They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his co-worker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Agreed to send someone and give estimate between 10:30 to 11:30. I had to empty and make space in the garage so they can have access to heater. Waited till 12:00 no one showed or called. I called them they said they will check and they will call me back another half hour later no one called they did not care that I told them my situation sitting outside waiting for them.
