They do the minimum not to go over budget on any repairs- when I moved in the carpet was not new, after 3 years of living here (carpet) it's not just dirty it's torn and dangerous for my kids. (11 months for them to repair!!!!) It took one of my kids to cut themselves before they saw it was a hazard. Do not come here! If I had the opportunity to break my lease I would but because we love the area, we are forced to hold on before we buy our own home.

My bath tub wouldn't drain (so I couldn't shower) and it took the leasing office a month to send someone to fix it. There is literally one person who does all the maintenance so don't expect to have your problems be fixed in a timely manner. Also, the A/C in gym doesn't work. For the rent being charged, which certainly isn't cheap or affordable, I expect a lot more! Do NOT make these apartments your home. There are better places out there in similar price range.
