Austin called me promptly when I left a message, was personable and helpful in person. (Been a while since I bought an appliance, so I asked every question twice. He was totally patient. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.) Delivery guys came during the window they gave me, messaged me when they were a little ways out, were personable, professional and thoughtful. I bought it Monday and it was delivered today. I washed a load last night. PERFECT! BTW, I just didn't want to ADULT on this one. They made it completely painless and I even got the President's Day Sale price.

Dave was quite knowledgeable about the washers and dryers we were considering. No mean feat considering that Wes's gets brands from all over. The washers and dryers we looked at were new, maybe dinged, but otherwise quite usable. The store isn't huge, so we had maybe a dozen washers and dryers to look at. Our initial target was lower, but we couldn't pass on the fantastic deal Dave gave us on the Electrolux. We also got a new Samsung dryer--again, at a terrific deal. We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.

That's not something you pay price for that's something that you gain a value for and Julian did a really good job of this today. She has escorted me and my stepfather all around the store she carefully explained the different models the different options as well as the length that they'd be willing to go to to make it comfortable these are the type of people you want to have in a business like this because that's how small business gross if I having a person and only cares about the product it takes the time to carefully make sure she's reading the Customer, I can't see this woman going anywhere but up up UP she's incredible and will certainly be coming back but when you come to buy furniture like this? The companies response to the problems the products have had in their first weeks, sucks! Their responses to the second time it happened suck! The repairs sucked and we are stuck with a freezer that has more ice on its walls than food in its compartments! They came out to repair it and still it produced ice on the walls again with expensive food inside and nowhere to put it ,to not loose it. again! Do they care? NO! I was told it has to happen 4 times before they will replace the lemon they sold me. The light on the sub zero has had two repairs and it's acting up again. Perhaps their distrubutor is the problem but when they don't back the products and I loose money and have to wait weeks for the repair and needless to say money on my food inside....I say head for the hills AWAY from this company and find one that backs their products and REPLACES THEM (IF ) necessary. ??? Really? Food is expensive enough without having to replace all the spoiled food not once but twice! They don't care. It's their policy it has to happen 4 times before they even consider it. Wow! Do NOT buy from CHF in Boise Idaho! After you purchase you are no one, just a number for repair and no compensation for their errors.

    I saw this store advertising on Marketplace with some great deals. I tried to buy a model they were…read moreadvertising but they said I had to come into the store. That seemed to defeat the purpose of selling online, but okay. When I went in the store it was a little crowded and chaotic. They didn't have any similar models to what was online. I was looking for a refrigerator, and most their models were over $1300, which is a lot. I just wanted an inexpensive, basic model, and they had nothing. While I was there the clerk was chatting with someone and the conversation extended to the point I couldn't get help, since I didn't want to be rude, but there was only one clerk so it would have been nice if he had just asked me briefly if I had any questions. So--nonexistent service, limited inventory, the models they did have looked very beat up--just not a great place, to me.

Nice store by the mall in Boise by Cabela's. Appliances for Less".. It does not bother me if there's a scratch on the side. As long as I can't see it. Cant find one without a scratch anymore. But to tell me they always try appliances out before deliveries. And so they ran their labs bedding through my new washer. Are they crazy out of their heads! And bring it to me like this. Scratches everywhere on tge front door.. and the electrical cut. I am furious. These are both GE profile steam appliances. At $1599. Each. I'm livid!

    here is an update (see below for original review) :…read more we finally got out washer and dryer back, we were told that it was taken to the nampa store and they were waiting on a part for repair. well when they delivered it the delivery guy had a completely different story... said that the guys in nampa cleaned it out and its "working" hmm weird i was told you guys were waiting on parts well we have done about 5 loads of laundry and the washer is already back to not lulling water and its NOT our house that is the issue its definitely the washer. so now we are paying out of pocket to have a tech come out and hopefully truly repair it. complete bullcrap on centrals end. we will be making a complaint with the BBB just so its on file. we have been with central r2o for over 6 years now and up until the rent change in management it has been AMAZING and i recommended them to everyone! well now that "chris" has taken iver its been nothing but crap customer service and lies and no one knowing whats going on with anything. we paid off our SECOND washer and dryer set amanda convinced us to keep paying for the club benefits so it would have a warranty for one additional year and right after, the washer stopped working, they didn't want to do anything about it pushed me to sign a new lease on a new washer and dryer, my husband was very upset by this called them and asked why they weren't using the warranty to look into fixing the washer they then said they would, we were told to keep the washer and dryer they brought us as a loaner, they then gave us a date that they had someone coming to their warehouse to look at our washer, after that we kept getting texts about payment being due and we would call and be told to disregard the text that it was sent in error (this happened several times, and we were always told to disregard) the date that they were supposed to have someone out came and we called to be told no one showed us, this happened 3 more times and all in between we kept getting texts and would keep being told to disregard the texts. THEN chris calls yelling at us about how it can not be a loaner and that its been too long and all of this other stuff, this is the FIRST time we have heard ANY of this, he then proceeds to tell me they are going to bring us our set and pick up the set we were using as a loaner and he would have a tech come to my house. i hung up being so over this man yelling at me. my husband then called and chris told him what i said he said did not happen, and he proceeds to tell my husband we can keep this set and a tech will go to the warehouse to fix our washer, we have been in contact at LEAST once a week to be told techs are booked out but then to be given a date yet again that they said a tech would come, we called again after and they said yet again no one showed up and that they would get someone out there that week so we waited and were going to call this week (week of may 5th) for them to just call my husband yet again asking for a payment, my husband told them no and they needed to talk to chris. we said we would pay for this set if they cant get ours fixed but but we will want our set back, we just keep getting told "we have a tech coming" i am far over this situation with central and have seen MANY bad reviews all coming down to this "chris" guy my husband will be calling again when they open this morning to try to get to the bottom of it. i didn't want to leave a review but at this point i think its important i do.
