REPIPE DREAM! Anyone in need of a repipe specialist, please read this! In Dec we came home from vacation to our flooded house, we moved out for 3 months to dry out, demo and rebuild the downstairs only to get another leak 5 months later and realized that we had to repipe. We had 5 plumbing companies come to our house and walk us through every step, every material, every hole that would need to be cut, and every penny we would need to spend. Since my husband is a construction defect attorney, we used his plumbing experts to review our top 3 choices and they all agreed with our top pick so we chose Alex and his team at Plumbing Upgrade (1-844-573-7473) to do the work. They were positively fabulous from start to finish. He educated us on every aspect of his quote and the job, was incredibly fair and reasonable with his price, gave us a list of recent references and WANTED me to call them, they finished the job in only 3 days (exactly what he said), was on time every day and was courteous and thoughtful each day, protected everything so it wouldn't get damaged, and left everything tidy at the end of each of the three days. He even moved his equipment out of the side of the garage so I could park there each night. When we came home to the completed job, every hole was patched to perfection and all of the newly built walls that were just reconstructed from the flood a few months before were textured perfectly to match the existing texture. No dust, no scraps, no sign of them working so hard for the previous 3 days. I almost cried from joy that my newly renovated downstairs (and upstairs) still looked great after a complete repipe job. I am happily writing this because I know that I dreaded doing a repipe to our house and I know that it is not cheap to do it, but if you find that you need to do it, these are the guys you want to call. Plumbing Upgrade Inc at 1-844-573-7473. Thank you Alex and team for a job so, so well done. read more

Are you crazy? I can't imagine having any other company handle my re-pipe. Like most of us in So OC...we've been now screwed by the politicians (who refuse to defend us against the H2O companies and the copper lobbyists), by the water companies, and by the copper industry. As a result, later or sooner, you are going to have to re-pipe. That being said, Alex and his team at Repipe Express are the experts to hire....period. Courteous? Check. Gentle as possible on your home? Check. On time and hard working? Check...check. Cost competitive? Check...check...check. Face the facts. The process is invasive. Holes in walls. Holes in ceilings. But when you hire these guys, you bring in specialists that are courteous, that focus on as few holes as possible, and get in and out fast. I was done in 3 days! The same day I approved the agreement, Alex had already scheduled the city inspector! They cover up your carpet and floors, and hang plastic to minimize dust. They clean up every day after work. And they focus on doing the least amount of cutting into your home. At the end of the job, I told them that they had created a real issue for me. They had done such good work, and had been so minimal with the amount of holes they created....that I now had to decide whether or not to re-paint on my own, because it was no longer a monster re-paint job. Do yourself a favor. Sure, get a few quotes...then hire this team. You can thank me later.... read more

What a relief to have Alex and his team work on my house. From the estimate time, when Alex showed up on time prepared to leaving my house after finished project I have nothing but positive experience with the company. They offer me the best deal out there and worked on a weekend on my request. The crew showed up on time and didn't waste a minute to finish the project within the said time frame. They new what they are doing and went above and beyond to make it right without charging us for whatever other companies would call "extras". They even install new recessed box for the laundry area without bragging about it, changed my fridge water line to up to code ! I know right??!! On my part I surprise them with an inconvenience and had a windows done on the same day I said I'm so sorry and Alex answered " No problem we are used to work around " Indeed nothing was a problem for them. They finished , cleaned the house , offered certificate and warrenty and we couldn't be happier with the professional result. I'm not a " review" person but i think we should recognize hard work, they do deserve every bit of it! As an advice if you are looking to repipe you can stop searching now I'm telling you won't find better. One more thing they repipe, did the drywall and finished with texture and i didn't have to look for another company to do this part as another expense. Thanks again guys! Agnes read more

Alexander, Jifco and Evo are absolutely the best. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, smart and dedicated to doing the very best job possible. I had 2 other plumbing companies bid for the job. Both of these companies' bids come in at a much higher cost and said that they would have to go through the outside stucco of my house to do the repipe. In addition, anything extra like installing new faucets would cost up to $250.00 a fixture. Alexander and Jifco said that it was not necessary to go through the outside and did all the work from the inside of the house. Amazing!!! They repiped the entire house, rerouted the main and completed all patch work in 3 days - exactly as promised. They even came back a day later and fixed a tub drain that was leaking. This was a pre-existing issue that had nothing to do with the repipe. They fixed the problem at no charge. To bad they don't do general contracting. They would absolutely destroy the competition. They also gave us a statement of warranty. Now that's confidence. PS They were very concerned about not disrupting my household. They kept things very clean and tidy. Any mess they created was contained to as small an area as possible. Fantastic job gentlemen. Thank you!!! read more

After having several copper pin hole leaks I knew it was time to re-pipe the entire house. I am a retired Purchasing Agent so I know how to buy virtually any item. I requested 3 bids from reputable firms and Plumbing Upgrade Inc was the best in terms of price. All companies used the identical products. The sales person was easy to work with and the 3 member team showed up a few days later (at my request) and was finished the next day! They really worked as a well orchestrated team and they are clean, fast and knowledgeable. They covered all walkways and put plastic around anything near where they were cutting. I would estimate they did my 2 story 2 1/2 bath home in 16 hours. That included cutting, re-piping everything, putting the wall back together PROPERLY, new shut off valves on every connection, a new pressure meter out front and a new ball joint on/off valve. The did everything except paint. No problem as I have an excellent painter who is also reasonable. In summary don't waste your time and effort looking for a Re-Pipe company. I don't think anyone can beat their pricing and quality. Ask for Alex and tell him I strongly recommended you. read more

This brings tears to my eyes... The day my Mission Viejo, CA home went on the market I noticed yet another leak dripping from the ceiling in the garage. I could not, with clear conscious, sell it with a known problem like this. After calling around to get quotes, with the water off, Jeff promised me that he would be back, fix the leak, and finalize the quote with Alexander. Well, 7:30-8 they showed up after they finished the job they were working on, got me up and running and a quote that beat them all. I told them I had to be done by Saturday for our first Open House. Alex assured me, followed thru, and took care of any and all additional issues that arose. I am completely and utterly impressed with the workmanship, knowledge, and care in which they performed. These guys have this down to a science. My gratitude to the four man crew is beyond comparison. Thank you hardly seems enough, best value and peace of mind from us to the new owners, whomever that may be, you're welcome! read more

Outstanding work! Redid the plumbing on the entire house due to KITEC related issues. Even though I wasn't keen on having a mess for a full week, it was needed to be done. Amazed by their professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy. Very well organized and extremely important to me ... very clean. This is a problem I have very often ran into, as professionals of various trades may walk into your house with no regard with the mess they leave behind. Isolating areas where work is done, to avoid dust/insolation spreading into your house. Impressed with their ability to fix walls, for any cuts needed to access plumbing behind walls. Texture matched exactly the rest of the wall, the paint as well. Could not even tell a big or small whole was in the wall before, could not tell at all any work was done there. Highly recommend their services and expertize to anyone in need of any plumbing related work. read more

I recently repiped my home rather than trying to fix the existing plumbing. After receiving my first quote from a plumbing company, I was referred to Repipe Plumbing Upgrade. The company sent real licensed plumber to estimate the house, this was quite different than what i experienced with the first "salesmen" who overprice the their bid. We signed a contract that was very complete and laid out the required work steps to be covered during the repiping process. The plumbers began work next day and the crew lead by Alex showed up on time and approached the work in a very thorough manner and followed the guidelines of the contract. The repipe was done in one day. Alex and Jeff arrived the next business day and began the patch repair work. I am very satisfied with the quality of the process. Thank you Repipe Plumbing Upgrade. read more

When we had our second slab leak within a span of 4 months, we decided it was time to check into completely repiping our home. Since our slab leak didn't constitute as an emergency , we were able to shop around for a few quotes. Alex, came out to our house and patiently answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. We decided to go with this company, because they gave us the best price, and it comes with a lifetime guarantee on their labor and materials. Jeff and his team worked on the repipe for our house. I love the quick response from these guys! We have had an issue with the water pressure in our home for the last few months and NO one could seem to figure out the issue. We had three quotes from different companies for our re-pipe project, REPIPE-Plumbing Upgrade was on the high end of the quotes, but it was highly recommended by a family friend, so we hired REPIPE-Plumbing Upgrade with high expectation. Now the project has been completed, we are very pleased with our choice of the contractor, they exceeded our expectation. read more

This company is amazing. I am a General Contractor and I'm now hiring Repipe Express for the second sizable job. I've worked with hundreds of contractors over the past 15 years and these guys stand out as among the very best in the field. They really know their work, they work efficiently and cleanly, and they no how to find creative solutions when the plans don't match reality (which seems to happen on every job!). Truly, I can speak highly enough about them. read more

Last Monday we realized we had a slab leak in our house in Ladera Ranch. We had a few estimates by Tuesday. Alex from Repipe Plumbing Upgrade had the expertise we were after. His crew did a spectacular job. They worked a very long day, some of it in the rain digging trenches. We had the water back on by bed time. The same crew arrived the following day and matched the texture of our wall exactly. Beautiful work by everyone. We are so grateful. read more

Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed on my home. Like the add claims complete re-pipe (2300 sq' 2 story house) in 2 days with included drywall repair after. They stuck around on the second day for almost 12 hours to complete the work which included installing a hot water on demand pump. Price quoted was the best out there. Don't go anywhere else, these guys are the real deal! read more
