Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is repeatedly closing or resolving work orders without actually correcting the underlying problems. We have incurred approximately $12,000 in expenses and utility charges connected to these unresolved maintenance issues, and despite months of communication, we have not been fully reimbursed or had all of the problems properly addressed. We have contacted multiple Tricon representatives, including Marc LeClerc and Gary Berman THE CEO. We repeatedly receive apologies for the "inconvenience," but meaningful resolution has been extremely difficult to obtain. We had a gas leak for months until we contacted a third-party company to come and fix it! I have extensive documentation, including utility bills, maintenance requests, photographs, and correspondence regarding these issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from Tricon in Texas. I am seeking reimbursement for the documented costs associated with these maintenance failures and a complete resolution of the remaining issues. TLDR: DONT RENT WITH TRICON YOURE BETTER OFF LITERALLY ANYWHERE.
