Let me preface this with saying I am not one to leave a negative review for anything…read more Sam Woods , operator at the Dallas Luxury Realty Proprety Management Group is worth reviewing. Sam has a couple of hardworking , knowledgeable members of his team which I infer is the reason they currently have a high rating. However, Sam is far from this. During our stay at one of his groups property's , Sam attempted to bully, intimidated and belittle us. Never in my life have I worked with someone who showed the lack of respect that Mr. Woods displayed. Upon move in the home was infested with Bugs, broken appliances , poor carpet quality and old paint. After months of deliberation and weeks to fix the issue we finally were able to recoup some of the costs that were associated with their lack of property management. Upon move out Sam gave us a laundry list of charges that were not associated with our occupancy and attempted to bully us into paying them out of our security deposit. Sam is not someone I would recommend to anyone and I am hopeful that just one person is able to read this and make a decision to hire his company/ not stay at one of his proprieties. Updating review to respond to Sams comment: I agree that reviews are important , both good and bad. I hope you are able to take this review and improve your services. There are multiple inconsistencies in your response to my review. We indeed did begin our lease in mid August 2022 but did not move into the property until the end of August. Upon move in all carpeted areas were covered in fleas. I have attached a picture to make sure that we are both able to show proof to let the public decide. This was reported multiple times and was not taken care of for about a month. Regarding the appliances. Please check the dates, upon move in there was neither a functioning dishwasher nor refrigerator. The dishwasher was promptly fixed however the refrigerator was not replaced for approx 30 days. Please check dates again, Sam. Regarding the carpet, the carpet was in below average condition upon move in and was very similar upon move out. At no point did a pet enter the home as we do not have one and have an allergy to pets. I maintain that Sam was dismissive and threatening in the process of receiving our security deposit. Sometimes the truth hurts but public forums like yelp give renters the ability to share their experiences.

Britt met me at my home and from the minute of contact I knew she was a go-getter! She had knowledge of and experience selling in my neighborhood. We pushed the reset button and took my listing off the market. I used that 3 weeks to clear out the house of bulky furniture and outdated art, decor in every room which Britt helped with. Britt used that 3 weeks to conduct what she labeled "off-market marketing" thru her instagram, facebook, and other electronic forms of media. COVID 19 hit the very week we listed and I THANK GOD every day that Britt has the connections she does and spent the time she did with the "off-market marketing" because the cutest couple learned of my home thru their agent and came to see it before we hit the market. Within the first week of being on the market, we were under contract and closed 28 days later. Britt handled the added stress of COVID amazingly. Note: we did have one open house before the shelter rule hit which brought in a lot of traffic, but we closed all viewings the minute the shelter rule hit. I count myself lucky to have had an agent who worked hard before listing to bring in that offer. It was due to her hard work in marketing my home to the public on media sites and her fellow realtors (she is a member of multiple groups) that allowed me to sell and buy a home amid a global pandemic. Britt facilitated the buy on my new home as well. I felt in both the buy and sell she did more work to get us to closing than the other two agents combined! She was gracious with her time for my daily questions, concerns, and complaints and there were a lot of them. (Qualify: complaints not about her, mostly about my finance guy) and she handled it all in stride. She was my voice and presented exactly what I wanted, needed, and expected. She likes to approach all contentious situations with a gentle approach but played hard ball when she needed to. She is a SUPER POSITIVE person at all times! AND SHE DID ALL THIS WHILE BEING SHELTERED AT HOME WITH HER HUSBAND AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN AFTER THEY JUST MOVED HOMES AS WELL! Astonishing work ethic! She is a little ball of energy and I will never use any one else. She's popular which makes her very busy. So, if you can get an appointment and she chooses to list your home - she will treat it as if it is her own home she is selling and will be in-it-to-win-it! You'll be elated with the results she will bring. Cannot give her more kudos. This gal was born to do this. Go with Britt!

I have worked with Travis over a decade ago and he is a realtor that I have come trust and taken a shine too! Twigg Reality works here in the DFW area and is small. Travis does great work and I can not say enough good things about him, what he does and his company! Over the years, I have referred Travis to several of my friends looking for a great realtor and I would highly suggest Travis. If I am referring someone to my friends, I know that they had better be up on their "A Game" and treat my friends right. Today, one of my Yelp friends sent out a message that he was looking for a tree specialist and I sent him a note of a great service that I had liked their work. And early this morning I was chatting with a neighbor and she stated that she was moving, but did not have a realtor yet. With these two folks needed some assistance / reference for a great service, I thought what a same that I have not written a review yet for Twigg Reality & Travis yet! Shame on me! Travis is very knowledgable and can help you find or sell a place. If you're looking for a place, he has some great insight to get a very good feeling of what you might be looking for and works well in helping that warm fuzzy feeling. He just makes it work! When I first started working with Travis to locate a place, he threw a party for his clients. Durning that Saturday afternoon, he received a call from a client and excused himself from the gathering at his house and told us all to make ourselves at home. I liked that, big time, where he trusted us, his clients, and that he was going to go help some other clients! He bust his tail for his clients, he's top notch in my book!
