New shower door enclosure - Awesome work!
    Joy K.

We have used Reol Help many times with our new home! They are so fast, talented and very courteous! Sean has repaired our tile floor, cement steps, plumbing, installed glass shower doors, and many other things in our home. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this reputable company for anything you need done inside or outside your home!

I have used other contractors in the past, and have been let down, but Sean really came through step-by-step.

Last summer we finished our Master and Guest bathroom remodel, complete with upstairs flooring. Alyssa has always been responsive to every question or concern we had throughout our project, and has been so easy to work with. Their prices have always been more than fair! I will need to return to Yelp with photos once we finish our entire downstairs remodel that's currently in process with them!

Was referred to KM from some friends who had a kitchen and living room redone. The team came over and provided us with an upfront estimate and answered any questions. The process was easy and the team got to work within a week or so. Mario the framing dude was amazing. Explaining every step of the way and always willing to answer any of my questions. The masonry team were also very good. They did everything in their power not to get dust all over the house and cleaned every night. We saw the finished product and my wife and were in awe. There was a part of me that just thought to myself that this crazy woman is gonna want to add something else. well when that day comes, I'm sure to call the kitchen medics.

We've interviewed a few home builders, checked out their work and reputation, and eventually decided to go with Gil, Oren, and the whole team of Go Home Builders. Working with the insurance was a pain, luckily Gil had experience working with Allstate insurance before, and he helped us a lot getting the money we needed to rebuild our home. The planning process took a bit longer than what we initially planned for. The county of LA took their sweet time approving our plans. Fortunately, after 2 sets of revisions we were fully approved. The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. All I can say is that they exceeded my expectations. Overall the beginning of the process was extremely emotional challenging, but the whole team of Go Home Builders made us feel like we're not alone. My wife and I are very grateful for them. I'd highly recommend.

Go Home Builders did a wonderful job with our primary bathroom remodel. We interviewed multiple…read morecompanies and went with GHB since they seemed the most design-forward and client-friendly of the bunch, and gave us a reasonable quote too. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. Thanks to GHB for their great service, amazing attitude, attention to detail, and for bringing the bright, colorful bathroom of my dreams to life!

The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish exceeded our expectations. They executed our vision beautifully and completely transformed the space by relocating the shower, removing the tub, and updating the layout. The final result feels modern, elevated, and very well done. The project was completed in about two and a half weeks, which was impressive given the scope of work. We worked closely with Jessica, Anthony, and Emely, and communication was honestly a breath of fresh air. After speaking with multiple contractors who would follow up once and then never return calls, their responsiveness and consistency really set them apart. They brought in experienced specialists for the plumbing and were also able to guide us on exactly what was needed to support a sauna, which was part of the original scope and design. Having that level of clarity and coordination made the process feel smooth and well managed. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high quality work, stays on schedule, and truly communicates, Build ADU is a great choice. We're extremely happy with the outcome and would absolutely recommend them.

I know this review is basically 1.5 years later but I wanted to use the bathrooms and see how it held up before writing this review and it just became overdue. Anyways, I would not recommend Robert and his team for any similar jobs. I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews and felt I needed to post mine because I found Robert through yelp and feel mislead. There are a lot of things that have issues now. The grout lines in the shower are flaking off in layers because it was not done properly the first time. The niche that was built has a lip that holds water and won't drain. The vanity is leveled but the gap between the wooden cabinet and the slab counter top is not. One of the doors of the vanity was installed poorly and is now loose. The laminate flooring tiles are separated in one of the bathrooms. There is so much flex when you walk on it even since the day it was installed. I regret not insisting on leveling the floor before install but Robert told us his expert opinion was that it wasn't necessary. We asked Robert to do measurements on the day we signed the contract so we can order enough materials including extra for the floor and shower. We ordered exactly as he told us but when install came, we needed to go out and buy more bc of mistakes or miscalculation. This lead to needing to buy completely different flooring for the other bathroom bc the store didn't have enough of the original one we picked out. The shower had rust coming out and his plumber was sent out to fix it (the plumber wasn't present during the initial install, FYI). There was so much extra material with the exhaust fan duct he installed and there was papers left inside that blocked the vent opening. The towel rod is not leveled. We had to reinstall one of the toilets ourselves within a year bc of a leak cause by the rubber ring. Everyone on the team was very nice and polite, however, with the exception of the plumber, I would not consider their craftsmanship and skill level to be the level of someone who works in construction as their main profession. There is a lot more I could say but I'll end it here. If all my issues were cosmetic, I'd give them 3 stars. But considering the fact that a lot of these issues had to be fixed by us or can't be fixed now but only the next time we do another renovation (flooring, shower tiles and niche, uneven patching and texture on walls/ceiling), 2 stars seems fair. I would not recommend King Legacy Construction to anyone looking for a renovation/remodel.
