We asked him a few questions about the stove we were looking at and then he joined us for a further discussion about the refrigerators they had on display. He then gave us information about the microwaves we were interested in. My first impression was surprise at the numbers and variety of products on display. I was met by a salesman who showed me a suitable washing machine. He was easy going with no high pressure tactics but possessing excellent product knowledge. After comparison with other companies we bought a washing machine and also a dish washer. the entire process was completed in a timely manner and was totally stress free from sales to delivery and installation. While the initial call and appointment setting process was reasonably smooth, things went downhill from there. Once we got the quote and approved it, it took over two weeks before they ordered the part. They indicated that the part should take 10 to 14 days to arrive. Over the ensuing 8 weeks, whenever I called to get an update ( I only succeeded in getting through to them 4 times from over 20 phone/text attempts. I was told they either didn't know what was going on, the part should arrive today/tomorrow and/or they would get back to me with an update. Nobody ever called me back or responded to phone or text messages. We eventually called another service provider and had everything complete within two weeks. Completely abysmal customer service. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

He expects drivers to waste time buzzing at the door and standing around waiting for someone to come out just so he can be called to watch you break a seal on barn doors, this is by far the dumbest thing I've ever seen or heard of in this industry. This kind of power tripping serves no purpose other than to feed his micromanagment ego. The trailer is already on Costco property whether its in the dock or not, its their responsibility. Delaying signing paperwork or insisting on these ridiculous steps doesn't change that. The manager clearly lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect. He talks down on people, acts like hes above everyone else, and makes up policies that have nothing to do with how freight or liability actually works. Scuffs everywhere, a slice on the decal on the side (probably from opening box with box cutter?), a nice gouge on the front of the mower deck, oil spilled around oil filler and inside the top of the engine (that will probably make a nice mess when dust and dirt start sticking to it?), even oil spilled on the side discharge chute that was stored inside the grass catcher bag, and no owners manual was given? WTF? I know they mostly deal with landscape companies that aren't too worried about cosmetic stuff (except the oil spilled into top of engine is not good) but as a home owner that likes new stuff to look new, I would never allow them to assemble a new machine ever again (way too easy to do it yourself), not to mention have it serviced there as their work ethics is sadly missing?

On November 4th took a chainsaw in for service and was told it would be available by November 26th as three weeks was the service interval. On November 27th I was told it had not been serviced and would be available by December 3rd. On December 4th FVE contacted me and asked if they should proceed with repair which I declined. I undersand and have no issue with paying for an estimate to repair, however the fact this took a full week longer than what was promised to me is unacceptable. I will now take my business, including repair of this unit elsewhere.
