We had a Repipe done back in 2016. We had a minor leak so I called repipe1 on a Sunday and to my surprise, they were open. I was helped by Jenny and had a plumber show up the same day. The leak was actually a drain leak, not Repipe related, but was really pleased to find that they keep their word on warranty. Great service!! Thanks a lot. read more

jim e., repipe 1 plumbing are the best in the business. they repiped my entire house in just 2 days. we did not have to go to a hotel. the entire crew were very professional and clean. they had to cut holes in the walls to access the old pipes and valves, they replaced all the valves in the house. when they were finished you could not tell they were in the walls, great job !!! i highly recommend repipe 1 read more

A big "thank you" to Julio and his team at Re-pipe 1. Frankly, we were not looking forward to this but it needed to be done. The job was done quickly, neatly, and with little disruption to our home life and surf schedule. Repipe1 - Awesome job, repiping our condo! Thank you to Julio and his team, who wasted no time getting the job done right. - Plumbing Near Me - Irvine, California

We asked Repipe 1 to bid on a re-piping project on our house after seeing the excellent reviews on yelp. Their bid was fair compared to another bid we had received for the project. The estimator was very knowledgeable about code requirements and gave us good advice. Everyone from the company was polite and professional and I am so glad I chose this company to work on my house. Thanks for the great job. Will gladly call him if I have more plumbing issues in the future. read more

Had a slab leak. We were already extremely distressed by the water damages but Repipe1 made our experience with repiping the whole house tolerable. They were responsive to our requests. Everyone (with the exception of the foreman) had a positive attitude! Cannot complain about the work. They did a great job! We also appreciated that they sent city inspectors in phases to check their work is within standards. read more

Foreman: Alvaro Chamorro. Repipe1 did an excellent job, led by foreman Alvaro Chamorro. Very friendly, efficient and always kept the customer informed of the job status. I would highly recommend Alvaro and his team for repiping your home. After 3 major copper pipe leaks it was time for us to have our home totally repiped. The work has a lifetime guarantee. The guys who did the dry wall replacement after the repiping was led by Josue and I cannot recommend them higher. They were excellent. Josue and his co-worker spent 2 full days replacing the dry wall and doing the texturing and the work is fantastic. Both Josue and his co-worker are extremely friendly and kept us informed on the progress. I will give them 10 out of 10 read more

Definitely consider Repipe 1 if you need to repipe your home. From start to finish (and ours took a little longer because of the demand of the drywall repair team) it was a great experience. The team sent to do the repipe was conscientious and considerate. They thought through the process and designed their repipe to be a minimally invasive as possible. I can't praise the drywall repair team enough! They were exceptional and extremely professional! Five stars! read more

Repipe1 has just completed their installation of PEX in my 40 year old Laguna Niguel home. I can't say enough about how happy we were to deal with this wonderful company. They installed PEX in one day as promised to our 3 bathroom home. They arrived at 7:45 AM and were done about 6:00 PM. The 8 man crew was supervised by Saul Gastelum and I can't say enough about how happy I went with Repipe1. The building inspector, although he can't promote a private company, assured me I would be happy with results from this company. And I am! I just had my house repiped because of a slab leak. I called Repipe 1 and the next day they were at my house with an estimate. The estimator was so nice and knowledgeable! I signed a contract and the next day they were repiping! They were so fast and friendly. In less than 8 hours my house was repiped!! The next they repaired the drywall and they were great!! I came home and couldn't even tell where they patched! I would definitely recommend Repipe 1. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and so quick!! read more

I had a slab week that did not cause damage. I called Repipe 1 (recommended from a neighbor). When I called they set up an appointment for a quote on a whole house repipe for the same day. In the meantime I called other plumbers & scheduled another appt. Jenny from Repipe 1 came to review my house & give specifics on the process & price. She took her time & answered all my questions. I called many other plumbers & got ball park figures & processes from them to compare to Repipe 1 as well as meeting with the other company I had set up an appt. with. I then had another 30 min. conversation with Jenny to answer any other questions I had. I am very cautious on who hire to do home projects. I have had some experiences in the past with contractors that I have learned that it is worth researching & being cautious on making a decision. I decided to go with Repipe 1 because of the reccomendation from a friend, great communication, guaranteed quality, & the competitive price. The repiping crew (Gilbert) & the drywall crew (Freddy) were wonderful! Took their time, took care to be as clean as possible, made sure I was completely happy before leaving. The next step was for me to find a painter. One of the painters that came to bid said, "Just so you know this is an absolute A+ job on the drywall & texturizing. Looks wonderful!" Any of my follow up questions have been answered in a timely matter. I ham so impressed with this whole process. I am so glad I went with Repipe 1. read more

Horrible experience! The service here was terrible , I wish I could give them zero stars .They promised me and my family the best Repipe rate in the Orange County and they are the worst. I had an estimater from repipe1 come to my house and first of all,I would like to informed you all that the representative that comes to do the estimates is not a PLUMBER is a sales rep!!! He promised my dad to use copper pipes during the Repipe of the house and they didn't go copper why ? Because, they didn't want to do copper pipes their only capable of doing cheap pex pipes . ( Also Copper lasts longer than PVC pipes) Anyways, I did a walkthrough during my Repipe and the plumber showed me the plastic pipes, and they were VERY CHEAP. Also, the girl who does the inspections Maria , has no idea what is doing . She took so long to get my first inspection. Not to mention my last inspection took almost 5 days to be scheduled. My patching wasn't as clean and neat as promised . I can't remember the name of the the crew who came to my property .But the patchers had to come two different days since the missed one hole the first time they patched. Also, I had a three payment agreement and the gentleman who does the accounting kept calling me to charged my card for my last payment and my final inspection wasn't even scheduled. Repipe1 definitely needs to improve in many ways. To all my friends and neighbors in Anaheim all Orange County and laguna niguel , ladera ranch, all inland empire. Please, be aware of this company , I don't recommend dealing with this company. This experience was so frustrating I wish my dad and me knew this before. They use false advertisement. read more

Nightmare of a company do not go with repipe one we had to sue them in order to get damages repaired to our rental home absolutely disgusting and their customer service is rude they even stated that any damages done to our rental home while they're in there is our responsibility to repair at our expense. UPDATE: I POSTED THIS REVIEW IN HOPES TO GIVE INSIGHT OF THE NIGHTMARE WE HAD TO DEAL WITH. This review is in regards to Field Service Manager Michael Peluso. Repipe 1 is currently working on a Repipe of our condo project in Laguna Niguel and after they installed the new Pex piping in my unit there was a fitting that somehow came completely detached 8 days after and flooded my water heater/AC closet as well as part of my entry area in my condo. Repipe 1 has done a good job of taking full responsibility thus far, keeping good communication with me through Jenny Estrada (she's been great) and agreeing to replace/repair everything brand new on their dime as they should. Michael Peluso has been to my place a few times since the incident occurred to diagnose the Pex malfunction, repair the leak, improve the connections to my water heater and temp set my water heater so they can demo/rebuild by water heater closet. In all interactions he's been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and done his best to get this unfortunate situation resolved. Repipe 1 should hope to have all their employees work and engaged customers like him. Good guy and knows what he's doing. Can't say that about everyone. read more

We had our house repiped with Repipe 1 back in January 2016 and still have yet to be reimbursed for the damage that was caused by Repipe 1. We were told check was in the mail January 30, 2016 and after 7 additional texts, still no reimbursement of damaged items. First of all, the Repipe 1 crew used our fireplace mantel as a ladder to do work above the fireplace and broke the mantel away from the wall, really...a ladder would have been a better choice. Repipe did come back and fix this problem. Secondly, rather than use a ladder in the bathroom to work on the area above the toilet they stood on the toilet and broke the toilet seat. We purchased a new toilet seat, supplied receipts to Repipe 1 and have yet to be reimbursed. And lastly, Repipe 1 switched the hot and cold water lines to my washer and dryer. I proceeded to wash a load of delecates on hot water thinking it was cold and shrunk a pair of pants. I provided original receipt but was ignored. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare! Still waiting for reimbursement check for damages. Thank you Daniel for contacting us to make things right with our install. read more

I recently had my townhouse re-piped from copper to pex piping by Repipe1. The crew that came in to do the re-piping work was very efficient and capable. They knew what they were doing and I could tell that they were experienced in doing it. My townhouse was re-piped in about 6 hours. The only complaint I have for this work is that I was not prepped in advance of the work to be done, so I didn't have sufficient time to move furniture, wall-hangings, etc. prior to them arriving. After they arrived I volunteered to help them move my furniture. My wall hangings were removed quickly and a little too hastily by the crew, as I had a hard time finding some of the nails and hooks needed to re-hang them back on my walls. I never found some of the hooks and nails and had to buy new ones. They added a new valve for my water purifier without asking, as it was previously sharing a valve. This now allows me to shut off the cold water line to my water purifier without shutting off the water to my sink. At the end of the job, I was not given any paperwork for any kind of warranty. But I had big problems with the Repipe1 office. My call to their office was answered by Veronica. I was trying to reconcile what I was previously told would happen at my home versus the information I was getting at that time and when I started to describe the discrepancies, Veronica proceeded to talk over me. I objected to how rudely I was being treated, and asked to speak to her supervisor. Before I could even finish the request, Veronica had placed me on hold without warning. While I was wondering whether Veronica had hung up on me, Carla came on the line and asked me what I needed. When I complained about how rude Veronica had been, Carla immediately argued with me saying that Veronica was sitting right next to her and that she didn't agree with me that Veronica was rude with me. Of course Carla could not hear Veronica talk over me and when she placed me on hold without warning while I was still talking, so this frustrated me even further. I proceeded to describe my problems to Carla and she finally was able to answer the questions I had to my satisfaction. But I didn't appreciate at all that I, the customer, was being told directly that I was wrong about how I felt about their rudeness. I was just glad to finally find someone that I could talk to to get my business done. Every time I called into the office, I listened to an outgoing messaged that stated that they record their calls in order to improve customer service. However my terrible experience with their front office customer service proves that they either do not really listen to their calls or they are aware of their terrible customer service and don't really care that it is terrible. The work done by Repipe1 Restoration on the other hand was done professionally and personably. read more

After a leak in our kitchen for 2nd time we decided to repipe the whole house . Our neighbors recommend re-pipe one so since few our neighbors had used them ... then it was a reassuring sign. They were very responsive all the way through . The 2500 sqr house was done in half day with 5 people working and they sure knew where to cut from garage all the way to top floor ; which we are so grateful. Also after a 10 days that we were ready to reconstruct the whole bottom floor ; we noticed some water spot on the molding in the kitchen .... Not again. I called Repipe 1 and they sent Alberto V. To ck if it was piping issues . He cked it throughly ... it was not pipe pr drain issues as we were dreading to find out !!! So thanks again for responding so fast ... Alberto took his time and was very knowledgeable. Happened to be the demolition people replacing the kitchen sink ... the water has shoot up to the ceiling .... So thank you. First, repiping a home is not for the faint of heart. If you decide to book the job with Repipe 1, do yourself a favor and take four days off work. The guarantee they give to Repipe on day 1, inspect day 2, drywall day 3 and final inspection on day 4 is great for someone who stays home all day. For a working professional who has meetings and appointments, this will be a week and a half project for you. Repipe. Al and his team did a good job day 1. However, I was not told that the cabinets above the kitchen sink would need to be emptied and came home that evening to a living room full of dishes, glassware, etc. They must've broke and thrown away a family heirloom piece as it still is not to be found. Veronica. A name I've read many times on Yelp. I don't know how this girl still has a job. She is so rude. She does not care one bit about the client. Booking the inspection and drywall repair was such a hassle, especially because the house was in shambles. Drywall repair. You'll get the "A" team if you're lucky like my next door neighbor who's walls look perfect. I got the "C" team, unfortunately. The drywall guys were at my house until 9pm and there were still open holes and cut lines. One guy admitted that one of the guys was in training and that's why it took longer than normal. Mmmmkay...if someone is in training, they should have a proctor/mentor with them, NOT repairing drywall by themselves while the other two were working on the other areas. Keep in mind, there were over 60 holes in the drywall! And the walls have lumps and uneven texture. Such a bummer. I would've been better off hiring a plumber and drywall repair specialist separately. All in all, I'm glad I repiped the house, but would not recommend Repipe 1. Too many inconsistencies with the quality of work. And the office personnel don't care that their clients' lives are in upheaval during this process. Do yourself a favor and pay someone who gives a damn. read more

Noticed a pool of water in my garage and knew I had a slab leak. I got 3 bids from repipe companies and I went with Repipe1.  I felt very comfortable with their estimator.  She was professional and knowledgeable.   The plumbing team, led by Gilbert showed up on time and went above and beyond the scope of work.  We passed the city inspection.  The drywall team was also great.  They cleaned up when finished and can't even see where the holes once were.  I paid a little more, but it was well worth it.  Each step of the way, I felt I was in good hands.  It is rare to find a company that does what it promises.  I am very happy I chose Repipe1 and highly recommend them. read more

We received three estimates and Repipe1 was the most expensive. Once we tried to schedule with the other two, or they started adding costs...it became clear that you get what you pay for. We went with Repipe1. - Our rep was Tony and he was great. Thorough and responsive. Went through everything, got it scheduled...all good. - Crew showed up on the day scheduled, however, they were late and understaffed. I understand two of the crew didn't show. They tried to make up for it, rushing a little, not covering stuff as well as they should have. They stayed long and worked from about 9:30 AM until 11:00 PM. Not great, but its construction...it happens. - We complained to Tony and scheduling. They were responsive, sent a field supervisor, etc....at the end of the day, they made things right. - Drywall crew was awesome. Bottom line, they did a good job, got it done on time, were responsive, and owned up to and addressed issues. I would recommend Repipe1. read more

As of 2/21/17 the shelving units in my laundry room still have not been put back in, even after Ilene from Repipe 1 confirmed they would have this done on Jan 15 or 16th. They have not returned my calls on this only that they will call me back.. Very familiar with my earlier issues noted below: Jan 12, 2017 I had a pipe leak which Repipe 1 fixed, and on Jan 14, 2017 another pipe in the same area busted. Blowers were left from Jan 12 - Jan 19th, 2017 on Jan 21st, 2017 had a dispute with one of the Repipe 1 owners who was extremely curt with me on when drywall will be replaced. On Jan 23, I received a call from our HOA advising me that this drywall project has been approved we are just waiting on Reipe 1. After several calls, no one has fixed the drywall issue it's now February 9, 2017 4 days' shy of a whole month and this matter is still pending. Today I contacted the City, and the HOA, and every email I could get my hands on to get this matter moving, and finally they advised someone will be down to fix this on 2/15/17. Not acceptable! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! Poor customer service even from the owner of Repipe 1 who failed to help me and lied about his promises made on Jan 21, 2017 Update: Since I have made this complaint public Repipe 1 has almost completed all the work, On Jan 13 they showed up at my home and replaced the drywall & painted my laundry room & on Jan 14 they installed my washer and dryer and connected it, but they failed to replace the shelving units they tore down, however I did receive a courtesy call this morning, and they advised they will send someone today to fix this. I'm happy this nightmare with Repipe 1 is almost at an end. Since my initial complaint against Repipe 1 the owner Jim Michaelson has made every effort to dehumanize me and make their failures of his company's project delays my fault, and he made every intention that this project was not their responsibility, but the end result was from the Aliso Viejo City Inspector, HOA, and Drywall company of an HOA project that was going on is that Repipe 1 was 100% liable for this project as they were originally called out to my home for a leak that started before the HOA project began. Sadly where people like Repipe 1 win is with HOA communities is because it releases them from any liability from any claims from residents such as myself. You poor money into your HOA, but that money gets written to Repipe 1 from the HOA removing you from the equation so your not legally able to file any public complaints to the BBB for example to place a blemish on their record for other victims in this same or worse circumstance. It's a shame that Jim Michaelson one of the three owners of Repipe 1 has such poor customer service with such curt behavior , and brutish mentality, but the reason he is so arrogant and does not care to help you get any project completed regardless if your living in poor conditions due to their uncompleted projects is because your a "third party" and they do not work for you they work for your HOA, and come on we all know how far your HOA will really go out of their way for you. Unless the HOA is being affected financially, regardless of your living conditions they are not going to go out of their way to address anything with the BBB or take further actions other than calling them. Regardless don't let that stop you, still process your YELP, and file your BBB claim, and take it further and file a complaint with the State Licensing Board @ cslb.ca.gov, and go to the State Bar of CA, and The Bureau of Real Estate (DON't GIVE UP) because you have rights, and being bullied and victimized by a poor ethics owner like Jim Michaelson the owner of Repipe 1 is NOT okay. Food for thought: A simple apology and claiming responsibility for your actions and just moved forward with the project instead of causing delays and playing the blame game before it got to this level could of saved us both time & our energy. read more

We just had our whole house repiped with PEX last week. Repipe 1 was honest and walked us through every step. On the day of repiping, the team led by Christian arrived by 8:15. Christian was very respectful, friendly and professional. The team worked all day and finished on time and even cleaned up. We had our water back on before 5pm. The following day, the city inspector came and he even said they did a good job. The one minor note he had, Repipe 1 addressed it and sent Christian back within an hour and completed it within 10 minutes. On the 3rd day, the patching team came. They were here by 8:30 and finished around 6:30. They worked all day and cleaned everything before they left. I'm now at a point where my painter needs to come in and this will all be done. I was intimidated to do this project but since Repipe 1 set my expectations correctly, in retrospect, the process was not as daunting as I thought it would be. It's more stressful to keep dealing with pinhole leaks and nervously anticipating when and where the next leak will be. I will definitely recommend Repipe 1 for repiping needs. I think it's an investment well spent. read more

Repipe 1 will tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through. They will tell you they will install in one day and be back to patch your walls over the next couple of days but due to scheduling they mean the next couple of weeks. If you want a quick clean job, keep looking Repipe 1 is not that company. Oh added bonus, phone staff is rude and will hang up on you. read more

We had our 4th pinhole leak in 5 years (this time in the slab) and finally decided to do a full repipe with Repipe 1. The entire process went way better than expected. They came in on Monday cut a ton of holes in the drywall, repiped the full house and had the water back on by the end of the day. On Tuesday, the city inspector came out and gave it a thumbs up. On Wednesday the drywall guys came out and completely patched up every hole by the end of the day (fully approved by the city inspector who came back out on Thursday). When they were finished patching, you couldn't even tell that there used to be holes. In the past, any drywall repairs we've had always leaves an imprint in the wall or ceiling where you can see where the repair was... That was not the case with Repipe 1, who did a great job. The only thing left for us to do is paint. Of course there was a ton of work getting ready for them, like removing everything from under the sinks and counters, and clearing areas in the garage so they could run the pipes to the new shut off valve that they also replaced. Overall very satisfied with these guys and the price was right on par with what we expected. Wish we had done this after the first leak... Would have saved thousands of dollars in repairs for each leak and damage. Highly recommend! read more
