I can highly recommend Repipe 1, they were a referral from a good plumber. We had the re-piping done, asbestos abatement and patching dry wall, they did it all. Really good communication and follow up with this company...no wonder they are the go to for Re-piping. Life time warranty. Home was located in the mountains and cold temperatures so that requires additional insulation etc...they sent out a very experienced crew who specializes in applications where freezing occurs and set us up. Great job all the way thru the company! read more

This is the 2nd time we used Repipe1 to totally repipe our homes. The 1st was about 7 yrs ago. It was a larger 2 story home. We're retired to a senior living place now. The house is 40 years old with underground plumbing. We've been the slab leak route before. Repipe one. Came in made a few holes in the wall for each location. They do minimal cuts. We had water by the end of the day. Then they sent a crew to patch. A perfect match on stucco and drywall. I only had to touch up paint. It was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. We're now 81 YO, so this inand out, easy peasy, repipe was perfect for us. Pex pipe is flexible, so I won't worry about earthquake damage. 5 from us. read more

Was going to Repipe 1 my house but after another plumbing company told me my house was too new didn't need it called Repipe 1 won't return my deposit even thou no work was done per California consumer law says deposit must be return Repipe 1refused to return my money so instead of hiring a lawyer as to do the water filter in my house my original quote which was a while back about a year in the first quote Repipe1 wrote that they were going to do drywall and paint I was assured that that was going to be done even after the instantiation they called to set for appointment time to do the drywall 3 times then they called back and to me in the new contact they were not doing going to do the drywall PS THE WORKERS AT THE OFFICE WERE MAD AT ME FOR CANCELING THE WHOLE REPING OF MY HOUSE AND THE MADE THAT VERY CLEAR ALSO RAISE THE PRICE OF MY ORGINAL QUOTE read more

If your reading this you likely already know the heartburn of facing a major plumbing repair. It was a nightmare. We hired Repipe 1 and were pleased with the results. Two years later major cracks and buckling of the stucco presented itself. Our first thoughts were "Oh No" the pipes are leaking. We hired a leak detection firm and determined the only way to be sure was to open the stucco and look for leaks. We contacted RePipe 1 and Delilah sent Isaac to have a look. Isaac was on time and ready to go but we had to wait a week for the rains to pause before opening the stucco.. Isaac came again and Armando followed. Isaac found no leaks and Armand buttoned up the stucco. That following Monday Delilah called to see if it was ok for Armando to visit and paint the repaired areas. We had already completed this task so Delilah offered to pay for the paint! We appreciate a company that stands behind their work and we appreciate Delilah, Isaac and Armando! K&D read more

After a recent complete repipe by Repipe1, we noted a "water vapor" smell under our kitchen sink. Repaipe1 supervisor Alberto Vasquez responded promptly and did a complete inspection. He determined the water vapor was one of 3 possibilities: 1) retained water in the trap, 2) water leaking from the kitchen drain trying to exit the house 3) or off chance a Repipe1 connection is dripping between the sink floor and the outside wall. He was knowledgeable, efficient with open and honest communication with the possibilities of needed repair. We are confident all will move forward to full satisfaction. Repipe 1 promptly communicates, highly responsive and we know we have their support. MP Laguna Hills read more

Ricardo did a great job! Very reliable and on time! Would definitely be using his services again!

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience we had with Re Pipe 1. Josh Dawn was really helpful , So was Dalilah and the rest of their staff. The job was really well done. I would definitely recommend them. The drywall work looks great too. read more

Kudos to Repipe1! This being pandemic season, we went into the repiping process with questions and concerns. This company stepped up on every level from Josh Royer providing the quote to Saul Gastellum, Ronald, and their great team showing up this past SATURDAYand performing TOP-NOTCHED work with care and professionalism! They even helped install a toilet! These guys are serious about customer care!! Will definitely recommend without reservation many times over!! read more

Repipe-1 was contracted by my elderly grandparents' Home Owners Assn. to re-pipe their complex beginning in April. Prior to the scheduled re-piping, they experienced a downstairs slab leak. Repipe 1 was called and in no time got to work. They sent in technicians to clean up the water and and remove damaged property, all in the midst of a pandemic. They were masked, gloved and respectful and understanding of my grandparents age and fragile health conditions. The staff and technicians were efficient, professional, conscientious and personally caring. During the repair and restoration process the re-piping was also completed. The repairs to the walls were expert and they also cleaned up afterward. They took great care of my grandparents' home, all while they each have individual circumstances at their own homes. We would highly recommend them!! read more

Last week we had our whole house re-piped by Repipe1 and I cannot say enough GREAT things about this experience. It started with calling and talking with Sheila to set the appointment. On Thursday, the next day, Josh Royer came out to give an estimate and he explained the whole process. Work started on Monday and Saul Gastelum and his crew of 6 came out right on time and re-piped the whole house in one day and were so efficient and never hesitated to answer my silly questions during the process. The office arranged the city inspector to come out Wednesday and on Thursday, Freddie and his crew of 4 came out to do the patching and stucco work and did a GREAT job. We had one minor thing that needed to be corrected and the next day, Isaac came out to fix it. The communication and service was unbelievable and kudos to the office staff of Sheila, Norma & Cruz for tremendous follow up. I highly recommend Repipe1! read more

When Repipe 1 told me everything will be done in 2 days I did not believe them. Well they handled everything quickly and everything was done in two days. Repipe 1 has a super organized crew, they are like an army of workers and everyone is doing their superb job. From Carla in the office to the last worker I give them all 10+! True professionals!! I enthusiastically recommend Repipe 1! read more

Jim and Lori's House Repipe1 PEX installation: We recently received a memo from Moulton Niguel Water Company. I was informed that I had a continuous water use of 7.48 Gallons per hour for a 24-hour period. We called leak detection to confirm that we do in fact have a leak. Fortunately the leak appeared as a wet puddle on the outside of the stucco near the two bathrooms. As a Barber, I come in contact with many customers of which have experienced slab leaks themselves. I was made aware of Repipe 1 who was recommended along with a few other Repiping organizations. I then looked up Repipe1 on Yelp. Mostly, the feedback was highly recommended. I was going to seek bids before I decided since my wife was a retired property manager from the largest management company in the area. After speaking with Greg, the Repipe1 Sales Rep we decided his offer seemed reasonable and we agreed. So, the next day the Repipe1 process was continued in a very staged process. 1. Service Manger did his walk through. He informed us of the inside walls and the outside stucco that would be removed. 2. A Representative came to get a sample of the insulation for "Asbestos. Testing" was sent to a testing lab. We tested out fine. 3. The next day 6 repipe1 technicians arrive at 7:30 to hang plastic everywhere, floors ceiling and furniture. They were extremely careful to clean up the mess incurred. 4. All the Pex pipe was installed in one day to include 2 outside hose connections finished in Copper with shutoffs (all inside was Pex) 5. The next day the drywall/stucco crew came from Victorville that were father, daughter, and friend. They are the most unbelievable crew I have ever experienced. The drywall and stucco repairs were 100% undetectable. The texture was exactly the same inside and out. The pipes were all foam insulated. We did have to paint, which was not a problem. 6. The techs were all professional as well as the drywall/stucco folks. Bottom Line: No Leaks, Quality Job, Professional Employees. I would highly recommend Repipe1. Thank you Repipe1! read more

I am extremely happy with choosing Repipe1. Everything regarding their service is highly professional, from start to finish. The sales rep (Greg) communicated his ETA, arrived on time, and while inside for his survey, provided great information about what to expect. The plumbing crew arrived on the scheduled day, on time and worked diligently to get all the re-piping done that same day. They meticulously applied nylon sheets to minimize the impact of dust and cleaned up before leaving. A quality control rep arrived to check how things are going and see if I have any concerns. The patch-up crew arrived a couple of days later (following city inspection) to patch up and texture numerous holes in the drywall as well as the stucco outside. They too did a fantastic job. I just needed to apply fresh paint to the affected areas and now there is literally no sign of all the holes that were made throughout the house. I should have done this years ago before my 4th leak. I highly recommend going with this company! Top notch. read more

Alberto has great service & very friendly. He's very helpful in finding the problem with the water leak.

Very very pleased with the customer service! We had our pipes redone by repipe about 8 years ago, and we're currently dealing with a leak, not sure the source or what's going on. Called repipe and they're sending someone out, same day, within hours of my phone call to assess the situation and see what's happening. Very pleased and impressed. Thanks repipe 1! read more

I had multiple slab leaks on my single story house and could hear the water (money) draining throughout the day. We received multiple offers that seemed very expensive but were around a similar price point so I didn't think I could get a better deal/value. I decided to give one more round of quotes due to the sheer sticker shock of the initial quotes and repipe1 was one of them. Josh who provided the quote was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. He also provided a quote that was more in line with what I expected (via internet sleuthing). I skimmed through their reviews and was a little nervous from some reviews that were not happy with the patch work but decided to go ahead with repipe1. The piping team arrived on time. They wrapped everything in plastic and were very thorough and efficient. The patching team came by a few days later and completed in one day. Most importantly, both teams were very nice and were not annoyed by my questions and requests. I was a little worried with all the holes in my house and ensuring the patching would match so I did many walk throughs throughout each day and made small requests. There was no hint of annoyance from both teams and they were very accommodating. In short, if you are in the unfortunate need to repipe your home, I would highly recommend with at least getting a quote from these guys. read more

Professional Service from beginning to end. Angel was able to diagnose the real cause of the problem and wasn't looking to "sell" anything as maybe a plumber would. Well worth the on-site inspection fee as it answered many questions that left others without answers. Our Repipe1 PEX install was flawless. Everything exactly as promised. What could be better? Well, 18 months later I called customer service after hearing an unusual noise. They answered the call on the second ring and scheduled a plumber to inspect 2 days later! Turns out I overreacted and we don't have a problem. As impressive as the PEX installation was, I was equally, if not more impressed with Customer service. I highly recommend this company. read more

The first group who replaced the old pipes with the new Pex pipes did a great job. They replaced every hot and cold water pipe in the house in less than 8 hours. At the end of the installation, their lead person walked us around and demonstrated everything worked perfectly. The second group, who patched up the holes necessary for the pipe installation did a great job of matching the colors and textures. They too completed the job in less than 8 hours. Repipe1 office staff leant over backwards to address all our concerns and did great diligence in following up to make sure this customer was happy. I can recommend Repipe1 with one hundred percent confidence. read more

It's rare that you find a good plumbing company, but I found it. I was originally referred to Repipe 1 by another plumber that was pretty good over a year ago. He did slab leaks but recommended that we needed a whole house repipe because it was not our first slab leak and he said Repipe 1 was very professional and would get the job done quick and without problems. We got a quote but we were not ready to commit to such a big project and cost. Plus, you never know if you can trust a plumber... what if they were giving kickbacks to each other? Fast forward 1 year and we found ourselves with yet another slab leak... so we decide to revisit repiping. We got a few quotes and they were all more than Repipe 1 from the previous year so we contact Repipe 1 again and they say they will honor their quote from last year. I was wary when I read other reviews and remembered that someone mentioned they had a bad experience with Veronica. I was a little concerned because when I contacted Repipe 1, Veronica was the one that answered the phone and helped me. We made an appointment to meet that Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised with her service. Our project started Tuesday and was finished by on the first day. Veronica was very helpful and courteous, not at all like what a previous reviewer mentioned. We went through inspection and patching and final inspection. And any issues/questions we had were promptly and swiftly addressed. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Repipe 1 and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to repipe. It's not as daunting as it sounds and they promise to have water up and running by 5 pm every day so you don't have to struggle without water. They are wonderful, easy and respectful - they didn't leave a spec of trash or debris. read more

If you want customers to leave a good review, please respect them when talking to them and provide good services and do things in the right way.Try to do a good job instead of accusing customer's review is not true. Don't blame the work on Restoration 1. We didn't use that company, we used repipe 1 restoration side for the water damage before repiping. Your repiping caused water damage to my living room wall and garage wall, I even didn't mention my garage floor. Sorry I can't afford the time. But thank you for coming again and again to fix the problems you created and many follow ups. I respect your work, please respect other people's time. I learned my lesson, need to check yelp first. Thankful for Josh Royer being prompt for our scheduled appointment and for the detailed presentation about PEX vs. copper pipes, and advising to go to Ferguson instead of Home Depot for the shower/tub combo fixture set (I opted for the Moen Brantford). Overall the repipe job itself was ok, however we ended up with a scalding problem in one of our bathroom showers due to a questionable tee orientation in the cold water line that feeds the shower. Instead of the main line part of the tee feeding the shower, the part that branched off the tee served as the shower feed. The main line part of the tee routed to a kitchen sink down stream. As a result, when the shower is in use, and the cold faucet is opened at the downstream kitchen, the person in the shower gets scalded. The hot water supply line to the shower is routed and teed correctly with the main line part feeding the shower and the teed off part feeding the kitchen sink downstream Contractor issues: They danced around the issue. First saying the pressure regulator was bad, then removing the pressure regulator, then they charged a $150 fee to come back out to diagnose further (and arrived 2 hrs late relative to the scheduled appointment window.) When they did arrive, I pointed out the flawed tee and demonstrated the problem, however they refused to acknowledge the problem and looked for things to blame. Things like the water heater temp setting, a recirculation pump on the line (which they connected) and the valve in the affected shower. The Repipe1 representative then had to contact a peer to discuss, speaking a different language when they did not want me to understand, and later had to contact the office. Ultimately, after wasting my time for about 90 minutes on this bad faith paid appointment, he told me Repipe1 would be willing to replace their defective tee at an additional cost to me of $700. The owner of Repipe1, Danny, touts the company being "...rooted in overall Customer Satisfaction both on the field and in office..." it appears that is a croc and merely lip service. read more

I had Repipe1 performed the whole house repipe in Nov 2023. The job was good and finished in one day by the Savi-Gastélum Crew. The crew minimized cutting of walls and ceiling to repipe the whole house. Because of these actions of the crew, patching was also minimized and painting of patched walls and ceiling was also minimized. Thank You Savi-Gastélum Crew. However, additional days that the plumber had to return to complete the job such as, connection to the kitchen water softener and shower valves. Karla the scheduling staff from their office was very helpful and scheduling the days to complete the job. Thank you Karla for your excellent service. Alberto Vasquez the plumber who replaced the shower valves and connected the kitchen water softener provided an excellent service. Thank You Alberto. Sean Pietersz the sales manager was informative and made is easy to decide to have Repipe1 performed the job. Thank you Sean. Felipe and his crew patched all the cuttings made and performed good and completed the job in 2 days. It was easy to deal with Felipe. Thank you Felipe. Overall, Repipe1 performed good with few improvements when providing services My suggestions to improve Repipe1 service is to have a project manager on site at the start of work, during the work, and after completion of work for the home owner to have only one point of contact should there be questions and information that Repipe1 has to inform the homeowner such as items to acquire, if any, prior to completion. Thank you Repipe1. read more

Repipe 1 was recommended by a friend of mine so I called them up for a complete PEX re-pipe of my house. Sharra M. came to visit the property and to develop an estimate. She was professional and courteous, and knew her job very well. The work was done as scheduled and agreed, and all went well, and the company waited patiently for me to complete the inspection's sign-off and for the final 10% payment. I got the final 10% bill and a phone call from their accountant, Mr. Spartak K. The bill, to my surprise, included extra charges and claims of optional and/or additional work, and was related to some confusion in the signed contract. This could have been resolved calmly but the conversation with this gentleman was rough and ended up with a threat of placing a lien on my house (for $200 or so in disputed payment)!!! Very disappointing! I immediately called Sharra to complain! She took it very seriously and called the owner, stepped in to resolve the issue, and adjusted/waived the additional charges! This five star review is for the good work product, and to Sharra's credit, in spite of my experience with Spartak!!! Staff like him causes companies to loose reputation and future clients, and overshadows the good work of labors and client managers! I still recommend Repipe 1. read more

Repipe1 repiped my whole house on Feb 2021 -- 3 full baths, 1/2 bath, a kitchen sink and 3 spigots. Replaced 2 toilets and 5 faucets were additional add-on work requested by us. The whole job duration was 2 weeks but actually work were: 1full day day of cutting and repiped, 1day for city inspection, 1 day for remediation called out by the inspector, 1 full day for toilets and faucets installation, 1 full day for dry wall. The overall cost was not the lowest nor the highest. I do believe in "you get what you paid for." The workers did a wonderful job! Minor careless on 1 spigot but overall was fantastic. Support staff in billing and scheduling were also great! They were in constant communication about the work and schedule. Yep there is a BUT... hence 4 stars, not 5. Salesperson was not honest. He told us the work will be completed in 2 days. Yes just 2 days , 1 for the repipe and 1 for the dry wall. He told us the house and living condition will be back to normal after 2 days. When I told the workers on the first day that my house should be done in 2 days. He said and I quoted :"tell him to come here and do it himself". He said it matter of fact and without agitation. I was taken aback but I was OK with it because I have a service background so I can relate. This salesman must has done this many times in the past. Frankly, i'm fine with 2 weeks but he unfortunately he was not being honest and I had my hope up... visioning my house be normal again in 2 days. It is over 7 months since the job is done. I have no more leaks, no water related issue (knock-on-wood) so I'm happy with Repipe1 workmanship. Kudos to the teams - technicians and support staff ! read more

An incredible whole-house repipe company. Repipe 1 came highly-recommended and with good reason. The sales person, Sharra, was knowledgeable and prepared us as well as possible for a day of chaos (which is hard to imagine unless you live through it). The bid was competitive and thorough. The repipe team, lead by Saul, was amazing. They arrived at 8am sharp and worked full-bore all day to do the job in one day. This was quite an accomplishment for a 4000 sq ft house and included a new master shower fixtures and four new faucets. They even stayed an extra 20 minutes to sort out an issue not of their making after everything else was finished. The job already passed the city inspection, with the inspector saying that Repipe 1 is known for their great work. While we have not had the patching done yet, I am expecting same high standard from that crew. read more

We had our second slab leak within one year and decided it's probably a good idea to do a repipe to prevent any other future leak.
