Over the last 3 days I've purchased 7 items from Best buy online, all black Friday deals, all with my best buy credit card. Most of the item were in store pick ups. I hadn't picked any of it up. Only one item had a payment plan of 12 month 0% financing. I called customer service to ask if they could consolidate the other 6 purchases to exceed the $499 and get the 18 month 0% financing. The foreign agent misunderstood and canceled all purchases. Unfortunately the item with the 12 month financing was no longer on sale for $299 but now was $524. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and they were never able to fix there mistake.

While I was there the clerk was chatting with someone and the conversation extended to the point I couldn't get help, since I didn't want to be rude, but there was only one clerk so it would have been nice if he had just asked me briefly if I had any questions.
