A review for two locations.
Ladera: on move in day, the apartment had 3+ inches of water damage throughout 3/4th of the apartment. With no repairs having been made. Warped cabnints, warped and water damaged walls, base boards, the kitchen had three replaced drawers that were not painted the same color as the rest. Water was dripping from the HVAC system through the vents. The manager could have cared less.
Communities Bent Tree.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service in that aspect. The manager is absolutely one of the best property managers I've encountered. That truly is the best part about this community. However, being an older complex there are things that were in need of repair. They've done a great job in performing those repairs but, the contractors that were hired have done less than a half-assed job. The new windows are great but, the installation was horrible. Cold and hot air pour in from between the window frames and the walls. We lived here as they were installing these. The older much out dated windows did more to help keep elements out. The maintenance is mediocre, the staff is great but having to call 3-4 times for a problem to fixed yet it's only a temporary solution is unsatisfactory.
The A/C units are probably 20+ years old and go out once month with not entire unit replacement, just temporary fixes that seem to fail after 3-4 weeks.
The contracted lawn care services does not care about the residents belongings. Ranging from your vehicle to your plants, those items are probably not safe around them.
All though the staff are fantastic and I wish these individuals worked at all apartment complexes, the buildings, A/C, windows and everything associated to the buildings themselves need more in depth attention and TLC. For that, it's a 2... possibly a three. read more
