My experience with Beverly was awesome…read more She was a referral from a friend of mine and boy were they right. After being unsuccessful selling my home with another realtor, I gave Beverly a call. She took what was a 90 day headache (previous listing contract) with the other realtor and made quick work of it all without a price reduction. I listed with Beverly, we went on the market Wednesday and had multiple showings in the first 72 hours. On Friday less than 48 hours after the listing went live we had an offer, Saturday we finalized that offer. Beverly did what the other realtor couldn't do in 3 months in less than 3 days .... again all without a price reduction. Beverly is a real estate pro and it shows. Although, she was never out of the office when we worked with her. Our lender had a giant hiccup, and Beverly navigated it like the pro that she is. She helped us find another lender and we breezed right to closing. Our situation wasn't easy, but Beverly always had a trick up her sleeve to get us through every hurdle, or mitigate any risk. It helps that she has such an extensive resume and long standing, reputable real estate experience. We thoroughly trust her and when she offered her reassurance or guidance, she was always spot on. Beverly is incredibly busy, but she always managed to still make time for us anytime we needed her.
