Okay, fine. I wait several hours, and there are maybe ten minutes left until the end of the appointment, so I call again to make sure; I was then told that I was going to get a different appointment window on the same day, which leads me to then wonder if they were going to bother informing me of this today had I not called. I thought that was going to be the end of it, but then the technician called after that to say that he wasn't going to make it at all, and despite me trying to reschedule this appointment, he concluded that it was impossible to reschedule and ended the call. I see all these five-star reviews and I had high hopes, but I feel incredibly let down by this.

We called them to come and do a duct cleaning, but more importantly to clean out our dryer vent…read morebecause the sensor light was on and it wasn't working properly. When their employee showed up, 30 minutes later than he said he would, he checked our only one year old house, and said that we actually don't even have ducts. So he moved onto our dryer vent, only to determine that it was tucked into a space too tight for him to pull the dryer out, and that the external duct was too difficult for him to reach on the roof. So he essentially spent only 15 minutes blowing air through our AC vents and then charged us the full price for all of the work ($349), promising to come back with two guys a week later to pull out our dryer and deal with the main problem. However, when they came back the following week, they once again determined that even with two guys they were unable to address the blocked vent issue. The additional Guy that came with him was in fact the manager, Mark, who assured me that I would get a refund of the $129 for the duct and dryer vent cleaning that they did not do. It has now been over two months, and several phone calls later on my part, including one in which Mark himself told me that he would sign a check the following day and mail it to me for the refund, and I have still not received my money back. They have now stopped answering my calls or returning my messages. Horrible customer service. UPDATE: two months after this review, the company reached out to me and agreed to a full refund. The matter is now resolved to my satisfaction.

I came in with my vacuum, and the guy took one look underneath and said it was just the belt. Sold me 3 belts (since they can snap unexpectedly, especially if you catch a tshirt in the vacuum and the belt rubs itself raw like I did)... and they were like $2-3 each I think. He even explained how to replace them myself so I didn't have to pay for it to be serviced. Great service and honest owners!

WOW, no support at all, they blamed me for the damage, told me they don't stock it anymore, so I am out of luck with the sink. No after sale service. The p trap seals leaked as well and had to be replaced. I would spend a little more and get quality fixtures. These are not very good quality. appreciate the response from Justin, unfortunately it is not correct. If you ask Andy, i was not offered an alternative sink. I know nothing touched the sink because no one used the bathroom and I installed the sink. There was a small bubble as I told Andy, that bubble popped and lo and behold the star shaped hole. There is also a small area that is about to have the same issue as this one. Thats a manufacturing fault. Oh, and no one asked me to inspect the sink when I picked it up? I paid cash, no receipt so no warranty. Maybe ask co worker about this for clarification as to what was said.
