The staff, Amanda Mack is very unprofessional, as she refused to fill out State of Texas SNAP paperwork, citing just send in the lease agreement. This person refused to fix HOT water leak in the bathroom which cause mold, until City of Bedford cited TOO much water is being used in this residence. She as a representive stated the tenant was"difficut" by her contractors without proof and refused all maintenance. the tenant was very far in her pregnancy and didn't fight back in fear of eviction as she had a toddler and a new baby on the way. She finally moved out in August of 2025 leaving the property better then originally moved in condition. Now this woman is demanding September rent and threatening to take it ouf from her $2000 deposit. Any help in fighting this woman is appreciated. Any Lawyers/attorneys out there where can get compensation for potential health complication recieved due to mole exposed during late term of pregnancy and emotional distress cause by this company. Please post response, maybe we can do this as a class action. i do believe this type of behavior/treatment is not exclusive to us.

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. The Clear direction property is not just a property management. It is above beyond!!!!…read moreI cannot be the landlord without Chris from the Clear Direction Property. I bought a duplex last year. I hired a bad lemon handyman to do some major remodeling which I didn't need. As a turned out this handyman kept begging money and not finish remodeling after 2months pass by. It was not even close and I didn't know what to do with this handyman. I had to start paying my own for electricities other stuff I didn't know what to expect when there is a problem like this. Then I called clear direction property I thought they were just the property management who just manage to collect rent and find goof tenants. As it turned out after I had a powerful agreement with Chris, he started going to my property and evict the handyman who weren't working and it was just a nightmare over there I didn't know how to response with this handyman but Chris gave enough time for the handyman to do his job at the property and he couldn't. So he got kicked out of my property. It was not even close to finish and it was not rentable. Then Chris and Heidi spent 8 hours a day 7 days a week to get my place ready to rent. He has great vender crew who worked my duplex to fix where the handyman left out. I don't think no other property management will do this. The amazing thing was Chris wasn't charging me for his Valuable time to spend full time at my property before it was a rentable we're not talking she wasn't even finding tenants stage yet. After he posted my place on the ads, it was less than a month to get the two tenants in the difficult months like January and February. Even after I got the tenants, they take care of my place for everything. They check up on my place in regular basis, winter house check to make sure the water pipe does freeze. Chris is looking after for me to get good deals if I need to replace stuff. I'm a flight attendant I'm gone all the time because I have him taking care my duplex, so I'm in peaceful mind to go to work. Thank you for the above beyond service. Without the clear direction property I didn't survive.

I was on the market to sell my house last year when the market was great, and the real estate agent…read moreI had couldn't sell my home in a booming market and lost me a ton of money. I was looking to sell for 450k, which was a little under the hot market pricing. Unfortunately, because that agent did not do open houses or advertise properly, I lost out on selling my house during the hottest time in Texas. I talked with about 3 other real estate agents who wanted to charge insane fees like 7%+ and did not think I could get more than 300k for my house. I talked with Esther not only did she get me a decent priceyear (365k sold, old realtor couldnt even get my house sold for this much last in September) for my house in a declining market she didn't rake me over the coals for the fees and worked with me. She also got my house sold on time and spent every weekend advertising and doing open houses providing key feedback to me about the house to get it sold. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job, she works with you and makes sure you get the attention, respect and price that you need in a housing market that is getting harder and harder to sell in because of inflation and other economic issues. If you're looking to buy or sell talk to Esther she's a wonderful agent and knows what to do to get your home sold or get you a home to buy and live in. I really wish I met her first because I know she would've gotten my house sold quick when the market was hot. Even in a declining market she got it done in a relatively fast pace before I lost too much. I cannot stress how great this experience was and that if you want the best talk to Esther Poirier with CDRETX you won't regret talking to her and using her as an agent.
