I then found water pooling on my laminate floor and had to call him back right away. He didn't seem aware of the risk this poses to laminate flooring. The service call and repair were $275, plus the cost of the main control board. Rohit did the job in 35 to 40 minutes, and I found him invested in his work. I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack of communication and concern about potential floor damage.
