I had need to call him for various questions prior to the repiping, and he answered every time and made sure my issues were addressed. read more

We are incredibly grateful to Rene's team and the patching team of Creative Repipe for the exceptional job they did on our whole house repipe. Each team member was not only courteous and diligent but also highly skilled, delivering outstanding results. Rene and the patching team leader truly went above and beyond. Rafael Gonzalez, the Regional Manager of Creative Repipe, provided comprehensive explanations and even took the time to walk us through hardware displays, ensuring we fully understood the repiping process and the top-quality materials they use. The scope of work was meticulously detailed, and the project was completed with precision and on schedule, without any issues. The final cleanup was thorough and professional, surpassing our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend Creative Repipe to anyone in need of their services. We had Jonathan come out to give us a price quote. We were really impressed by his professionalism and easy going personality. He answered all of our questions and explained everything really well. We have several businesses in our house so we had to move some things in order to get the work done. Jonathan came out a second time to ease our concerns if we had prepared properly. When the workers came- they got right to work- they know what they are doing! We have a two story house and we needed about 75 holes cut. The repipers were able to get that done in one day. Jonathan arranged for the city inspector to come the very next day. Then the day after that we had the drywall workers there. We had so much work done at our house that the drywall guys thought it couldn't be done in one day. They ended up staying late and getting it done in one day. We really appreciated that because our dog had to be out of the house while they worked. So it was awesome that they worked so hard and stayed late to get it done. So it was a very timely operation! And then we could start putting our house back together! I wish I could remember the foreman's name. He and all the workers were amazing. My husband commented on how hard they all worked even in very hot weather. Super dedicated good guys! We absolutely recommend Creative Repipe! read more

I just did a Copper re-pipe with L-Copper fittings with Creative Repipe. Other contractors try to get away with lesser grade fittings. I did a lot of shopping around, and they offered a very reasonable, competitive price, AND it was a professionally done job. That's almost amazing to find in Southern California, the land of bad contractors. On the re-pipe day, they had many guys here, and the job was finished in less than a full day. Creative Repipe put insulation around the pipes that needed to have them and used lead-free solder (these are code). The job passed the inspection with the city (btw, they add the cost of the permit to the bill). Then their drywall/ patch guys came and did a very good job on that too. I saw some past reviews on their patching, and it looks like they cleaned up their act, and hired a better team for that. When there are so many price-gouging, unethical, and unprofessional contractors, it's nice knowing there are still reasonable, honest, and professional contractors out there. My only notes for improvement is giving customers a better idea beforehand of where the lines will be so they can clear their things and not have it hastily stacked away the day of, and Aaron (manager?) could use a more respectful tone when speaking to customers. read more

My name is Don D. Owning my home for 40 years, I found myself in the situation of having 3 pipe leaks in a year and a half, each causing damage. I decided I needed to look into repiping my home. Looking at reviews online I found Creative Repipe with outstanding reviews. So I called to get a free estimate. They sent Rafael, the salesman, promptly to my home. I have very little trust of salesmen, but Rafael quickly put me at ease with his sincerity, wanting to give me a fair price for my home. I wanted repiping throughout the house, with new shower packages in each bathroom. I was surprised by how affordable it actually was. Since I had an active slab leak, Rafael sent a crew to my home right away. The crew showed up and covered the work areas with tarps and plastic, turned off the water and went to work. My house was completely replumbed in six hours. We were able to use our plumbing later that same day, and the patchers came the next day and patched the holes. The patching was flawless. I could not even tell which walls had been patched. Both crews left the house spotless. And I now have peace of mind, knowing that my plumbing is in excellent shape, with a liftetime warranty. They were all efficient, professional and worked neatly. read more

My wife and I purchased our home in May of 2021. After a complete remodel and thousands of dollars, a series of unfortunate events led us to the conclusion that we had a slab leak, which wouldn't be an easy fix. After some advice from a few professionals/friends, it was recommended that we look into re-piping our home. We new it would be costly and it would hurt to see our recently textured and painted walls damaged, but we wouldn't have to cut though our new flooring and we most likely wouldn't have to worry about plumbing issues for a very long time. I looked into different companies and after a few quotes, Jonathan from Creative Repipe came out and gave me a competitive quote that won us over. Jonathan and his company were timely, flexible, and professional. The re-piping was done in a day and the patching was done on another day. My biggest worry was whether the walls would look the same as they had been because they would have to make several holes, but in the end, they did an excellent job and it matched perfectly. We were responsible for painting again where the holes were made, but that was no big deal. I'm very happy with the work done by Creative Repipe and I would highly recommend them! read more

I interviewed four companies and decided to go with Creative Repipe selecting the PEX material. After the initial walk through, Rafael was the most informative about my concerns. He also said that the supervisor, Albert, would do another walk through before the crew would arrive. When the crew arrived, we did another walk through to determine the pathway of the re-pipe that I preferred. Fortunately, they did find a crawl space that would eliminate many cut outs in my walls. The crew supervisor, Martin, was very good about getting all of my questions answered. He also went through and checked all of the exposed connections before leaving. I had water turned on around 4:30. After removing the massive tarp job, I had very little clean up. The next step was the city inspection and the patch work. There were three inspections with no problems. Most of my house has textured walls. After I painted, I saw that the patch work matched perfectly. The only complaint was that the patch work was a little more messy but as picky as I am, I can't complain too much. If you are considering a re-pipe and you are as picky as I am, you should call Rafael. read more

I contacted Creative Repipe and spoke with Rafael. He made the experience easy from the get go. He offered to come out to my house or do a teleconference by phone to give me an estimate. I chose the teleconference it was fast and easy. Rafael was great he is very knowledgeable. Once we set up the appointment for the Repipe the crew arrived on time. They were very professional I was impressed by the way they cared about our home as if they were working on there own home. The Repipe was done on time and we had water flowing in one day. These guys are awesome. The second day a patching crew came by to patch the walls. These guys were also on time and very professional. They also cared about our home. Once completed they Lead worker took me through the house to show me that the work was completed. These guys did not leave a mess this crew was also awesome. Oh and Rafael was in contact with me the whole time thanks Rafael my wife and I are very happy with the whole experience. I will be referring your company to friends and family. Thank You. read more

I did my due diligence and consulted with the top three re-pipe companies, and Creative Repipe got everything right. From the initial contact and informative literature to the program manager, scheduling, and overall communication, the entire process was smooth and professional. Their customer service was excellent throughout, and the pricing and payment process couldn't have been easier. The service technicians were knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to doing a great job. They were also patient enough to stop and answer every question I had along the way. I've been burned a couple of times before, so I tend to ask a lot of questions -- and they handled everything with professionalism and care. Creative Repipe not only had the best price out of the three companies I considered, but the quality of work was by far the best as well. Even though they were the least expensive, their workmanship and service exceeded expectations. If you want the best all-around experience for your re-pipe needs, go with Creative Repipe. read more

In a word... EXCELLENT. Excellent work, excellent service, excellent communication, excellent pricing. Creative Repipe completely repiped our 40+ year old, 2 story home in record time. That was vital because we were without water due to a pipe breaking in the foundation. The disruption to the family was minimal, and the crew was meticulous about the pipe work, the drywall patching, and cleaning up afterwards. They even washed out the garage (that is where they staged their materials on a tarp). All this at a very fair price. We are super fussy regarding messes, debris, and dust. The post-Repipe cleanup was so minimal that we were astonished how thorough the crew had been. Rafael was our contact person, scheduler, and estimator. He's excellent, too. Unlike many companies, there were no surprises or extra fees. They are the kind of company you wish every company was like. We highly recommend Creative Piping, Rafael, and their entire crew. read more

We own a large 2 story 6.5 bathroom house in Laguna Hills CA. We decided to sell the house but did not want to burden the new owners with the terrible 32 year old plumbing system our house had, so we decided to repipe. We were worried because it is a large and expensive home, the repipe was not a job for an inexperienced company, the quality of workmanship and wall patching had to be first class. After a lot of research we choose Creative Repipe. We could not be more satisfied, everything went as expected and the quality of their work was beyond reproach. The only snag was getting the City to come out and inspect (not their fault), but once the City Inspectors showed up, they passed each inspection without any corrections required. We highly recommend Creative Repipe. The house is now listed for sale, 27341 Lost Colt Drive and we are happy because Creative Repipe's lifetime warranty is transferable to the new owner. read more

We had a slab leak and our insurance didn't cover the repair. This was the time we turn to Creative Repipe, a company you can truly trust and does a very great job. I first look and ask for different options from several companies, but in the end Creative Repipe stands out from the rest. When you first call them, someone will come to your house and describe what the process and product that will be installed in detail. Aaron is the representative that came over and he very knowledgeable and friendly. The day of the Repiping multiple people will come to your home and by the end of the day the water will be running again. Valentin is our project manager and him and he's crew was the best! Financing is also available and they will explain it in details and how you can save. Overall my wife and I are really happy with this company and I truly can tell everyone to use them and you'll be happy as well. read more

Creative Repipe did the total repipe of our home. Rafael Gonzalez did an excellent job explaining all the details of the piping products and install techniques when he came to give us our estimate. HIs price was $3200 lower than our other bid. The install crew was on time & there were no surprises and everything was done on the exact time table as promised. They also did a great job installing our new water softener and our new shower valve. It was all done so quickly which meant only 1 day whereas the other company was going to take 4 days installing the new pipes. The following day the patching was completed & you can't tell there were holes on the inside or outside walls to run the pipes. Its such peace of mind knowing we don't have to worry about slab leaks anymore. I highly recommend Creative Repipe. The Price, Product and Quality of Install is Amazing. read more

We could not be more pleased with with work performed by the Creative Re-Pipe Team. Our sales representative stayed in contact with us throughout the project, keeping us advised of our progress and next steps. He thoroughly explained why they use only the highest quality materials and how the process works. They were able to schedule the work very quickly. Their Team Members arrived right on time and each team completed their work in one day. Their work was quickly reviewed and approved by our city inspector. They did such a great job restoring the affected areas to their original condition that it is impossible to detect where the work was done. The billing process likewise went smoothly and easily. Their work was competitively priced and meticulously performed by cordial and cooperative Team Members. We highly recommend them to future customers. read more

Needed a freshwater repipe job in a bad way! 30 year-old house with 4 slab and 3 in wall copper pipe leaks. I've spent too much time and money in repairs and dealing with the insurance company on water leaks. No More! I called Creative Repipe and Rafael answered, came to my house, did a home walk through, explained copper pipe and PEX differences and costs, gave me a price for repairs and drywall/stucco patching and texture matching and I was totally impressed. I made the agreement with Rafael, he gave me a repair date and the pipping job and drywall/stucco patching repairs were all completed in les than 2 weeks. Excellent job performed by both crews. Very punctual, polite and clean as possible considering the scope of the work. I consider them highly recommended to anyone. read more

We had a broken pipe under the kitchen slab. I called the company, they offered the option of video or in person tour and they estimate in compliance with COVID guidelines. Rafael came out, gave a plan for repiping with PEX including preserving a recently remodeled piping section (allowing for a substantial price break compared to a competitor). They also offered replacing an old water heater at a reasonable price (picking it up/installing it. They came 2 days later, covered off their work place, and bypassed/replaced the pipes In one day. 2 days later a very professional patch team covered up the several dozen holes/did stucco work. The only pain on our end was the emptying of shelves and dusting, than painting the areas patches up. Highly recommend this company. read more

I own a mobile home that needed a repipe, it is a rental. I was really scared of the cost to repipe then creative repipe came in at $3800 for the entire repipe. I was shocked since my plumber wanted $8500 to repipe. I was leery because it was a very low price, but they seemed very professional, so I signed up, I am so happy I did. They finished my repipe this week and they were better than expected, this outfit is very professional, my picky tenant had zero complaints. Once they finished the repipe the water pressure ended up much better. I also had them change out a couple of drains, all in all we are so satisfied it is rare that a contractor does well this is a well-oiled machine. read more
