I feel kind of late to the party because I didn't find out about apartment/home locators until…read morepretty recently. It all started on Instagram with Smart City Apartments. They post regular content and often do negotiated deals. However, I quickly learned that the only way you can really take advantage of these deals is if you're ready to sign then and there. It is first-come first-serve and unfortunately, it was not practical for most people to wait around for the perfect deal not knowing the timeline. Most apartments require you to provide 60 day notice of intent to vacate. This timeline felt shorter for me because I was going on an international business trip. I did not really have the time to look around and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily for me, I stumbled across The Realm Agency on Instagram. I liked that their posts showed pricing and location. Sometimes apartment locators can be really obscure in my opinion. I sent them a message and sure enough someone contacted me shortly after. That's when I had the privilege to meet Chris- the best locator around! Chris was super attentive to all of my needs and questions. He inquired about what type of apartment I was looking for, amenities, my budget, expected move in date, etc. I gave him some areas I was interested in and within a few days he had compiled an extensive list for me. I am not lying when I say that Chris worked around the clock to help me find the perfect apartment! We were texting each other during random hours since I was traveling and working in both the Philippines and South Korea. He always kept me informed about my options and was never pushy on a single property. I appreciated his honesty and feedback in regards to the pros/cons of available properties. Working with him honestly felt like talking to a friend! There was one property that I really ended up liking and Chris was able to set up a virtual tour. However, that same apartment ended up getting leased during my tour. I was pretty upset over it, but Chris was able to offer me an even better alternative shortly after (literally the next day or so). I felt so grateful since it felt like a huge burden had been taken off of my shoulders. Let me also point out that I am a pretty picky person. I had high expectations for my new apartment and was so worried I wouldn't find the perfect place. I finally moved in today and I truly love it! I moved to Harvest Lofts at Farmer's Market (an area that I did not even first consider). Chris truly wants to help you find a property that you will not only like but love. If you're looking for a new place, do yourself a favor and contact The Realm Agency!! It is completely free and saves you so much time. I honestly don't even know why people bother to look for apartments on their own if businesses like these exist. Chris- THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are a life-saver and super awesome. Rio and I have finally found our new home and it wouldn't have been possible without your help. Yelpers- Please consider these other companies that I used that would make your move perfect alongside locating with Realm :) Utilities/Services: BeeConnectedNow (free) Movers: Leader Movers

Update as of 07/25/2025: Thank you for your follow up on…read moreYelp, however, they are filled with untruths and attached you can view all correspondence I have had with agents at your company. These screenshots demonstrate lack of response after the original inquiry as well as a concluded response to your second agent's inquiry. This includes the original conversation with Kelsie that shows I specified ESA pets, plural. We discussed the issue with insurance which is clearly covered under US Code: 42 U.S.C. 3604 (f) (3) (B) and elaborated on in US Department of Housing and Urban Development's FHEO-2020-01 Guidance, both of which would supersede any homeowner's policy and require the homeowner to make reasonable accommodations or show that there is no equivalent policy that would cover the breed in question. It should also be noted that the business owner's response to my update on Yelp still has untruth and still tries to portray us as an unresponsive and uncooperative party. Rebecca and her associates made no attempts at trying to contact us over phone call or over phone in general besides Kelsie's original text messages and that documentation can be provided as well. While it is completely our fault that we initially misspoke when trying to convey the proper code which was provided above in our response to Kelsie, this still does not justify the lack of communication and blatant disregard for the information provided upfront that both of our pets were mentioned as ESAs. Furthermore, after seeing the business owner's response and essentially trying to portray us as an unfaithful party, I can not in good faith genuinely say I would recommend this company as they do not seem to have the best interest ethically and the owner's response does not rectify the situation. Should you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me personally and I will be happy to discuss any further clarifications needed. However, my original review still stands: I attempted to gather more information about a property listing in Lavon due to conflicting information across multiple platforms regarding whether pets were allowed at the property or not. Kelsie made contact with me asking if we were still interested in the property. I advised that we were in fact still interested but would like more clarification when it came to the pet policy as we were unsure if pets would be allowed due to conflicting information. I provided the information that both of our pets were ESAs immediately before going any further and did not receive a response for two days until I reach out again. When following up, Kelsie advised to me that "owner's insurance does not allow aggressive breeds." When I educated Kelsie that ESAs were exempt from breed restrictions, information that I would already expect a licensed realty professional to know, she further decided that apparently, we would not be doing business together as she ceased all communications again. I am not interested in doing business with a company, more so, someone who claims they are a professional, that lacks communication and knowledge of their own profession. I wish I could comment further about the business as a whole, but unfortunately, Kelsie made sure that we would no longer be interested in dealing with the company in general after one simple inquiry into a property. I have also attached your response to my original review for reference to the update.

My experience with Regal realtors has been so shocking. I caution anyone working with Ellie (agent)…read moreand Melanie Loar (manager to Ellie). I was the buyer in a recent transaction where Ellie was the seller's agent. After closing & funds were released, the seller entered the home and removed appliances causing damages. I have been trying to get in contact Ellie for a month to work this out but she has not responded to any emails, messages or phone calls after the sale was completed. This left me no choice but to reach out to her boss, Melanie. I did this because I did not want the seller to be "left in the dark" and sued due to Ellie's lack of responsiveness. After speaking with Melanie's manager, the situation was even worse. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive. She tried to claim that we should have all "communicated" about removing appliances which is completely ABSURD. The contract is clear: once funds are released and closing occurs, the seller has no right to enter the home or remove anything. This is not a matter of "he said, she said." This was a breech of contract. As buyers & sellers, we rely on professionals to guide us through this process. Ellie simply closed this deal and ghosted everyone. Melanie L.
