They took over our…read moreproperty during our current lease and were notified of damages that needed to be fixed upon us moving in, they refused to fix anything then charged us for the prior reported damages when we moved out. They came into the dwelling when we were not there to take pictures before we moved out and tried to use those as if the property was left in that condition. We also donated $2000 worth of appliances to the company for the next tenants. VERY shady company. No morals. They obviously wait to fix issues found on a property by making their tenants pay for them. Good luck to anyone who uses or has to deal with these people.

If you want a GREAT real estate agent - call Vicki Parks!…read more We met Vicki Parks in 2018 when we contemplated selling our house. We held onto her contact information and stayed in touch because we knew we wanted her to be our real estate agent when we were ready to sell/buy. Well, a year later, Vicki was indeed our agent in selling our house and buying our new house. When making a big financial, personal and emotional decision to buy/sell a house, you need the perfect balance between tough and charming and Vicki is just that. Professional, great at reading any situation and acting accordingly. Always "had our back" in getting the best deal for us. Keen attention to detail. Vicki remained calm and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way and helped us to stay positive through the entire process. Never hesitated in answering even the smallest question. Quick to smile, with a great sense of humor, but isn't afraid and doesn't hesitate to "bulldog" for her clients when need be. Great instincts and 100% committed to her clients. In-depth knowledge of local markets. Ability to close the deal seamlessly while juggling 100 balls in the air. She makes her job look easy, but we all know it is not easy. Extremely responsive. For instance, we found a home on Realtor.com 2 hours after it listed on a Sunday morning. We went to see the house/neighborhood to see if we wanted to pursue it and we did. We called Vicki and said we would like a showing (it happened to be vacant), she came to the property within 45 minutes to show. We made a full price offer that day. Goes above and beyond. Even after the deal was closed, 5 days later, the water heater stopped working, we called Vicki and she didn't hesitate to call one of her folks to contact us. Two days later, the water heater was fixed. She went out of her way for us even after the sale. A true pleasure to work with and without a doubt, Vicki is our real estate agent for life. Every chance we get, we recommend her. Ron and Kelley C.
