NEVER again will I use this company. I tried using them on two different occasions. The first time…read moreI was moving from Victory Park to Uptown. I had viewed a few properties on my own but it became so time consuming I decided to reach out to this company to give me a hand. I had four months before my lease ended. Im a planner so I wanted to look at places and get an idea for current market rate (yes i know it fluctuates) at the current time. The agent at this company told me it was ridiculous to look right now because I wasnt getting a logical idea for pricing and openings for when Id actually be moving. Id already established that I didnt care. If I found a place I liked I was willing to pay more or downsize if that be the case. I was bothered by this agents response so I used a different company and found a great place. I decided to move to a larger apartment in uptown. I decided to give this company a second try. My mom always told me to give people a second chance before you write them off. I dont even have words to describe the agent Ruben that attempted to help me. I explained to him that the list of apartments he sent me were apartments Id already visited on my own and that his prices didnt match up to theirs. He basically pulled what was off their website and sent it to me. Any idiot can do that! I went into a few apartments before contacting him to see what they could offer and the amounts offered were different than what he told me later. His excuse was "prices change daily." Ok sure. Then why are you quoting me at a higher price each day than these properties? I can call them and they still quote me at a lower price. My other complaint is that his list was very minimal. He didnt list all properties in uptown. I did better on my own driving up and down McKinney. I told him I found a place on my own and I appreciated his attempt but I wouldnt be needing him anymore. He emailed me back asking if I would put him down as the referral person. Im sorry what?!?! You want me to put you down as the person who reffered me when you arent even the one who found the apartment?!?! I dont think so! Why should you make money off of me for doing less work than what me as the client did? A few months later I received annoying emails from him that were clearly mass emails asking to use him and refer him. There was no opt out option so I emailed asking to be removed. I got no response back. I kept getting these emails. So I replied again asking to be removed from his mailing list. I got a nasty email back saying he didnt know why i wasnt removed and he'd love to remove me immediately. Awesome! So Im removed right? NOPE! I received another email! I finally reported him to the FCC for failure to provide an opt out link and for repeatedly emailing after request to stop. I still received emails for months till one day they all of a sudden stopped! Thank heavens! I will never use this company again and I do not encourage using them. if you're looking for an apartment in uptown go by word of mouth or drive up and down McKinney and the side streets!

Update as of 07/25/2025: Thank you for your follow up on…read moreYelp, however, they are filled with untruths and attached you can view all correspondence I have had with agents at your company. These screenshots demonstrate lack of response after the original inquiry as well as a concluded response to your second agent's inquiry. This includes the original conversation with Kelsie that shows I specified ESA pets, plural. We discussed the issue with insurance which is clearly covered under US Code: 42 U.S.C. 3604 (f) (3) (B) and elaborated on in US Department of Housing and Urban Development's FHEO-2020-01 Guidance, both of which would supersede any homeowner's policy and require the homeowner to make reasonable accommodations or show that there is no equivalent policy that would cover the breed in question. It should also be noted that the business owner's response to my update on Yelp still has untruth and still tries to portray us as an unresponsive and uncooperative party. Rebecca and her associates made no attempts at trying to contact us over phone call or over phone in general besides Kelsie's original text messages and that documentation can be provided as well. While it is completely our fault that we initially misspoke when trying to convey the proper code which was provided above in our response to Kelsie, this still does not justify the lack of communication and blatant disregard for the information provided upfront that both of our pets were mentioned as ESAs. Furthermore, after seeing the business owner's response and essentially trying to portray us as an unfaithful party, I can not in good faith genuinely say I would recommend this company as they do not seem to have the best interest ethically and the owner's response does not rectify the situation. Should you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me personally and I will be happy to discuss any further clarifications needed. However, my original review still stands: I attempted to gather more information about a property listing in Lavon due to conflicting information across multiple platforms regarding whether pets were allowed at the property or not. Kelsie made contact with me asking if we were still interested in the property. I advised that we were in fact still interested but would like more clarification when it came to the pet policy as we were unsure if pets would be allowed due to conflicting information. I provided the information that both of our pets were ESAs immediately before going any further and did not receive a response for two days until I reach out again. When following up, Kelsie advised to me that "owner's insurance does not allow aggressive breeds." When I educated Kelsie that ESAs were exempt from breed restrictions, information that I would already expect a licensed realty professional to know, she further decided that apparently, we would not be doing business together as she ceased all communications again. I am not interested in doing business with a company, more so, someone who claims they are a professional, that lacks communication and knowledge of their own profession. I wish I could comment further about the business as a whole, but unfortunately, Kelsie made sure that we would no longer be interested in dealing with the company in general after one simple inquiry into a property. I have also attached your response to my original review for reference to the update.
