If I could give this company a negative 5 Star Rating, it Definitely Would be Negative 5 Stars. Very unprofessional. Lindsay, Suzanna, and everyone else that I have dealt with that didn't follow through on their promises. How do you charge a Tenant for a whole HVAC UNIT? (8,900) Not one time but this is the second time that they tried to make me pay for a HVAC UNIT. (5,000) Not To mention that they sent a man out to My House that was NOT HVAC Certified, Didn't Know what he was doing (make Ready Man) This company will not fix nothing. No matter how many repair requests you put in. They always try to make you pay for it. EVERYTHING that's listed below that needed to be fixed is everything that I had asked to be fix at the home and I have work request in for the to fix it. Had to get code compliance involved. Of course, Rental Zebra didn't like that. Long story short, I will post more pictures of this situation. In the meantime, legal action has been taken against this company. Where on earth does a tenant pay for a HVAC SYSTEM? Need I not to mention the man that was supposed to know what he was doing installed a unit that was too small. 6-7 months my light bill was over 800-900 monthly. Was without AC FOR 30 days in the month of August with an infant child in the home...Trust me they didn't care till I called code compliance. I will post more pictures, text messages and more. We were NEVER late on our Rent in 3 yrs, but when it came time to move out, we spent 3 EXTRA($190) days doing what we could to make the place presentable, then they say WE owe them money...our $2500 deposit wasn't enough to cover all the repairs/maint. Another Company had our lease originally, so all I had was my word that a Window was broken upon move in.($250) another $350 to Install 5 mini blinds that cost under $20/ea. I have been a tenant with Rental Zebra 3+ years.... my first house was 3 years and I just moved into my new home a week ago. I'm really big on communication and they have done an amazing job with making sure we are all on the same page. Lindsay, came through and made sure everything was in place for this move... Jamie, has made sure my deposit from my other unit was sent back in timely manner (In which got majority of that back) paperwork, and lease was completed. Was REALLY disappointed.... I'm a REALTOR and helped a client lease a place through this company. Jamie Tyrrell and I tagged back & forth getting in documents to get my client approved! After the lease was signed, Jamie explained to me that since it was not listed on MLS there was no commission to be paid.... Never once was it explained that my services would be volunteered work... Can't tell this is a legitimate business. No live person ever answers the phone or returns calls. Took chance and took self guided tour of property and then filled out application on property. Website has nothing saying theres a pending application, takes your info and charges you the processing fee, then receives a text a couple days later saying there was an application already pending on the property. No offer of refund or anything, only communication via text, still no answers via email or phone calls to any listed location for this company. And their ad still shows this property as available! Easy way to make money on fees I guess. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! If you see this name as the property management, no matter how sweet the deal/house, run - run far far away!!! Names to watch for are Billy Ralston and Lindsay Wheatley. It was a waste of my time (2 weeks) and money as I applied for a house and all I heard from them was through email. I had to beg and request a phone call about 20 times until I got the one and only phone call I would ever get. No matter how many times I called and left messages, they never returned the calls. Hmmm... Concern # 1. I then saw that this happened to others when looking up reviews online. Hmmm... Concern #2. Once again, They would just email back, 2 weeks of conversation all through email. They then sent an email, two days after that phone call in which they told me all was good to go, my app was declined for criminal background which is a laugh. (Unfortunately my name is pretty common so other people with a similar name popped up and they didn't do their DD to see that was not me. I've had this problem in the past in getting jobs and such but I either dispute it and everything gets cleared up just fine OR they do their DD and see it's not me and things went smoothly.) I also immediately called app folio who did the background info and disputed it. Which in the email it says "to dispute this matter, call..." So I called and they got it fixed within 12 hours. Well Zebra didn't even mind that or me and somehow within 12 hours of that declined app email "had already rented it to someone else". Are you kidding me? In 12 hrs?? I emailed and called 100 times, literally, letting them know I was disputing the background check and all will be fine. All they emailed is they are sorry, good luck in your hunt, we've rented to someone else. Like are you hearing me? I said I am disputing this, those were not my crimes. But they never did. BEWARE OF BILLY AND LINDSAY OR ANYONE AT RENTAL ZEBRA. Try calling any of their numbers, guarantee you don't talk to anyone. As in, no one will answer any phone number I called related to Rental Zebra. BEWARE!!!!! read more
