TLDR Richard has been the perfect realtor, highly recommended! Great advocate, knowledgeable, never…read morepushy, extremely dedicated to his clients. My wife and I have worked with Richard Chambers from M&D twice. He found an amazing house for us and we recently closed. Richard went above and beyond at every step. When searching for a home, he stuck to our parameters, had a detailed knowledge of each candidate, and focused on those with the best value per sq foot. We spent months casually looking at listings online and texting about them. He saw many houses with us, available at a moment's notice and not even remotely pushy--he was more cautious about finding the perfect house than we were! When it was time to make an offer, he was an incredible advocate for us. Richard was extremely diligent about finding any potential defects with the house. He is a fair but firm negotiator, always interacting with the seller in good faith. Richard was an absolute life saver throughout escrow. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of our P&S agreement--this saved us a lot of time and money in the end. He was also a resource every time we ran into trouble with any other aspect of the sale, any time, day or night. We could not have done this without him. Richard went far beyond what could be expected of a realtor. He is a wonderful person and will be my only realtor as long as I live in Texas.

John McKennie - WOW! Fiduciary, in the true sense of the word. Integrity, patience, knowledge,…read morediligence, counsel, and understanding. Working with John is a game changer. Our home sale process has become frustrating to say the least due to the dubious maneuvers of the buyer's agent. John has kept his cool while standing his ground and having our best interest in mind, and helped keep us from killing the deal when I lose my mind at the BS antics. John gets it and earns EVERY penny of his commision, and more. You cannot go wrong working with John McKennie. ~JB

I had to give 1 star to post! Please be aware of SCAMMERS!…read more Arturo Martinez works for this company and is running scams on people! My home has never been listed for sale! I purchased it brand new in 2007 and I still live in it and pay my mortgage. However, so how now my house is showing that Arturo Martinez a realtor with Westshore Realty owns and my home and has since 2014 but when he brought it from Quick Deal Properties. The computer says that he has some type of warranty deed on my house! After countless hours of searching and talking to people giving me the run around! I located a phone number to Eduardo Osuna the owner of Westshore realty and he was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say concerning what I found! I know it was late when I called him but if a person is telling me what going on and I am the owner and it involves breaking the law. I want to know because maybe my company is being scammed as well but all he say is that I need to get my facts straight and that he knows Arturo and he would never do anything like that to anyone but his name is what's online!

Eduardo Osuna, the owner and broker of Westshore Realty, helped my 24-year-old son buy a very nice…read morehouse in Garland at a good price. The purchase closed today. My son had been working with a different agent and trying to buy for three months. It became clear that the agent was slow to show houses and make offers, and that just doesn't work in a red-hot seller's market. On January 18th, I drove out to Dallas from our home in Georgia to help my son look for a house. He was starting a two-week period of working up to 12 hours a day and couldn't get away to see houses. The market was moving so fast that we didn't want to lose out on any opportunities. My son notified his agent that I was coming. I contacted him to arrange to look for houses and got no response. I sent emails to two other agents who advertised as buyers' reps and also got no response. So I searched online for real estate agencies in Garland with good reviews, found Westshore Realty and on January 19th just walked in. All the agents were out and I end up talking with the owner. I'm a small-time real estate investor and in thirty years have bought and sold rental houses in California, Maryland and Georgia. It only took a few minutes to realize that Eduardo was a first-class professional at the top of his game. Three days later my son had an accepted offer. Now, I certainly can't guarantee that Westshore will reproduce this miracle for everyone else. Too many buyers are chasing too few houses, and no one can fix that. Eduardo just had the resources to find two parties whose interests coincided. It was so clear to me that Eduardo is trustworthy that we did something we would not normally do. Eduardo was actually the seller's rep in this transaction, but we let him handle both ends. Of course, he was very conscientious about giving us the warnings that TREC recommends in these situations. In the following days, I got to know other members of Eduardo's team. Eduardo seems to be the Garland Spanish-speaking community's go-to guy for help with buying or selling a home. All of his agents are bilingual. But it really doesn't matter if your language is English, Spanish, or bilingual with another language. These folks will move fast for you. If inattention, incompetence or unresponsiveness are hampering your search for a home, you won't find any of that at Westshore. The people I met on Eduardo's team are honest and very capable. Beyond honest, and I know it sounds old-fashioned to say this, they are honorable people, their-word-is-their-bond kind of people. In something so important as real estate, a little bit of old-fashioned is a good thing.
