He was responsive to my initial request for a quote and was very understanding when I messaged weeks later. He also gave sound advice and reassurance on preventative measures. It was all done in a span of 30 minutes, including a slight challenge. My situation was preventative upgrades to the hookups for the dryer/washer, replacing a plastic duct with a metal one, and the rubber hoses with steel braided ones. The challenge was that the laundry closet was in a very tight space, with just barely enough space and a lip in front of the closet too (so the appliances need to be hand lifted), and they were heavy too, but this was no match for Pete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anyone needing appliance servicing. Thanks Pete!

Hands down one of the best appliance repair experiences ever! My LG washing machine has become…read morequite noisy so, given the other Yelp reviews, I called Harmonious Appliances because the machine was well past it's warranty period for an LG service call. During my interactions with Saeid, I shared videos of my washing machine acting up, and he was able to help me trouble shoot what was going on without even setting foot in front of the machine. When I asked him what I owed him for his time - because we spent over 2 hours back and forth on text with him reviewing videos, and making suggestions to try with my washing machine - he indicated that he was happy just to help out. Wow! There are not many businesses in this city who are simply ok to "help out" without compensation of some sort! Alas, while my washing machine will eventually "die a noisy death" (the concensus I've come to after the trouble shooting with Saeid), I will definitely keep his contact information for future appliance repair needs, and "pay forward" the generosity he has shown to me, today.

The appliance suffered severe, irreparable structural and electrical damage. Allstate sent a technician from Kirpal Calgary to assess the damage. This technician conducted a completely negligent review. Despite visible charring, compromised internal components, and exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the unit, the technician claimed the appliance "looks good." It was abundantly clear that his only priority was collecting his service call fee, showing an absolute disregard for safety, liability, and professional ethics. I have provided numerous photographic records and video evidence clearly demonstrating that this appliance is a total loss and a severe fire hazard. It is deeply concerning that Allstate is choosing to accept the word of a negligent third-party contractor over indisputable photographic proof.
