We were having a hard time figuring out some details with the application process, and Racheal was the only one amongst all the homes we applied for that was compassionate enough to give us the steps needed to get everything done. So thank you Racheal, you deserve all the kudos! Secondly, I just finished my walkthrough inspection with Larry, and he really went above and beyond to notate every little thing that wasn't up to his standards. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure that we were covered on the condition on the home. I also appreciate him taking the time after our orientation to go through and make some quick repairs. Very happy with the move in process so far. Can't wait to see how the remainder of our lease goes!

Two Facts: 1. Quality care and service is hard to find…read more 2. Moving is no joke and a pain in the a** Ashoka Lion made moving in and out of our condo the best experience! Joshi was incredible to work with! We moved into our condo in 2019 and he was very communicative, helpful and took the time that was needed to get us into our new place successfully. We really appreciated the communication and the honesty which made us feel really good about signing our names on the lease. One thing I truly appreciated about working with Joshi and this company is that anytime we needed something or if anything minor came up Joshi would take care of it as if it were a huge issue. He was very responsive and again I might sound like a broken record but he actually cared to help us out when needed. When we moved out earlier this year, he also made sure that process was as easy as possible. I really loved our condo and I really appreciate the people who made it that much better! Let me preface this with saying I am not one to leave a negative review for anything…read more Sam Woods , operator at the Dallas Luxury Realty Proprety Management Group is worth reviewing. Sam has a couple of hardworking , knowledgeable members of his team which I infer is the reason they currently have a high rating. However, Sam is far from this. During our stay at one of his groups property's , Sam attempted to bully, intimidated and belittle us. Never in my life have I worked with someone who showed the lack of respect that Mr. Woods displayed. Upon move in the home was infested with Bugs, broken appliances , poor carpet quality and old paint. After months of deliberation and weeks to fix the issue we finally were able to recoup some of the costs that were associated with their lack of property management. Upon move out Sam gave us a laundry list of charges that were not associated with our occupancy and attempted to bully us into paying them out of our security deposit. Sam is not someone I would recommend to anyone and I am hopeful that just one person is able to read this and make a decision to hire his company/ not stay at one of his proprieties. Updating review to respond to Sams comment: I agree that reviews are important , both good and bad. I hope you are able to take this review and improve your services. There are multiple inconsistencies in your response to my review. We indeed did begin our lease in mid August 2022 but did not move into the property until the end of August. Upon move in all carpeted areas were covered in fleas. I have attached a picture to make sure that we are both able to show proof to let the public decide. This was reported multiple times and was not taken care of for about a month. Regarding the appliances. Please check the dates, upon move in there was neither a functioning dishwasher nor refrigerator. The dishwasher was promptly fixed however the refrigerator was not replaced for approx 30 days. Please check dates again, Sam. Regarding the carpet, the carpet was in below average condition upon move in and was very similar upon move out. At no point did a pet enter the home as we do not have one and have an allergy to pets. I maintain that Sam was dismissive and threatening in the process of receiving our security deposit. Sometimes the truth hurts but public forums like yelp give renters the ability to share their experiences.

Glenn Weaver is a great manager, and Monique Jelley is a very proactive maintenance manager. Things like lease renewals and annual inspections are handled ahead of time without me having to ask, and maintenance requests are conveniently done in the online portal. They closet doors are pathetic and come off their tracks continuously. We had water leaks. The drains in the bathtubs won't drain properly, the shower door came apart and landed on my wife. Oh and they sent someone over to paint the door one morning and walked right into our place unannounced while my wife was walking through the house in her underwear. They said they emailed us about them coming over but we received no email. When you clean your dishes in the dish washer you will have cockroaches all over them. It really is disgusting and makes you want to puke. If I could give this pace 0 stars I would do it. Renters beware!
