It was so unfortunate that the receptionist was so rude because we will never use their services again because of her. Either the company doesn't understand the first person you see represents their company or they just don't realize what's going on at the front desk.

She advised me that I had to sign a contract, basically stating that she was going to be the listing agent for this property and if I were to move forward, she would be the one to facilitate the transaction. Upon signing this contract, I notice that she had put that I (tenant) would be paying 55% of her brokers fee and the landlord would be paying 45% of her brokers fee. I did not hire her for this property, nor did she help me find this property. I found this rental all on my own searching on Zillow. And she thought I was going to be a bird brain and sign this contract without reading it. She was trying to facilitate a GREAT DEAL for the landlord by making me pay MORE THAN HALF of her brokers fee! Very unprofessional, and I advise anyone searching for a rental to use someone else!
