I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional.     READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND HOW THEY RESPOND TO PEOPLE…read more There is a signed lease that states no management company will be brought in, yet THIS company was brought in to manage a property that my sister rents. She stated concerns to this company, such as mold in the house, mold coming out of the jet tub, the house flooding every time it rains, a fireplace that cannot be used for whatever reason, rats, the list goes on. Just look at their nasty response they gave her in the previous reviews. Robert's true colors came out! They stated "you're pissed because you can't afford bleach to sanitize the tub, cmon, this is ridiculous".... it's not a tenants responsibility to get rid of preexisting mold and it speaks VOLUMES how much they lack respect and common decency for anyone they do business with. "No one twisted your arm to rent" again is bold talk over the internet, especially when after all was said and done this company texted her basically blaming the owner of the house for all the issues, then quit! Learn some respect. As a property manager ITS YOUR JOB to manage the property which includes maintenance and major repairs. I would not recommend anyone do any type of business with this company. If you see their name, run the other direction. There are so many other options to lease or buy from such as dfwurbanrealty. Don't waste your energy on these disrespectful clowns.

We were interested in a home that has been listed for 39 days…read more First he tried to get us to hurry and view the home by informing us he had two other showings that evening, untrue and then he wanted us to move up our move in date as he really wants someone in the home. Our agent did inform him of our credit situation adding that we are long term renters with a rental history of 25 years in the same home. No problem...Not! We viewed the home loved what we saw, submitted all necessary paperwork with 3.5 times income required for home, the norm is 3 times the amount, paid the application fee and we wait to hear back for approval. He denies us based on our credit scores and tells our agent "No way I can put them in a nice home with those scores" implying our credit dictates that we should only live in a low income home! But I make the salary and clearly I can afford the home. He is prejudices, bigoted and narrow minded! The world is recovering from a pandemic, people with no credit problems have credit problems now and some have even lost their homes due to job loss! If this is the type of property manager and minister you are I respectfully decline doing business with you. I understand why this property has been listed for so long he has no empathy or compassion. I can't even imagine what type of minister he is and what is he teaching...birds please flock together and prosper don't associate with non-flying birds they're not deserving of your presence! Not worth the time you will spend dealing with him!!!

    8/2025: Updated Review for Pure Property Management…read more I've decided to update my review, as the new manager at Pure Property Management, Johnny, has been absolutely fabulous. I should have reached out before posting my original review, but I was unwilling to speak with the previous female manager due to her consistently rude and dismissive attitude. Johnny, on the other hand, has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful -- a total game-changer. While there are still a few issues where I wasn't fully satisfied with the resolution, most of my concerns were addressed in a way that I feel good about. I finally submitted a service request for my A/C, and I was surprised to see it was addressed promptly, despite their usual requirement of providing three available dates. So far, the A/C seems to be working correctly now. That said, it's not 100 degrees outside today -- so only time will tell how well it performs under real heat. Also, I was frustrated about the unexpected fees that were added after I signed my lease renewal. To my surprise, Johnny was able to adjust the fees based on what I didn't need -- something I didn't even know was possible. That flexibility made a big difference and helped rebuild some trust. Again, I want to emphasize -- Johnny is FABULOUS, and since he took over, my experience with Pure Property Management has significantly improved. 7/2025: Review for Pure Property Management I have been a tenant at a property managed by Pure Property Management, and it has been by far the worst experience I've had with any property management company. 1. Inconvenient Repair Scheduling: When you need something repaired, they require you to provide three days that you're available to be home -- not just one. As someone who works a full-time job, this is extremely difficult. Most people need to request time off work at least two weeks in advance. I don't want to use three vacation days just to find out they only needed one. If repairs are being scheduled in advance, they should be able to accommodate a single requested day. 2. Surprise Fees After Signing: Another major issue: after signing your lease or renewal, they suddenly hit you with unexpected fees. While the individual charges may not exceed $150, the fact that they don't disclose them before you sign is misleading. You're locked in, and only then do they inform you of these added costs -- a shady business practice in my opinion. 3. A/C Issues That Never Get Fully Fixed: My air conditioner does not cool below 78°F from noon to around 9 PM, making summers unbearable and my electric bill skyrocket. Each time I put in a request, a tech comes out, cleans the coils, and says it's fixed -- but the problem keeps coming back. Nothing ever actually gets resolved. I had a gut feeling I shouldn't renew my lease, and I regret not listening to it. Save yourself the stress and money -- I highly recommend avoiding any property managed by Pure Property Management.

We contacted him a little over a year ago to manage our rental home in Richardson and we haven't had to worry about a thing since then. He is very knowledgeable and well-connected in the community, which made the leasing process very easy for us homeowners. He quickly found well qualified tenants for our house - his screening process is very thorough and, as a result, we never had to worry about our tenants not paying rent on time. He is also extremely efficient.. whenever there was a minor repair/maintenance needed, Kevin would be able to get a contractor to assess and fix the issue within days. Living in California, we needed a property manager that we can fully trust because we're not nearby to check on the house. Kevin is VERY responsive to communication, I'm actually not sure if he ever sleeps. When we had an issue with our water heater, Kevin was on vacation and he was texting us from Paris and London! So yes, he really goes above and beyond! I appreciate the effort that Kevin puts in to make sure we are kept up-to-date on everything going on with our house so we don't have to worry about it. The service they provide is prompt, reliable, professional and really helpful. If there is any problem, they are quick to let me know and also quick to remedy the problem. I have gotten good advice from them to help me maximize my income while maintaining the value of my property. I have had 3 tenants and when a tenant left, they found another tenant quickly, so that I had very little time when I was not receiving rent. They are always very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly!
