No updates, no return phone calls, no promises kept. I ordered a couch on October 21st and was told 6-8 weeks. The associate said I told you 6-10 weeks. However all a mute point when the couch arrived after 15 weeks. During that time I never received a phone call and I called the sales associate 3 times of which she NEVER returned a call. She claims I only called once even though I screen shot the calls to her from my cell phone. DO NOT use this incompetent company that is soooo sweet when you walk in the door however falls short once they have your money

When they run out of something, it probably won't be restocked. Definitely plan on joining their Perks program. It's free, and it extends the return period beyond the typical 30 days. Restrooms are clean and generously-sized. There's a nice water fountain back there, too.
