The places she found not only fit our budget, but had all the desired perks we had been looking for (good sized kitchen, and enough square footage for all of our STUFF!). We eventually rented a place in Oak Lawn that she found for us -- the other realtor (representing the owner) was a bit of a tricky snake in the grass, but Venessa did everything she could to keep him from screwing us over. The very next day we were able to go look at about five apartments on her list and was instantly sold on one of them. Went ahead and applied for that apartment on the spot and have loved living there ever since. All in all I DEFINITELY recommend Afton for all your real estate needs!

I thought I was able to complete a search and locate a place on my own but I couldn't tell the difference between Oak Cliff and Oak Tree. He even met me Superbowl morning to check out one location I was interested in. Matt pulled multiple rabbits out of his hat during the application process to ensure that I got everything in to the real estate agent and to keep me encouraged about the process. I am proud to say that due to Matt's experience and hard work, my son and I move into our home this Saturday. Thanks so much Matt!

Having seen Radhi Shah's picture on most of the grocery carts at Kroger, I decided to look into her credentials. Her performance, year after year, illustrated her extensive skills and abilities, so we contacted her. Radhi is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, putting us at ease. This was our first time selling a house in Texas, and we immediately knew she was the right agent for the job! She thoroughly reviewed the process we would work through, and with her guidance, we followed each step she recommended, which included new paint scheme that was in demand from current market buyers, as well as upgrading our master bath shower, along with a few other minor details throughout the house. In addition, she also brought in a stager to ensure our house was as perfect as possible -- maximizing the value of a first impression. She also utilized a superb photographer to bring the absolute best in our home to the eyes of curious shoppers. Our photography even included drone images of our property! When all was said and done, our home came across as the cream of the crop in our market! We put our house up for sale, and in less than one week, we had an offer from solid buyer! Radhi stayed directly involved in every aspect from start to finish. Selling a home can be intimidating and daunting, as there is so much to handle, but with Radhi's outstanding lead, she took the majority of pressure off of us and placed it upon herself to make the process as smooth as possible. We cannot thank Radhi enough for everything she did to help us! It is no wonder she has been and will continue to be the best real estate agent anywhere! Thank you SO much, Radhi! We appreciate you more than words can express!

Long story short: I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a realtor... and I would trust any…read morevendor she recommends. My husband and I were first time home-buyers in September. We knew a few realtors and felt the need to start fresh with someone completely new to us. I put in a request on a realtor-finder site that advertised "top realtors" in the area. As you can imagine, I was bombarded. Laura quickly followed up after receiving my lead. We chatted and I instantly knew my husband and I would be in good hands. Buying a home is a BIG deal, so we were particular about who was going to be a part of that journey. Laura was patient with every question we had from day one. It was over Labor Day weekend, so there was a break in the timeline. Within a couple weeks we decided to officially start looking for our first home (in person instead of on Zillow). Within a day, Laura set up 4 houses for us to look at one evening (saving our Zillow-favorite for last). She came with years of experience, expertise, and feedback. She helped us with pros/cons of each house while making sure we were honest in our opinions about each one. She gave us the comfort level to say "yay or nay" about everything that was important to us. We instantly fell in love with the last house and knew we had found our forever home. With Laura's help (and a team of lenders/closers she highly recommended) we closed on our dream home 23 DAYS after seeing it in person that first night! While we weren't her quickest close, hopefully we came close! We heard horror stories about buying a home but our process was smooth and quick. While we may have just gotten lucky, Laura played a vital part in the entire process from making the initial offer to being there with us on closing day. If there was a problem, I knew Laura was going to get it handled. She has YOUR best interest in mind and has a true passion for what she does, which beats someone looking to just make a buck. They understand the market, both in terms of sellers and buyers, and when it comes to a listing price they don't force you to list at a low price to reduce their time and move on to their next client. Moving and buying a new home is a bigger task than most people understand, and Jay & Mindy will be there day and night to make sure everything goes as YOU expect. We tried for 4 months to sell our home with Ebby with no success. Their only suggestion was to "lower your price by $20k". You see $20k is a lot to you but not to a realtor; it's $600 in commission at the end of the day. Jay & Mindy don't operate in this fashion. Jay & Mindy sold our home at $15k above the Ebby listing price in 36 hours! Love these guys! I will never use another realtor as long as Iive in an area they are willing to buy/sell in :-)

We've bought and sold around 10 properties over the years, and Kyle was by far the best real estate agent we've worked with. We received five offers within a day of listing. Since we live out of state, he handled the entire process without us needing to be there, which made the experience incredibly easy. Kyle is an excellent negotiator--firm but fair--and we were able to close in just three weeks.
