She was quite knowledgeable and well informed on the transactions then occurring in our neighborhood. In that divorce, I was awarded the house and lived there for another two years. Since she had impressed me in the earlier appraisal process, I contacted her when I decided to sell. She immediately jumped on the listing and arranged an open house within two weeks. After the open house, I had several offers, all of which were very near my asking price. After selecting a winning offer, Debbie stayed on all the parties involved and shepherded the inspections and information to the title company. The end result on this sale was a favorable closing within 60 days of listing. At the same time, Debbie found several homes for me to buy that met my criteria.
